וי דנחתין למצרים לסעיד ועל סוסותא מסתמכין ומתרחצין על רתיכיא ארי סגיאין ועל פרשיא ארי תקיפין לחדא ולא אסתמיכו על מימר קדישא דישראל ואולפן מן קדם יי לא תבעו:
thbew la yy qdm mn wawlpn dyshral qdysha mymr el asthmykw wla lkhda thqypyn ary prshya wel sgyayn ary rthykya el wmthrkhtsyn msthmkyn swswtha wel lseyd lmtsrym dnkhthyn wy
Woe to those who go down to Egypt for help, and rely on horses, and trust in chariots because they are many, and in horsemen because they are very strong, but they don’t look to the Holy One of Israel, and they don’t seek Yahweh!

ואף הוא בחוכמתיה איתי בישתא על דעבדה וית פתגמוהי לא בטיל ואקים על בית מבאשין ועל דסעדין ליאות שקר:
shqr lyawth dsedyn wel mbashyn byth el waqym bTyl la pthgmwhy wyth debdh el byshtha aythy bkhwkmthyh hwa wap
Yet he also is wise, and will bring disaster, and will not call back his words, but will arise against the house of the evildoers, and against the help of those who work iniquity.

ומצרים אנש ולא רב וסוסותהון בסר ולא רוח ויי ירים מחת גבורתה ויתקל סעיד ויפול סעיד וכחדא כולהון ישתיצון:
yshthytswn kwlhwn wkkhda seyd wypwl seyd wythql gbwrthh mkhth yrym wyy rwkh wla bsr wswswthhwn rb wla ansh wmtsrym
Now the Egyptians are men, and not God; and their horses flesh, and not spirit. When Yahweh stretches out his hand, both he who helps shall stumble, and he who is helped shall fall, and they all shall be consumed together.

ארי כדנן אמר יי לי כמא דמכלי אריא בר אריון על צידיה דמזדמנין עלוהי דיר רעין מקלהון לא אתבר ומאתרגושתהון לא מזדעזע כן תתגלי מלכותא דיי צבאות למשרי על טורא דציון ועל רמתה:
rmthh wel dtsywn Twra el lmshry tsbawth dyy mlkwtha ththgly kn mzdeze la wmathrgwshthhwn athbr la mqlhwn reyn dyr elwhy dmzdmnyn tsydyh el arywn br arya dmkly kma ly yy amr kdnn ary
For Yahweh says to me, “As the lion and the young lion growling over his prey, if a multitude of shepherds is called together against him, will not be dismayed at their voice, nor abase himself for their noise, so Yahweh of Armies will come down to fight on Mount Zion and on its heights.

כעופא דטאים כן תתגלי גבורתה דיי צבאות על ירושלם יגין וישיזיב יציל ויעדי:
wyedy ytsyl wyshyzyb ygyn yrwshlm el tsbawth dyy gbwrthh ththgly kn dTaym kewpa
As birds hovering, so Yahweh of Armies will protect Jerusalem. He will protect and deliver it. He will pass over and preserve it.”

תובו לאוריתא ארי אסניתון למחטי בני ישראל:
yshral bny lmkhTy asnythwn ary lawrytha thwbw
Return to him from whom you have deeply revolted, children of Israel.

ארי בעדנא ההיא ירחקון גבר טעות כספהון וטעות דהבהון דעבדו לכון ידיכון חובא:
khwba ydykwn lkwn debdw dhbhwn wTewth ksphwn Tewth gbr yrkhqwn hhya bedna ary
For in that day everyone shall cast away his idols of silver and his idols of gold—sin which your own hands have made for you.

ויפול אתוראה בחרב לא אנש וחרב לא אנש תשיצינה ויערוק ליה כמן קדם דקטלין בחרבא וגברוהי לתבר יהון:
yhwn lthbr wgbrwhy bkhrba dqTlyn qdm kmn lyh wyerwq thshytsynh ansh la wkhrb ansh la bkhrb athwrah wypwl
“The Assyrian will fall by the sword, not of man; and the sword, not of mankind, shall devour him. He will flee from the sword, and his young men will become subject to forced labor.

ושלטונוהי מן קדם דחלא יעדון ויתברון מן קדם ניסא רברבוהי אמר יי דזיהור ליה בציון לעבדי אוריתא ותנור בעיר ליה דאשא בירושלם לדעברו על מימרה:
mymrh el ldebrw byrwshlm dasha lyh beyr wthnwr awrytha lebdy btsywn lyh dzyhwr yy amr rbrbwhy nysa qdm mn wythbrwn yedwn dkhla qdm mn wshlTwnwhy
His rock will pass away by reason of terror, and his princes will be afraid of the banner,” says Yahweh, whose fire is in Zion, and his furnace in Jerusalem.
