פתגם נבואה דאתנבי ישעיה בר אמוץ על אנש יהודה ויתבי ירושלם:
yrwshlm wythby yhwdh ansh el amwts br ysheyh dathnby nbwah pthgm
This is what Isaiah the son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem.

ויהי בסוף יומיא מתקן יהי טור בית מקדשא דיי בריש טוריא ומנטל מרמתא ויתפנון למפלח עלוהי כל מלכותא:
mlkwtha kl elwhy lmplkh wythpnwn mrmtha wmnTl Twrya brysh dyy mqdsha byth Twr yhy mthqn ywmya bswp wyhy
It shall happen in the latter days, that the mountain of Yahweh’s house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be raised above the hills; and all nations shall flow to it.

ייהבון עממין סגיאין וימרון אתו ונסק לטור בית מקדשא דיי לבית שכנת אלהיה דיעקב וילפיננא מאורחן דתקנן קדמוהי ונהך באולפן אוריתיה ארי מציון תפוק אוריתא ואולפן פתגמא דיי מירושלם:
myrwshlm dyy pthgma wawlpn awrytha thpwq mtsywn ary awrythyh bawlpn wnhk qdmwhy dthqnn mawrkhn wylpynna dyeqb alhyh shknth lbyth dyy mqdsha byth lTwr wnsq athw wymrwn sgyayn emmyn yyhbwn
Many peoples shall go and say, “Come, let’s go up to the mountain of Yahweh, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths.” For the law shall go out of Zion, and Yahweh’s word from Jerusalem.

וידין בין מלכותא ויוכח לעממין סגיאין ויעפפון סיפיהון לסכין ומורניתיהון למגלין לא יטול עם באפי עם זין ולא יתאלפון עוד מבכן קרבא:
qrba mbkn ewd ythalpwn wla zyn em bapy em yTwl la lmglyn wmwrnythyhwn lskyn sypyhwn wyeppwn sgyayn lemmyn wywkkh mlkwtha byn wydyn
He will judge between the nations, and will decide concerning many peoples. They shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.

יימרון דבית יעקב אתו ונהך באולפן אוריתא דיי:
dyy awrytha bawlpn wnhk athw yeqb dbyth yymrwn
House of Jacob, come, and let’s walk in the light of Yahweh.

ארי שבקתון דחלא תקיפא דהוה פריק לכון דבית יעקב ארי אתמליאת ארעכון טעון כמלקדמין ועננין כפלשתאי ובנימוסי עממיא אזלין:
azlyn emmya wbnymwsy kplshthay wennyn kmlqdmyn Tewn arekwn athmlyath ary yeqb dbyth lkwn pryq dhwh thqypa dkhla shbqthwn ary
For you have forsaken your people, the house of Jacob, because they are filled from the east, with those who practice divination like the Philistines, and they clasp hands with the children of foreigners.

ואתמליאת ארעהון כסף ודהב ולית סוף לגנזוהי ואתמליאת ארעהון סוסון ולית סוף לרתיכוהי:
lrthykwhy swp wlyth swswn arehwn wathmlyath lgnzwhy swp wlyth wdhb ksp arehwn wathmlyath
Their land is full of silver and gold, neither is there any end of their treasures. Their land also is full of horses, neither is there any end of their chariots.

ואתמליאת ארעהון טעון לעובדי ידיהון סגדין לדאתקינא אצבעתיהון:
atsbethyhwn ldathqyna sgdyn ydyhwn lewbdy Tewn arehwn wathmlyath
Their land also is full of idols. They worship the work of their own hands, that which their own fingers have made.

וימאך אנשא ויחלש תקוף גברין ולא תשבוק להון:
lhwn thshbwq wla gbryn thqwp wykhlsh ansha wymak
Man is brought low, and mankind is humbled; therefore don’t forgive them.
10
ויעלון למערק במערק בטנרא ולאטמרא בעפרא מן קדם דחילא דיי ומזיו יקריה:
yqryh wmzyw dyy dkhyla qdm mn bepra wlaTmra bTnra bmerq lmerq wyelwn
Enter into the rock, and hide in the dust, from before the terror of Yahweh, and from the glory of his majesty.

