הא לקושטא ימלוך מלכא וצדיקיא למעבד פורענות דין מן עממיא יתרבון:
ythrbwn emmya mn dyn pwrenwth lmebd wtsdyqya mlka ymlwk lqwshTa ha
Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in justice.

ויהון צדיקיא דמיטמרין מן קדם רשיעיא כמא דמיטמרין מן קדם זרמית יתובון ויתרבון ויתקביל אולפנהון בפריע כפצידי מיא דנגדין בארעא משלהיא כטלל כיף מיקר בארעא משלהיא:
mshlhya barea myqr kyp kTll mshlhya barea dngdyn mya kptsydy bprye awlpnhwn wythqbyl wythrbwn ythwbwn zrmyth qdm mn dmyTmryn kma rshyeya qdm mn dmyTmryn tsdyqya wyhwn
A man shall be as a hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the storm, as streams of water in a dry place, as the shade of a large rock in a weary land.

ולא יטמטמן עיני צדיקיא ואודני מקבלי אולפן יציתן:
ytsythn awlpn mqbly wawdny tsdyqya eyny yTmTmn wla
The eyes of those who see will not be dim, and the ears of those who hear will listen.

ולבב מהרהרין יסבר למידע ולישנהון דהוה בלים יוחי למללא בצחצחן:
btskhtskhn lmlla ywkhy blym dhwh wlyshnhwn lmyde ysbr mhrhryn wlbb
The heart of the rash will understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammerers will be ready to speak plainly.

לא יתאמר עוד לרשיעיא צדיקיא ולדעברו על מימרה לא יתאמר תקיפין:
thqypyn ythamr la mymrh el wldebrw tsdyqya lrshyeya ewd ythamr la
The fool will no longer be called noble, nor the scoundrel be highly respected.

ארי רשיעיא רשעה ממללין ובליבהון מתעשתין אונס למעבד שקר ולמללא קדם יי סטיא לשלהאה נפש צדיקיא דמחמדין לאולפנא הא ככפנא ללחמא ופתגמי אוריתא דאינון כמיא לצחיא מדמן לבטלא:
lbTla mdmn ltskhya kmya daynwn awrytha wpthgmy llkhma kkpna ha lawlpna dmkhmdyn tsdyqya npsh lshlhah sTya yy qdm wlmlla shqr lmebd awns mtheshthyn wblybhwn mmllyn rsheh rshyeya ary
For the fool will speak folly, and his heart will work iniquity, to practice profanity, and to utter error against Yahweh, to make empty the soul of the hungry, and to cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.

ורשיעיא דעובדיהון בישין ואינון על עיצת חטאין מתמלכין לחבלא ענותניא במלי שקר ופתגמי חשיכיא בדינא:
bdyna khshykya wpthgmy shqr bmly enwthnya lkhbla mthmlkyn khTayn eytsth el waynwn byshyn dewbdyhwn wrshyeya
The ways of the scoundrel are evil. He devises wicked plans to destroy the humble with lying words, even when the needy speaks right.

וצדיקיא קושטא מתמלכין ואינון על קושטיהון יתקימון:
ythqymwn qwshTyhwn el waynwn mthmlkyn qwshTa wtsdyqya
But the noble devises noble things, and he will continue in noble things.
9
מדינן דיתבין שליון קומא שמענא קלי כרכין די שרן לרוחצן אציתא למימרי:
lmymry atsytha lrwkhtsn shrn dy krkyn qly shmena qwma shlywn dythbyn mdynn
Rise up, you women who are at ease! Hear my voice! You careless daughters, give ear to my speech!

יומין עם שנין יזועון די שרן לרוחצן ארי סף עבורא עללא לית למכנש:
lmknsh lyth ella ebwra sp ary lrwkhtsn shrn dy yzwewn shnyn em ywmyn
For days beyond a year you will be troubled, you careless women; for the vintage will fail. The harvest won’t come.

איתברו דיתבין שליון זעו די שרן לרוחצן שלחו ואיתערטלו ואסרו על חרצין:
khrtsyn el wasrw waytherTlw shlkhw lrwkhtsn shrn dy zew shlywn dythbyn aythbrw
Tremble, you women who are at ease! Be troubled, you careless ones! Strip yourselves, make yourselves naked, and put sackcloth on your waist.

על דדין ספדין על חקלי חמידתא על גופניי טענין:
Tenyn gwpnyy el khmydtha khqly el spdyn ddyn el
Beat your breasts for the pleasant fields, for the fruitful vine.

על ארעא דעמי הובאי ובור תסיק ארי על כל בתי דיץ קרוא תקיפא:
thqypa qrwa dyts bthy kl el ary thsyq wbwr hwbay demy area el
Thorns and briers will come up on my people’s land; yes, on all the houses of joy in the joyous city.

ארי בית מקדשא חרוב המון קרויא דהואה פלחין ביה צריאה בית תקפנא ומטמורנא אתבלש וכרי חרוב וצדי עד זמן אתר דהוה בית חדוא וחידו למלכיא כדו הוה מבז למשרין:
lmshryn mbz hwh kdw lmlkya wkhydw khdwa byth dhwh athr zmn ed wtsdy khrwb wkry athblsh wmTmwrna thqpna byth tsryah byh plkhyn dhwah qrwya hmwn khrwb mqdsha byth ary
For the palace will be forsaken. The populous city will be deserted. The hill and the watchtower will be for dens forever, a delight for wild donkeys, a pasture of flocks,

כל דנא עד דייתי לנא רוח מן קדם דשכנתה בשמי מרומא ויהי מדברא לכרמלא וכרמלא קירוין סגיאין יתיב:
ythyb sgyayn qyrwyn wkrmla lkrmla mdbra wyhy mrwma bshmy dshknthh qdm mn rwkh lna dyythy ed dna kl
until the Spirit is poured on us from on high, and the wilderness becomes a fruitful field, and the fruitful field is considered a forest.
16
וישרון במדברא עבדי דינא ועבדי צדקתא ית כרמלא ייתבון:
yythbwn krmla yth tsdqtha webdy dyna ebdy bmdbra wyshrwn
Then justice will dwell in the wilderness; and righteousness will remain in the fruitful field.
17
ויהון עבדי צדקתא שלם ומפלחי צדקתא ישקטון וישרון לרוחצן עד עלמיא:
elmya ed lrwkhtsn wyshrwn yshqTwn tsdqtha wmplkhy shlm tsdqtha ebdy wyhwn
The work of righteousness will be peace, and the effect of righteousness, quietness and confidence forever.
18
ויתבון עמי במדוריהון שלם ועל ארעהון לרוחצן ובקירויהון שליון:
shlywn wbqyrwyhwn lrwkhtsn arehwn wel shlm bmdwryhwn emy wythbwn
My people will live in a peaceful habitation, in safe dwellings, and in quiet resting places,

ויחות ברדא ויקטיל משרית עממיא פלחי טעותא ויצדון ויסופון דיריהון:
dyryhwn wyswpwn wytsdwn Tewtha plkhy emmya mshryth wyqTyl brda wykhwth
though hail flattens the forest, and the city is leveled completely.
20
טוביכון צדיקיא עבדתון לכון עובדין טבין דאתון דמן לדזרעין על שקיא משלחין לאדרכא בתוריא ולמכנש בחמריא:
bkhmrya wlmknsh bthwrya ladrka mshlkhyn shqya el ldzreyn dmn dathwn Tbyn ewbdyn lkwn ebdthwn tsdyqya Twbykwn
Blessed are you who sow beside all waters, who send out the feet of the ox and the donkey.
