1
ויפוק מלכא מבנוהי דישי ומשיחא מבני בנוהי יתרבי:
ythrby bnwhy mbny wmshykha dyshy mbnwhy mlka wypwq
A shoot will come out of the stock of Jesse, and a branch out of his roots will bear fruit.

ותשרי עלוהי רוח נבואה מן קדם יי רוח חוכמא וסוכלתנו רוח מלך וגבורא רוח מדע ודחלתא דיי:
dyy wdkhltha mde rwkh wgbwra mlk rwkh wswklthnw khwkma rwkh yy qdm mn nbwah rwkh elwhy wthshry
Yahweh’s Spirit will rest on him: the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of Yahweh.

ויקרביניה לדחלתיה יי לא לחיזו עינוהי יהי דאן ולא למשמע אודנוהי יהי מוכח:
mwkkh yhy awdnwhy lmshme wla dan yhy eynwhy lkhyzw la yy ldkhlthyh wyqrbynyh
His delight will be in the fear of Yahweh. He will not judge by the sight of his eyes, neither decide by the hearing of his ears;

וידין בקושטא מסכינין ויוכח בהימנותא מחשיכי עמא דארעא וימחי חיבי ארעא במימר פומיה ובממליל ספותיה יהי ממית ארמילוס רשיעא:
rshyea armylws mmyth yhy spwthyh wbmmlyl pwmyh bmymr area khyby wymkhy darea ema mkhshyky bhymnwtha wywkkh mskynyn bqwshTa wydyn
but he will judge the poor with righteousness, and decide with equity for the humble of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; and with the breath of his lips he will kill the wicked.

ויהון צדיקיא סחור סחור ליה ועבדי המנותא מקרבין ליה:
lyh mqrbyn hmnwtha webdy lyh skhwr skhwr tsdyqya wyhwn
Righteousness will be the belt around his waist, and faithfulness the belt around his waist.

ביומוהי דמשיחא דישראל יסגי שלמא בארעא וידור דיבא עם אמרא ונמרא עם גדיא ישרי ועגלא ואריא ופטים כחדא ויניק זעיר יהי מדבר להון:
lhwn mdbr yhy zeyr wynyq kkhda wpTym warya wegla yshry gdya em wnmra amra em dyba wydwr barea shlma ysgy dyshral dmshykha bywmwhy
The wolf will live with the lamb, and the leopard will lie down with the young goat, the calf, the young lion, and the fattened calf together; and a little child will lead them.

ותורא ודיבא ירעין כחדא ישרון בניהון ואריא כתורא יכול תבנא:
thbna ykwl kthwra warya bnyhwn yshrwn kkhda yreyn wdyba wthwra
The cow and the bear will graze. Their young ones will lie down together. The lion will eat straw like the ox.

ויחיך ינקא על חור חוי פתן ועל חיזו גלגלי עיני חוי חורמן חסילא ידוהי יושיט:
ywshyT ydwhy khsyla khwrmn khwy eyny glgly khyzw wel pthn khwy khwr el ynqa wykhyk
The nursing child will play near a cobra’s hole, and the weaned child will put his hand on the viper’s den.

לא יבאשון ולא יחבלון בכל טורא דקודשי ארי תתמלי ארעא למידע ית דחלתא דיי כמיא דלימא חפן:
khpn dlyma kmya dyy dkhltha yth lmyde area ththmly ary dqwdshy Twra bkl ykhblwn wla ybashwn la
They will not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain; for the earth will be full of the knowledge of Yahweh, as the waters cover the sea.

ויהי בעדנא ההיא בר בריה דישי עתיד דיקום את לעממיא ליה מלכון ישתמעון ויהי אתר בית מישרוהי ביקר:
byqr myshrwhy byth athr wyhy yshthmewn mlkwn lyh lemmya ath dyqwm ethyd dyshy bryh br hhya bedna wyhy
It will happen in that day that the nations will seek the root of Jesse, who stands as a banner of the peoples; and his resting place will be glorious.

ויהי בעדנא ההיא יוסיף יי תנינות גבורתיה למפרוק ית שארא דעמיה דאשתאר מאתור וממצרים ומפתרוס מהודו ומעילם ומבבל ומחמת ומנגות ימא:
yma wmngwth wmkhmth wmbbl wmeylm mhwdw wmpthrws wmmtsrym mathwr dashthar demyh shara yth lmprwq gbwrthyh thnynwth yy ywsyp hhya bedna wyhy
It will happen in that day that the Lord will set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant that is left of his people from Assyria, from Egypt, from Pathros, from Cush, from Elam, from Shinar, from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.

ויזקוף את לעממיא ויכניש מבדרי ישראל וגלות יהודה יקרב מארבע רוחי ארעא:
area rwkhy marbe yqrb yhwdh wglwth yshral mbdry wyknysh lemmya ath wyzqwp
He will set up a banner for the nations, and will assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.

ותעדי קנאתא דבית אפרים ודמעיקין לדבית יהודה ישתיצון דבית אפרים לא יקנון בדבית יהודה ודבית יהודה לא יעיקון לדבית אפרים:
aprym ldbyth yeyqwn la yhwdh wdbyth yhwdh bdbyth yqnwn la aprym dbyth yshthytswn yhwdh ldbyth wdmeyqyn aprym dbyth qnatha wthedy
The envy also of Ephraim will depart, and those who persecute Judah will be cut off. Ephraim won’t envy Judah, and Judah won’t persecute Ephraim.

ויתחברון כתף חד לממחי פלשתאי די במערבא כחדא יבוזון ית בני מדינחא באדום ומואב יושיטון ידיהון ובני עמון ישתמעון להון:
lhwn yshthmewn emwn wbny ydyhwn ywshyTwn wmwab badwm mdynkha bny yth ybwzwn kkhda bmerba dy plshthay lmmkhy khd kthp wythkhbrwn
They will fly down on the shoulders of the Philistines on the west. Together they will plunder the children of the east. They will extend their power over Edom and Moab, and the children of Ammon will obey them.

ויבש יי ית לישן ימא דמצרים וירים מחת גבורתיה על פרת במימר נביוהי וימחיניה לשבעא נחלין ויהכון ביה בסנדלין:
bsndlyn byh wyhkwn nkhlyn lshbea wymkhynyh nbywhy bmymr prth el gbwrthyh mkhth wyrym dmtsrym yma lyshn yth yy wybsh
Yahweh will utterly destroy the tongue of the Egyptian sea; and with his scorching wind he will wave his hand over the River, and will split it into seven streams, and cause men to march over in sandals.

ותהי אורח כבישא לשארא דעמיה דישתאר מאתוראה כמא דהות לישראל ביום מסקיהון מארעא דמצרים:
dmtsrym marea msqyhwn bywm lyshral dhwth kma mathwrah dyshthar demyh lshara kbysha awrkh wthhy
There will be a highway for the remnant that is left of his people from Assyria, like there was for Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt.