עיני רמות אנשא ימאכן ויחלש תקוף גברין ותקיף יי בלחודוהי בעדנא ההיא:
hhya bedna blkhwdwhy yy wthqyp gbryn thqwp wykhlsh ymakn ansha rmwth eyny
The lofty looks of man will be brought low, the arrogance of men will be bowed down, and Yahweh alone will be exalted in that day.

ארי יומא דעתיד למיתי מן קדם יי צבאות על כל גיותניא ורמי לבא ועל כל תקיפיא וימאכון:
wymakwn thqypya kl wel lba wrmy gywthnya kl el tsbawth yy qdm mn lmythy dethyd ywma ary
For there will be a day of Yahweh of Armies for all that is proud and arrogant, and for all that is lifted up, and it shall be brought low—

ועל כל רברבני עממיא תקיפיא וחסיניא ועל כל טורני מדינתא:
mdyntha Twrny kl wel wkhsynya thqypya emmya rbrbny kl wel
for all the cedars of Lebanon, that are high and lifted up, for all the oaks of Bashan,
14
ועל כל טוריא רמיא ועל כל רמתא מנטלתא:
mnTltha rmtha kl wel rmya Twrya kl wel
for all the high mountains, for all the hills that are lifted up,
15
ועל כל דיתבין במגדל רם ועל כל דשרן בשור כריך:
kryk bshwr dshrn kl wel rm bmgdl dythbyn kl wel
for every lofty tower, for every fortified wall,
16
ועל כל דיתבין בניסי ימא ועל כל דשרן בבירניתא שפירן:
shpyrn bbyrnytha dshrn kl wel yma bnysy dythbyn kl wel
for all the ships of Tarshish, and for all pleasant imagery.
17
וימאך רמות אנשא ויחלש תקוף גברין ותקיף יי בלחודוהי בעדנא ההיא:
hhya bedna blkhwdwhy yy wthqyp gbryn thqwp wykhlsh ansha rmwth wymak
The loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the arrogance of men shall be brought low; and Yahweh alone shall be exalted in that day.

ויעלון במערת טנריא ובמחילי עפרא מן קדם דחלתא דיי ומזיו יקריה באתגליותי למתבר רשיעי ארעא:
area rshyey lmthbr bathglywthy yqryh wmzyw dyy dkhltha qdm mn epra wbmkhyly Tnrya bmerth wyelwn
Men shall go into the caves of the rocks, and into the holes of the earth, from before the terror of Yahweh, and from the glory of his majesty, when he arises to shake the earth mightily.
20
בעדנא ההיא ירחקון בני אנשא ית טעות כספיהון וית טעות דהבהון דעבדו להון למסגיד לטעותא ולצלמניא:
wltslmnya lTewtha lmsgyd lhwn debdw dhbhwn Tewth wyth kspyhwn Tewth yth ansha bny yrkhqwn hhya bedna
In that day, men shall cast away their idols of silver and their idols of gold, which have been made for themselves to worship, to the moles and to the bats,

למיעל במערת טנריא ובשקיפי כיפא מן קדם דחלתא דיי ומזיו יקריה באתגליותיה למתבר רשיעי ארעא:
area rshyey lmthbr bathglywthyh yqryh wmzyw dyy dkhltha qdm mn kypa wbshqypy Tnrya bmerth lmyel
to go into the caverns of the rocks, and into the clefts of the ragged rocks, from before the terror of Yahweh, and from the glory of his majesty, when he arises to shake the earth mightily.

אתמנעו לכון מלאשתעבדא לאנשא במעבדיה דחלא דנשמת רוח חיין באפוהי ארי יומא דין הוא קים ומחר ליתוהי וכלמא חשיב הוא:
hwa khshyb wklma lythwhy wmkhr qym hwa dyn ywma ary bapwhy khyyn rwkh dnshmth dkhla bmebdyh lansha mlashthebda lkwn athmnew
Stop trusting in man, whose breath is in his nostrils; for of what account is he?
