יי אלהי את ארוממינך אודי שמך ארי עבדתא פרישן מלכין דאמרתא לאיתאה מלקדמין בכן איתיתא וקימתא:
wqymtha aythytha bkn mlqdmyn laythah damrtha mlkyn pryshn ebdtha ary shmk awdy arwmmynk ath alhy yy
Yahweh, you are my God. I will exalt you! I will praise your name, for you have done wonderful things, things planned long ago, in complete faithfulness and truth.

ארי שויתא קרוי פצחין לגלין כרך תקיף לדמחמרא בית דחלת עממיא בקרתא ירושלם לעלם לא יתבני:
ythbny la lelm yrwshlm bqrtha emmya dkhlth byth ldmkhmra thqyp krk lglyn ptskhyn qrwy shwytha ary
For you have made a city into a heap, a fortified city into a ruin, a palace of strangers to be no city. It will never be built.

על כן יקרון קדמך עם תקיף קרית עממין חסינין ידחלון מן קדמך:
qdmk mn ydkhlwn khsynyn emmyn qryth thqyp em qdmk yqrwn kn el
Therefore a strong people will glorify you. A city of awesome nations will fear you.

ארי הויתא תקוף למסכן סעיד לחשיך בעדן עקא כמא דמטמרן מן קדם זרמית כטלל משרב כן מלי רשיעיא לצדיקיא כזרמית בשקפא בכותל:
bkwthl bshqpa kzrmyth ltsdyqya rshyeya mly kn mshrb kTll zrmyth qdm mn dmTmrn kma eqa bedn lkhshyk seyd lmskn thqwp hwytha ary
For you have been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat, when the blast of the dreaded ones is like a storm against the wall.

כשרב בארעא צחיא אתרגושת תקיפין תמאיך בטלל כיף מקר בארעא משלחיא כן ניח רוחא לצדיקיא כד ימאכון רשיעיא:
rshyeya ymakwn kd ltsdyqya rwkha nykh kn mshlkhya barea mqr kyp bTll thmayk thqypyn athrgwshth tskhya barea kshrb
As the heat in a dry place you will bring down the noise of strangers; as the heat by the shade of a cloud, the song of the dreaded ones will be brought low.

ויעבד יי צבאות לכל עממיא בטורא הדין שירו וזמנא מדמן דהיא דיקר ותהי להון לקלן מחן חילא מחן דלא ישתיזבון מנהון מחן דיסופון בהון:
bhwn dyswpwn mkhn mnhwn yshthyzbwn dla mkhn khyla mkhn lqln lhwn wthhy dyqr dhya mdmn wzmna shyrw hdyn bTwra emmya lkl tsbawth yy wyebd
In this mountain, Yahweh of Armies will make all peoples a feast of choice meat, a feast of choice wines, of choice meat full of marrow, of well refined choice wines.

ויסתלעמון בטורא הדין אפי רבא דרב על כל עממיא ואפי מלכא דשליט על כל מלכותא:
mlkwtha kl el dshlyT mlka wapy emmya kl el drb rba apy hdyn bTwra wysthlemwn
He will destroy in this mountain the surface of the covering that covers all peoples, and the veil that is spread over all nations.

יתנשון מותא לעלמין וימחי יי אלהים דמעתא מעל כל אפיא וחסודי עמיה יעדי מעל כל ארעא ארי במימרא דיי גזיר כן:
kn gzyr dyy bmymra ary area kl mel yedy emyh wkhswdy apya kl mel dmetha alhym yy wymkhy lelmyn mwtha ythnshwn
He has swallowed up death forever! The Lord Yahweh will wipe away tears from off all faces. He will take the reproach of his people away from off all the earth, for Yahweh has spoken it.

ויימר בעדנא ההיא הא אלהנא דין די סברנא ליה ויפרקיננא דין יי דהוינא מסברין למימרה נבוע ונחדי בפורקנה:
bpwrqnh wnkhdy nbwe lmymrh msbryn dhwyna yy dyn wyprqynna lyh sbrna dy dyn alhna ha hhya bedna wyymr
It shall be said in that day, “Behold, this is our God! We have waited for him, and he will save us! This is Yahweh! We have waited for him. We will be glad and rejoice in his salvation!”

ארי תתגלי גבורתא דיי בטורא הדין ויתדשון מואבאי באתריהון כמא דמתדש תבנא בטינא:
bTyna thbna dmthdsh kma bathryhwn mwabay wythdshwn hdyn bTwra dyy gbwrtha ththgly ary
For Yahweh’s hand will rest in this mountain. Moab will be trodden down in his place, even like straw is trodden down in the water of the dunghill.

ויפריס מחת גבורתה ביניהון כמא דמפריס שיטא למישט וימאיך יקרה עם אשות ידוהי:
ydwhy ashwth em yqrh wymayk lmyshT shyTa dmprys kma bynyhwn gbwrthh mkhth wyprys
He will spread out his hands in the middle of it, like one who swims spreads out hands to swim, but his pride will be humbled together with the craft of his hands.
