יהון מסקי מסין למשיחא דישראל דיתקוף על דהוו במדברא טור כנשתא דציון:
dtsywn knshtha Twr bmdbra dhww el dythqwp dyshral lmshykha msyn msqy yhwn
Send the lambs for the ruler of the land from Selah to the wilderness, to the mountain of the daughter of Zion.

ויהי כעופא דאפרחוהי מקניה ויטלטיל יתפקן ויהוין בנת מואב מגיזן להון לארנון:
larnwn lhwn mgyzn mwab bnth wyhwyn ythpqn wyTlTyl mqnyh daprkhwhy kewpa wyhy
For it will be that as wandering birds, as a scattered nest, so will the daughters of Moab be at the fords of the Arnon.

אתמליכו מלך עבידו עצה שויאו כליליא טוליך ביממא בגו טיהרא טמרי מטלטליא ומבדריא לא תקרבון:
thqrbwn la wmbdrya mTlTlya Tmry Tyhra bgw bymma Twlyk klylya shwyaw etsh ebydw mlk athmlykw
Give counsel! Execute justice! Make your shade like the night in the middle of the noonday! Hide the outcasts! Don’t betray the fugitive!

יתיתבון ביך מטלטלי מלכות מואב הוי סתרא להון מן קדם בזוזין ארי סף מעיקא אשתיצי בזזא ספו כל דהוו דישין מן ארעא:
area mn dyshyn dhww kl spw bzza ashthytsy meyqa sp ary bzwzyn qdm mn lhwn sthra hwy mwab mlkwth mTlTly byk ythythbwn
Let my outcasts dwell with you! As for Moab, be a hiding place for him from the face of the destroyer. For the extortionist is brought to nothing. Destruction ceases. The oppressors are consumed out of the land.

בכן משיחא דישראל יתקן בטוב כורסוהי ויתיב עלוהי בקשוט בקרתא דדוד דאין ותבע דין ועבד קשוט:
qshwT webd dyn wthbe dayn ddwd bqrtha bqshwT elwhy wythyb kwrswhy bTwb ythqn dyshral mshykha bkn
A throne will be established in loving kindness. One will sit on it in truth, in the tent of David, judging, seeking justice, and swift to do righteousness.

שמענא רברבי מואב דמתגאן לחדא יקיריהון ומפנקיהון וגותנותהון לקבל פורענותהון לא שוי להון:
lhwn shwy la pwrenwthhwn lqbl wgwthnwthhwn wmpnqyhwn yqyryhwn lkhda dmthgan mwab rbrby shmena
We have heard of the pride of Moab, that he is very proud; even of his arrogance, his pride, and his wrath. His boastings are nothing.

בכן מיללין מואבאי על מואבאי כולהון מצוחין ומיללין על אנש כרך תוקפהון דון ימרון ברם כבישין:
kbyshyn brm ymrwn dwn thwqphwn krk ansh el wmyllyn mtswkhyn kwlhwn mwabay el mwabay myllyn bkn
Therefore Moab will wail for Moab. Everyone will wail. You will mourn for the raisin cakes of Kir Hareseth, utterly stricken.

ארי אתבזיזא משרית חשבון אתקטלא סיעת שבמה מלכי עממיא קטילו שלטוניהון עד יעזר מטו טעו למדברא מטלטליהון גזו עברו ימא:
yma ebrw gzw mTlTlyhwn lmdbra Tew mTw yezr ed shlTwnyhwn qTylw emmya mlky shbmh syeth athqTla khshbwn mshryth athbzyza ary
For the fields of Heshbon languish with the vine of Sibmah. The lords of the nations have broken down its choice branches, which reached even to Jazer, which wandered into the wilderness. Its shoots were spread abroad. They passed over the sea.

על כן כמא דאיתיתי משרין על יעזר כן איתי קטולין על שבמא ארוינך דמעתא חשבון ואלעלה ארי על חצדיך ועל קיטפיך בזוזין נפלו:
nplw bzwzyn qyTpyk wel khtsdyk el ary walelh khshbwn dmetha arwynk shbma el qTwlyn aythy kn yezr el mshryn daythythy kma kn el
Therefore I will weep with the weeping of Jazer for the vine of Sibmah. I will water you with my tears, Heshbon, and Elealeh: for on your summer fruits and on your harvest the battle shout has fallen.

ותתכניש ביע וחדוה מן כרמלא ובכרמיא לא ידוצון ולא יחיכון וחמר במעצריא לא יעצרון עצורין עצור אבטלית:
abTlyth etswr etswryn yetsrwn la bmetsrya wkhmr ykhykwn wla ydwtswn la wbkrmya krmla mn wkhdwh bye wththknysh
Gladness is taken away, and joy out of the fruitful field; and in the vineyards there will be no singing, neither joyful noise. Nobody will tread out wine in the presses. I have made the shouting stop.

על כן מעיהון דמואבאי ככנריא המן ולבהון על אנש כרך תוקפיהון דון:
dwn thwqpyhwn krk ansh el wlbhwn hmn kknrya dmwabay meyhwn kn el
Therefore my heart sounds like a harp for Moab, and my inward parts for Kir Heres.

ויהי ארי יחזי ארי ילאה מואב על במתא ויעול לבית טעותיה למבעי ולא יכול:
ykwl wla lmbey Tewthyh lbyth wyewl bmtha el mwab ylah ary ykhzy ary wyhy
It will happen that when Moab presents himself, when he wearies himself on the high place, and comes to his sanctuary to pray, that he will not prevail.

דין פתגמא די מליל יי על מואבאי מבכן:
mbkn mwabay el yy mlyl dy pthgma dyn
This is the word that Yahweh spoke concerning Moab in time past.

וכען מליל יי למימר בתלת שנין כשני אגירא ויסוף יקרהון דמואבאי בכל המון סגיא ושאר צבחר כזעיר יסוף כל יקריהון:
yqryhwn kl yswp kzeyr tsbkhr wshar sgya hmwn bkl dmwabay yqrhwn wyswp agyra kshny shnyn bthlth lmymr yy mlyl wken
But now Yahweh has spoken, saying, “Within three years, as a worker bound by contract would count them, the glory of Moab shall be brought into contempt, with all his great multitude; and the remnant will be very small and feeble.”
