תחוב שמרון ארי סריבת על מימר אלהא בחרבא יתקטלון ועולמהון יטרפון ומעדיתהון יתבזעו:
ythbzew wmedythhwn yTrpwn wewlmhwn ythqTlwn bkhrba alha mymr el srybth ary shmrwn thkhwb
Israel, return to Yahweh your God; for you have fallen because of your sin.

תוב ישראל לדחלתא דיי אלהך ארי אתקלתא בחובך:
bkhwbk athqltha ary alhk dyy ldkhltha yshral thwb
Take words with you, and return to Yahweh. Tell him, “Forgive all our sins, and accept that which is good; so we offer bulls as we vowed of our lips.

קריבו עמכון פתגמין דאתודאה ותובו לפולחנא דיי אמרו קדמוהי קריב קדמך למשבק על עוין ונתקבל דא כטבין ויהוין מילי ספותנא מתקבלין קדמך כתורין לרעוא על מדבחא:
mdbkha el lrewa kthwryn qdmk mthqblyn spwthna myly wyhwyn kTbyn da wnthqbl ewyn el lmshbq qdmk qryb qdmwhy amrw dyy lpwlkhna wthwbw dathwdah pthgmyn emkwn qrybw
Assyria can’t save us. We won’t ride on horses; neither will we say any more to the work of our hands, ‘Our gods!’ for in you the fatherless finds mercy.”

מלכי אתור לא יפרקננא על רכבי סוסון לא נתרחיץ ולא נאמר עוד אלהנא לעובדי ידנא דמן קדמך אתרחם על אבהתנא כד הוו במצרים הא כיתמין:
kythmyn ha bmtsrym hww kd abhthna el athrkhm qdmk dmn ydna lewbdy alhna ewd namr wla nthrkhyts la swswn rkby el yprqnna la athwr mlky
“I will heal their waywardness. I will love them freely; for my anger is turned away from them.

אקבלינון בתיובתהון אשבוק לחוביהון ארחמנון כד יתובון בנדבא ארי תב רוגזי מנהון:
mnhwn rwgzy thb ary bndba ythwbwn kd arkhmnwn lkhwbyhwn ashbwq bthywbthhwn aqblynwn
I will be like the dew to Israel. He will blossom like the lily, and send down his roots like Lebanon.

יהי מימרי כטלא לישראל יזהרון כשושנא ויתבון על תקוף ארעהון כאילן לבנן דמשלח עוברתיה:
ewbrthyh dmshlkh lbnn kayln arehwn thqwp el wythbwn kshwshna yzhrwn lyshral kTla mymry yhy
His branches will spread, and his beauty will be like the olive tree, and his fragrance like Lebanon.

יסגון בנין ובנן ויהי כזיו מנרת קודשא זיוהון וריחהון כריח קטורת בוסמיא:
bwsmya qTwrth krykh wrykhhwn zywhwn qwdsha mnrth kzyw wyhy wbnn bnyn ysgwn
Men will dwell in his shade. They will revive like the grain, and blossom like the vine. Their fragrance will be like the wine of Lebanon.

יתכנשון מביני גלותהון יתבון בטלל משיחהון ויחון מתיא ויסגי טובא בארעא יהי דכרן טבותהון עליל ולא פסיק כדוכרן יבבות חצוצרתא על חמר עתיק דמתנסך בבית מקדשא:
mqdsha bbyth dmthnsk ethyq khmr el khtswtsrtha ybbwth kdwkrn psyq wla elyl Tbwthhwn dkrn yhy barea Twba wysgy mthya wykhwn mshykhhwn bTll ythbwn glwthhwn mbyny ythknshwn
Ephraim, what have I to do any more with idols? I answer, and will take care of him. I am like a green cypress tree; from me your fruit is found.”

יימרון דבית ישראל מה לנא עוד למפלח לטעותא אנא במימרי אקביל צלותהון דישראל וארחים עלוהי אנא במימרי אעבדיניה כבירון שפירן דמן קדמי סליח לתיובתהון משתכחא:
mshthkkha lthywbthhwn slykh qdmy dmn shpyrn kbyrwn aebdynyh bmymry ana elwhy warkhym dyshral tslwthhwn aqbyl bmymry ana lTewtha lmplkh ewd lna mh yshral dbyth yymrwn
Who is wise, that he may understand these things? Who is prudent, that he may know them? For the ways of Yahweh are right, and the righteous walk in them, but the rebellious stumble in them.
