צלותא דצלי חבקוק נביא כד אתגלי ליה על ארכא דיהב לרשיעיא דאם יתובון לאוריתא בלבב שלים ישתביק להון ויהון כל חוביהון דחבו קדמוהי הא כשלותא:
kshlwtha ha qdmwhy dkhbw khwbyhwn kl wyhwn lhwn yshthbyq shlym blbb lawrytha ythwbwn dam lrshyeya dyhb arka el lyh athgly kd nbya khbqwq dtsly tslwtha
A prayer of Habakkuk, the prophet, set to victorious music.

יי שמעית שמע גבורתך דחלית יי רברבין עובדך די את יהיב ארכא לרשיעיא דאם יתובון לאוריתך ולא תבו ואינון מרגזין קדמך בגו שניא דיהבת להון חיא בכן את עתיד להודע גבורתך בגו שניא דאמרתא לחדתא עלמא לאתפרעא מרשיעיא דעברו על מימרך וצדיקיא עבדי רעותך ברחמין תדכר:
thdkr brkhmyn rewthk ebdy wtsdyqya mymrk el debrw mrshyeya lathprea elma lkhdtha damrtha shnya bgw gbwrthk lhwde ethyd ath bkn khya lhwn dyhbth shnya bgw qdmk mrgzyn waynwn thbw wla lawrythk ythwbwn dam lrshyeya arka yhyb ath dy ewbdk rbrbyn yy dkhlyth gbwrthk shme shmeyth yy
Yahweh, I have heard of your fame. I stand in awe of your deeds, Yahweh. Renew your work in the middle of the years. In the middle of the years make it known. In wrath, you remember mercy.

במתן אוריתא לעמיה אלהא מדרומא אתגלי וקדישא מטורא דפארן בגבורת עלמין אתחפיאו שמיא זיו יקריה ואמרי תושבחתיה מליא ארעא:
area mlya thwshbkhthyh wamry yqryh zyw shmya athkhpyaw elmyn bgbwrth dparn mTwra wqdysha athgly mdrwma alha lemyh awrytha bmthn
God came from Teman, the Holy One from Mount Paran. Selah. His glory covered the heavens, and his praise filled the earth.

וזהור יקריה כזהור בראשית אתגלי וזקוקין ממרכבת יקריה נפקין תמן גלא ית שכנתיה דהות מטמרא מבני אנשא בתקוף רומא:
rwma bthqwp ansha mbny mTmra dhwth shknthyh yth gla thmn npqyn yqryh mmrkbth wzqwqyn athgly brashyth kzhwr yqryh wzhwr
His splendor is like the sunrise. Rays shine from his hand, where his power is hidden.

מן קדמוהי משתלח מלאך מותא ונפיק כשלהובית אשתא מימריה:
mymryh ashtha kshlhwbyth wnpyq mwtha mlak mshthlkh qdmwhy mn
Plague went before him, and pestilence followed his feet.

אתגלי ואזיע ארעא ואיתי מבולא על עם דרא דעברו על מימריה ואף בתניתא כד חבו קדמוהי בחוביהון כן בלבלינון לעממיא ואתפרקו טוריא דמלקדמין מכא רמתא דמן עלמא גבורת עלמא דיליה:
dylyh elma gbwrth elma dmn rmtha mka dmlqdmyn Twrya wathprqw lemmya blblynwn kn bkhwbyhwn qdmwhy khbw kd bthnytha wap mymryh el debrw dra em el mbwla waythy area wazye athgly
He stood, and shook the earth. He looked, and made the nations tremble. The ancient mountains were crumbled. The age-old hills collapsed. His ways are eternal.

כד פלחו בית ישראל לטעותא מסרתינון ביד כושן חיבא וכד תבו למעבד אוריתא עבדית להון נסין וגבורן ופרקתינון מיד מדינאי על יד גדעון בר יואש:
ywash br gdewn yd el mdynay myd wprqthynwn wgbwrn nsyn lhwn ebdyth awrytha lmebd thbw wkd khyba kwshn byd msrthynwn lTewtha yshral byth plkhw kd
I saw the tents of Cushan in affliction. The dwellings of the land of Midian trembled.

הא על מלכיהון ומשריתיהון דסגיאין כמי נהרא הוה רגז מן קדמך יי על מלכיא הוה רוגזך ובימא הודעתא בהון פורענות גבורתך ארי אתגליתא על מרכבת יקרך שכנתך לעמך תקוף ופורקן:
wpwrqn thqwp lemk shknthk yqrk mrkbth el athglytha ary gbwrthk pwrenwth bhwn hwdetha wbyma rwgzk hwh mlkya el yy qdmk mn rgz hwh nhra kmy dsgyayn wmshrythyhwn mlkyhwn el ha
Was Yahweh displeased with the rivers? Was your anger against the rivers, or your wrath against the sea, that you rode on your horses, on your chariots of salvation?

אתגלאה אתגליתא בגבורתך בדיל קימך דעם שבטיא מימרך קים לעלמין להון בזיעתא טנרין תקיפין נפקו נהרין שטפין ארעא:

You uncovered your bow. You called for your sworn arrows. Selah. You split the earth with rivers.

