אתקרבו עממיא למשמע ומלכותא אציתו תשמע ארעא ומלהא תבל וכל דדירין בה:
bh ddyryn wkl thbl wmlha area thshme atsythw wmlkwtha lmshme emmya athqrbw
Come near, you nations, to hear! Listen, you peoples. Let the earth and all it contains hear, the world, and everything that comes from it.

ארי רגז מן קדם יי על כל עממיא ורוגזא על כל משיריתיהון חיבינון מסרנון לקטלא:
lqTla msrnwn khybynwn mshyrythyhwn kl el wrwgza emmya kl el yy qdm mn rgz ary
For Yahweh is enraged against all the nations, and angry with all their armies. He has utterly destroyed them. He has given them over for slaughter.

וקטיליהון יתרמון ופגריהון יסק תננהון ויתימסון טוריא מדמהון:
mdmhwn Twrya wythymswn thnnhwn ysq wpgryhwn ythrmwn wqTylyhwn
Their slain will also be cast out, and the stench of their dead bodies will come up. The mountains will melt in their blood.

ויתימסון כל חילי שמיא ויתמחון מתחות שמיא כמא דאמיר עליהון בספרא וכל משיריתהון יסופון כמיתר טרף מגפן וכנבלא מתאנה:
mthanh wknbla mgpn Trp kmythr yswpwn mshyrythhwn wkl bspra elyhwn damyr kma shmya mthkhwth wythmkhwn shmya khyly kl wythymswn
All of the army of the sky will be dissolved. The sky will be rolled up like a scroll, and all its armies will fade away, as a leaf fades from off a vine or a fig tree.

ארי תתגלי בשמיא חרבי הא על אדום תתגלי ועל עמא דחיבית לדינא:
ldyna dkhybyth ema wel ththgly adwm el ha khrby bshmya ththgly ary
For my sword has drunk its fill in the sky. Behold, it will come down on Edom, and on the people of my curse, for judgment.

חרבא קדם יי איתמליאת דם אדהנת מתרב מדם מלכין ושלטונין מתרב כלית רברבין ארי קטלא קדם יי בבצרה ונכסא סגיאה בארעא דאדום:
dadwm barea sgyah wnksa bbtsrh yy qdm qTla ary rbrbyn klyth mthrb wshlTwnyn mlkyn mdm mthrb adhnth dm aythmlyath yy qdm khrba
Yahweh’s sword is filled with blood. It is covered with fat, with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams; for Yahweh has a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Edom.

ויתקטלון גברין דארעא חדא עמהון ושילטונין עם טורנין ותרוי ארעהון מדמהון ועפרהון מתרבהון ידהן:
ydhn mthrbhwn weprhwn mdmhwn arehwn wthrwy Twrnyn em wshylTwnyn emhwn khda darea gbryn wythqTlwn
The wild oxen will come down with them, and the young bulls with the mighty bulls; and their land will be drunken with blood, and their dust made greasy with fat.

ארי יום פורענותא קדם יי שנת תושלמא למעבד פורענות דין עולבנא דציון:
dtsywn ewlbna dyn pwrenwth lmebd thwshlma shnth yy qdm pwrenwtha ywm ary
For Yahweh has a day of vengeance, a year of recompense for the cause of Zion.

ויתהפכון נחלהא לזפא ועפרא לגופריתא ותהי ארעה לזפא בוערא:
bwera lzpa areh wthhy lgwprytha wepra lzpa nkhlha wythhpkwn
Its streams will be turned into pitch, its dust into sulfur, and its land will become burning pitch.

לילי וימם לא תטפי לעלם יסק תננה מדר לדר תחרוב לעלם עלמיא לית די עדי בה:
bh edy dy lyth elmya lelm thkhrwb ldr mdr thnnh ysq lelm thTpy la wymm lyly
It won’t be quenched night or day. Its smoke will go up forever. From generation to generation, it will lie waste. No one will pass through it forever and ever.

ויחסנונה קתין וקפודין וקפופין ועורבין ישרן בה ויתנגיד עלה חוט דחורבנא ומשקלתא דצדיותא:
dtsdywtha wmshqltha dkhwrbna khwT elh wythngyd bh yshrn wewrbyn wqpwpyn wqpwdyn qthyn wykhsnwnh
But the pelican and the porcupine will possess it. The owl and the raven will dwell in it. He will stretch the line of confusion over it, and the plumb line of emptiness.

דהוו אמרין בני חירין אנחנא ולא צבן לקבלא אנחנא ולא צבן לקבלא עליהון מלכו וכל רברבהא יהון ללמא:
llma yhwn rbrbha wkl mlkw elyhwn lqbla tsbn wla ankhna lqbla tsbn wla ankhna khyryn bny amryn dhww
They shall call its nobles to the kingdom, but none shall be there; and all its princes shall be nothing.

ויסקון ברניתהא סירין קרסולין וחוחין בתקוף כרכהא ותהי מדור ירודין אתרא לבת נעמא:
nema lbth athra yrwdyn mdwr wthhy krkha bthqwp wkhwkhyn qrswlyn syryn brnythha wysqwn
Thorns will come up in its palaces, nettles and thistles in its fortresses; and it will be a habitation of jackals, a court for ostriches.

ויערען תמון בחתולין ושידין חד עם חברה יחיכון ברם תמן ישרין לילין וישכחן להן ניה:
nyh lhn wyshkkhn lylyn yshryn thmn brm ykhykwn khbrh em khd wshydyn bkhthwlyn thmwn wyeren
The wild animals of the desert will meet with the wolves, and the wild goat will cry to his fellow. Yes, the night creature shall settle there, and shall find herself a place of rest.

תמן תקנין קופדא ותשיזיב וקיריהון ינצפון בטורא ברם לתמן יתכנשון דיתא אתתא לות חברתה:
khbrthh lwth aththa dytha ythknshwn lthmn brm bTwra yntspwn wqyryhwn wthshyzyb qwpda thqnyn thmn
The arrow snake will make her nest there, and lay, hatch, and gather under her shade. Yes, the kites will be gathered there, every one with her mate.

תבעו מעל ספרא דיי ובעו חדא מנהון לא שנת ואתתא לחברתה לא עכיבת ארי במימרה יתכנשן וברעותה יתקרבן:
ythqrbn wbrewthh ythknshn bmymrh ary ekybth la lkhbrthh waththa shnth la mnhwn khda wbew dyy spra mel thbew
Search in the book of Yahweh, and read: not one of these will be missing. None will lack her mate. For my mouth has commanded, and his Spirit has gathered them.

והוא במימרה רמא להון עדבא וברעותה פליג להון בחוטא עד עלמא יחסנונה לדור ודור ישרון בה:
bh yshrwn wdwr ldwr ykhsnwnh elma ed bkhwTa lhwn plyg wbrewthh edba lhwn rma bmymrh whwa
He has cast the lot for them, and his hand has divided it to them with a measuring line. They shall possess it forever. From generation to generation they will dwell in it.
