ܢܚܕܐ ܡܕܒܪܐ ܨܗܝܐ ܘܬܕܘܨ ܦܩܥܬܐ ܘܬܦܪܥ ܐܝܟ ܚܡܨܠܝܬܐ
khmtslyth' 'yk wthpre pqeth' wthdwts tshy' mdbr' nkhd'
The wilderness and the dry land will be glad. The desert will rejoice and blossom like a rose.

ܘܬܕܘܨ ܐܝܟ ܕܝܨܐ ܘܒܫܘܒܚܐ ܐܝܩܪܐ ܕܠܒܢܢ ܢܬܝܗܒ ܠܗ̇ ܘܗܕܪܗ ܕܟܪܡܠܐ ܘܕܫܪܘܢܐ ܗܢܘܢ ܢܚܙܘܢ ܐܝܩܪܗ ܕܡܪܝܐ ܘܗܕܪܗ ܕܐܠܗܢ ܙܘܗܪܐ ܘܠܘܒܒܐ ܕܡܚ̈ܝܠܐ ܕܐ̇ܬܐ ܦܪܘܩܐ ܘܦ̇ܪܩ ܠܗܘܢ
lhwn wprq prwq' d'th' dmkhyl' wlwbb' zwhr' d'lhn whdrh dmry' 'yqrh nkhzwn hnwn wdshrwn' dkrml' whdrh lh nthyhb dlbnn 'yqr' wbshwbkh' dyts' 'yk wthdwts
It will blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing. Lebanon’s glory will be given to it, the excellence of Carmel and Sharon. They will see Yahweh’s glory, the excellence of our God.

ܐܬܚ̈ܝܠܝܢ ܐ̈ܝܕܝܐ̈ ܕܡܪ̈ܦܝܢ ܘܒܘܪ̈ܟܐ ܕܪ̈ܥܠܢ ܐܫܬܪ̈ܪܝܢ
'shthrryn dreln wbwrk' dmrpyn 'ydy' 'thkhylyn
Strengthen the weak hands, and make the feeble knees firm.

ܐܡܪܘ ܠܙܥܘܪ̈ܝ ܠܒܐ ܐܬܚܝܠܘ ܘܠܐ ܬܕܚܠܘܢ ܗܐ ܐܠܗܟܘܢ ܬܒܘܥܐ ܐܬ̇ܐ ܐܠܗܐ ܦܪܘܩܐ ܐ̇ܬܐ ܘܦ̇ܪܩ ܠܟܘܢ
lkwn wprq 'th' prwq' 'lh' 'th' thbwe' 'lhkwn h' thdkhlwn wl' 'thkhylw lb' lzewry 'mrw
Tell those who have a fearful heart, “Be strong! Don’t be afraid! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, God’s retribution. He will come and save you.

ܗܝܕܝܢ ܢܬ̈ܦܬܚܢ ܥܝܢ̈ܝܗܘܢ ܕܥܘܝܪ̈ܐ ܘܐ̈ܕܢܝܗܘܢ ܕܚܪ̈ܫܐ ܢܬܦܬ̈ܚܢ
nthpthkhn dkhrsh' w'dnyhwn dewyr' eynyhwn nthpthkhn hydyn
Then the eyes of the blind will be opened, and the ears of the deaf will be unstopped.

ܗܝܕܝܢ ܢܩܝܙ ܚܓܝܪܐ ܐܝܟ ܐܝܠܐ ܘܢܬܦܫܛ ܠܫܢܗ ܕܦܐܩܐ ܡܛܠ ܕܐܬܬܪܥܘ ܡ̈ܝܐ ܒܡܕܒܪܐ ܘܢܚ̈ܠܐ ܒܦܩܥܬܐ
bpqeth' wnkhl' bmdbr' my' d'ththrew mTl dp'q' lshnh wnthpshT 'yl' 'yk khgyr' nqyz hydyn
Then the lame man will leap like a deer, and the tongue of the mute will sing; for waters will break out in the wilderness, and streams in the desert.

ܢܗܘܘܢ ܐ̈ܓܡܐ ܒܐܬܪܐ ܚܘܪܒܐ ܘܡܒ̈ܘܥܐ ܕܡ̈ܝܐ ܒܝܬ ܨܗ̈ܘܢܐ ܢܐܥܐ ܥܡܝܪܐ ܘܩܢܝܐ ܘܐܪܒܢܐ ܒܕܝܪܐ ܕܝܪ̈ܘܪܐ
dyrwr' bdyr' w'rbn' wqny' emyr' n'e' tshwn' byth dmy' wmbwe' khwrb' b'thr' 'gm' nhwwn
The burning sand will become a pool, and the thirsty ground springs of water. Grass with reeds and rushes will be in the habitation of jackals, where they lay.

ܘܢܗܘܐ ܬܡܢ ܫܒܝܠܐ ܘܐܘܪܚܐ ܩܕܝܫܬܐ ܢܬܩܪܐ ܘܠܐ ܬܥܒܪ ܒܗ ܛܢܦܘܬܐ ܘܠܐ ܬܗܘܐ ܒܗ ܐܘܪܚܐ ܘܣܟ̈ܠܐ ܠܐ ܢܛܥܘܢ ܬܡܢ
thmn nTewn l' wskl' 'wrkh' bh thhw' wl' Tnpwth' bh thebr wl' nthqr' qdyshth' w'wrkh' shbyl' thmn wnhw'
A highway will be there, a road, and it will be called “The Holy Way”. The unclean shall not pass over it, but it will be for those who walk in the Way. Wicked fools shall not go there.

ܘܠܐ ܢܗܘܐ ܬܡܢ ܐܪܝܐ ܘܚ̈ܝܘܬܐ ܒܝܫ̈ܬܐ ܠܐ ܢܣ̈ܩܢ ܘܠܐ ܢܫܬ̈ܟܚܢ ܬܡܢ ܘܢܐܙܠܘܢ ܦܪ̈ܝܩܐ
pryq' wn'zlwn thmn nshthkkhn wl' nsqn l' byshth' wkhywth' 'ry' thmn nhw' wl'
No lion will be there, nor will any ravenous animal go up on it. They will not be found there; but the redeemed will walk there.

ܦܪ̈ܝܩܘܗܝ ܕܡܪܝܐ ܘܢܬܦܢܘܢ ܘܢܥܠܘܢ ܠܨܗܝܘܢ ܒܫܘܒܚܐ ܘܠܥܠܡܝܢ ܬܗܘܐ ܚܕܘܬܐ ܥܠ ܪ̈ܝܫܝܗܘܢ ܒܘܣܡܐ ܘܚܕܘܬܐ ܢܕܪܟܘܢ ܘܢܥܪܩܘܢ ܕܘ̈ܘܢܐ ܘܬܐ̈ܢܚܬܐ
wth'nkhth' dwwn' wnerqwn ndrkwn wkhdwth' bwsm' ryshyhwn el khdwth' thhw' wlelmyn bshwbkh' ltshywn wnelwn wnthpnwn dmry' pryqwhy
Then Yahweh’s ransomed ones will return, and come with singing to Zion; and everlasting joy will be on their heads. They will obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.”