באתגליותך על טורא דסיני חזו יקרך זעו טוריא ענני מטרא עדו ארים תהומא קליה חילי מרומא תמהו קמו:
qmw thmhw mrwma khyly qlyh thhwma arym edw mTra enny Twrya zew yqrk khzw dsyny Twra el bathglywthk
The mountains saw you, and were afraid. The storm of waters passed by. The deep roared and lifted up its hands on high.

אף במעבדך נסין ליהושע במישר גבעון שמשא וסיהרא קמו במדוריהון עמך במימרך אתגברו בתקוף נצחן גבורתך:
gbwrthk ntskhn bthqwp athgbrw bmymrk emk bmdwryhwn qmw wsyhra shmsha gbewn bmyshr lyhwshe nsyn bmebdk ap
The sun and moon stood still in the sky at the light of your arrows as they went, at the shining of your glittering spear.

באיתיותך לוט על סנאי עמך באתגליותך למתבר רשיעי ארעא ברוגזך תקטול בעממיא:
bemmya thqTwl brwgzk area rshyey lmthbr bathglywthk emk snay el lwT baythywthk
You marched through the land in wrath. You threshed the nations in anger.

אתגליתא למפרק ית עמך למפרק ית משיחך שיציתא מן קדמיהון מלכיא ושלטוניא מבתיהון תריכת חיבא ותברתא חיליהון רגלי עמך על צורי סנאיהון מימרך קים לעלמין:
lelmyn qym mymrk snayhwn tswry el emk rgly khylyhwn wthbrtha khyba thrykth mbthyhwn wshlTwnya mlkya qdmyhwn mn shytsytha mshykhk yth lmprq emk yth lmprq athglytha
You went out for the salvation of your people, for the salvation of your anointed. You crushed the head of the land of wickedness. You stripped them head to foot. Selah.

בזעתא ימא בחוטריה דמשה וגבריה רישי משרית פרעה דחשיבו מחשבן על עמך דברתינון ברוח עלעולין וטבעתינון בימא דסוף על דרחיקו ושעבידו ית עמך ויהבו עצה בסתרא לאובדהון:
lawbdhwn bsthra etsh wyhbw emk yth wshebydw drkhyqw el dswp byma wTbethynwn elewlyn brwkh dbrthynwn emk el mkhshbn dkhshybw preh mshryth ryshy wgbryh dmshh bkhwTryh yma bzetha
You pierced the heads of his warriors with their own spears. They came as a whirlwind to scatter me, gloating as if to devour the wretched in secret.

אתגליתא על ימא במרכבת יקרך בדגור מין סגיאין:
sgyayn myn bdgwr yqrk bmrkbth yma el athglytha
You trampled the sea with your horses, churning mighty waters.

אמרת בבל שמעית וזעו מלכיא מן קדם דינא די אתדנו מצרים לקל מליא אלין צלא ספותי אחד זיעא לחכימיא ובאתר דשרייא זעית דשבקני ליום עקא לעדן אסקא גלות עמי מני יתברינני:
ythbrynny mny emy glwth asqa ledn eqa lywm dshbqny zeyth dshryya wbathr lkhkymya zyea akhd spwthy tsla alyn mlya lql mtsrym athdnw dy dyna qdm mn mlkya wzew shmeyth bbl amrth
I heard, and my body trembled. My lips quivered at the voice. Rottenness enters into my bones, and I tremble in my place because I must wait quietly for the day of trouble, for the coming up of the people who invade us.

ארי מלכות בבל לא תתקים ולא תעביד שולטן על ישראל יתקטלון מלכי מדי וגברי עובדי כוכבים ומזלות לא יצלחון ישתיצון רומאי ולא ינבון קסומא מירושלם:
myrwshlm qswma ynbwn wla rwmay yshthytswn ytslkhwn la wmzlwth kwkbym ewbdy wgbry mdy mlky ythqTlwn yshral el shwlTn thebyd wla ththqym la bbl mlkwth ary
For even though the fig tree doesn’t flourish, nor fruit be in the vines, the labor of the olive fails, the fields yield no food, the flocks are cut off from the fold, and there is no herd in the stalls,

בכן על נסא ופורקנא דתעביד למשיחך ולשארא דעמך די ישתארון יודון למימר אמר נביא ואנא במימרא דיי אבוע אדוץ לאלהא עביד פורקני:
pwrqny ebyd lalha adwts abwe dyy bmymra wana nbya amr lmymr ywdwn yshtharwn dy demk wlshara lmshykhk dthebyd wpwrqna nsa el bkn
yet I will rejoice in Yahweh. I will be joyful in the God of my salvation!

אלהים יי דסעיד לי בחילא משוי רגלי קלילין כאילתא ועל בית תוקפי יקימינני לדיליה נצחנין וגבורן וקדמוהי אנא מנגן בתושבחתי:
bthwshbkhthy mngn ana wqdmwhy wgbwrn ntskhnyn ldylyh yqymynny thwqpy byth wel kayltha qlylyn rgly mshwy bkhyla ly dseyd yy alhym
Yahweh, the Lord, is my strength. He makes my feet like deer’s feet, and enables me to go in high places. For the music director, on my stringed instruments.
