ובריך יי ית נח וית בנוהי ואמר להון פושו וסגו ומלו ית ארעא:
wbryk yy yth nkh wyth bnwhy wamr lhwn pwshw wsgw wmlw yth area
God blessed Noah and his sons, and said to them, “Be fruitful, multiply, and replenish the earth.

ודחלתכון ואימתכון תהי על כל חות ארעא ועל כל עופא דשמיא בכל די תרחיש ארעא ובכל נוני ימא בידכון יהון מסירין:
wdkhlthkwn waymthkwn thhy el kl khwth area wel kl ewpa dshmya bkl dy thrkhysh area wbkl nwny yma bydkwn yhwn msyryn
The fear of you and the dread of you will be on every animal of the earth, and on every bird of the sky. Everything that moves along the ground, and all the fish of the sea, are delivered into your hand.

כל רחשא דהוא חי לכון יהי למיכל כירוק עשבא יהבית לכון ית כלא:
kl rkhsha dhwa khy lkwn yhy lmykl kyrwq eshba yhbyth lkwn yth kla
Every moving thing that lives will be food for you. As I gave you the green herb, I have given everything to you.

ברם בשרא בנפשיה דמיה לא תכלון:
brm bshra bnpshyh dmyh la thklwn
But flesh with its life, that is, its blood, you shall not eat.

וברם ית דמכון לנפשתיכון אתבע מיד כל חיתא אתבעניה ומיד אנשא מיד גבר דישוד ית דמא דאחוהי אתבע ית נפשא דאנשא:
wbrm yth dmkwn lnpshthykwn athbe myd kl khytha athbenyh wmyd ansha myd gbr dyshwd yth dma dakhwhy athbe yth npsha dansha
I will surely require accounting for your life’s blood. At the hand of every animal I will require it. At the hand of man, even at the hand of every man’s brother, I will require the life of man.

דישוד דמא דאנשא בסהדין על מימר דיניא דמיה יתשד ארי בצלמא דיי עבד ית אנשא:
dyshwd dma dansha bshdyn el mymr dynya dmyh ythshd ary btslma dyy ebd yth ansha
Whoever sheds man’s blood, his blood will be shed by man, for God made man in his own image.

ואתון פושו וסגו אתילידו בארעא וסגו בה:
wathwn pwshw wsgw athylydw barea wsgw bh
Be fruitful and multiply. Increase abundantly in the earth, and multiply in it.”

ואמר יי לנח ולבנוהי עמיה למימר:
wamr yy lnkh wlbnwhy emyh lmymr
God spoke to Noah and to his sons with him, saying,

ואנא הא אנא מקים ית קימי עמכון ועם בניכון בתריכון:
wana ha ana mqym yth qymy emkwn wem bnykwn bthrykwn
“As for me, behold, I establish my covenant with you, and with your offspring after you,
10
ועם כל נפשא חיתא דעמכון בעופא בבעירא ובכל חיות ארעא דעמכון מכל נפקי תבותא לכל חית ארעא:
wem kl npsha khytha demkwn bewpa bbeyra wbkl khywth area demkwn mkl npqy thbwtha lkl khyth area
and with every living creature that is with you: the birds, the livestock, and every animal of the earth with you, of all that go out of the ship, even every animal of the earth.

ואקם ית קימי עמכון ולא ישתיצי כל בשרא עוד ממי טופנא ולא יהי עוד טופנא לחבלא ארעא:
waqm yth qymy emkwn wla yshthytsy kl bshra ewd mmy Twpna wla yhy ewd Twpna lkhbla area
I will establish my covenant with you: All flesh will not be cut off any more by the waters of the flood. There will never again be a flood to destroy the earth.”

ואמר יי דא את קים די אנא יהב בין מימרי וביניכון ובין כל נפשא חיתא די עמכון לדרי עלמא:
wamr yy da ath qym dy ana yhb byn mymry wbynykwn wbyn kl npsha khytha dy emkwn ldry elma
God said, “This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations:

ית קשתי יהבית בעננא ותהי לאת קים בין מימרי ובין ארעא:
yth qshthy yhbyth benna wthhy lath qym byn mymry wbyn area
I set my rainbow in the cloud, and it will be a sign of a covenant between me and the earth.
14
ויהי בעננותי עננא על ארעא ותתחזי קשתא בעננא:
wyhy bennwthy enna el area wththkhzy qshtha benna
When I bring a cloud over the earth, that the rainbow will be seen in the cloud,
15
ודכירנא ית קימי די בין מימרי וביניכון ובין כל נפשא חיתא בכל בשרא ולא יהא עוד מיא לטופנא לחבלא כל בשרא:
wdkyrna yth qymy dy byn mymry wbynykwn wbyn kl npsha khytha bkl bshra wla yha ewd mya lTwpna lkhbla kl bshra
I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh, and the waters will no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.

ותהי קשתא בעננא ואחזנה למדכר קים עלם בין מימרא דיי ובין כל נפשא חיתא בכל בשרא די על ארעא:
wthhy qshtha benna wakhznh lmdkr qym elm byn mymra dyy wbyn kl npsha khytha bkl bshra dy el area
The rainbow will be in the cloud. I will look at it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth.”

ואמר יי לנח דא את קים די אקמית בין מימרי ובין כל בשרא די על ארעא:
wamr yy lnkh da ath qym dy aqmyth byn mymry wbyn kl bshra dy el area
God said to Noah, “This is the token of the covenant which I have established between me and all flesh that is on the earth.”

והוו בני נח די נפקו מן תבותא שם וחם ויפת וחם הוא אבוהי דכנען:
whww bny nkh dy npqw mn thbwtha shm wkhm wypth wkhm hwa abwhy dknen
The sons of Noah who went out from the ship were Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Ham is the father of Canaan.

תלתא אלין בני נח ומאלין אתבדרו כל ארעא:
thltha alyn bny nkh wmalyn athbdrw kl area
These three were the sons of Noah, and from these the whole earth was populated.
20
ושרי נח גבר פלח בארעא ונציב כרמא:
wshry nkh gbr plkh barea wntsyb krma
Noah began to be a farmer, and planted a vineyard.
21
ושתי מן חמרא ורוי ואתגלי בגו משכניה:
wshthy mn khmra wrwy wathgly bgw mshknyh
He drank of the wine and got drunk. He was uncovered within his tent.
22
וחזא חם אבוהי דכנען ית עריתא דאבוהי וחוי לתרין אחוהי בשוקא:
wkhza khm abwhy dknen yth erytha dabwhy wkhwy lthryn akhwhy bshwqa
Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brothers outside.

ונסיב שם ויפת ית כסותא ושויו על כתף תרויהון ואזלו מחזרין וחפיאו ית עריתא דאבוהון ואפיהון מחזרין ועריתא דאבוהון לא חזו:
wnsyb shm wypth yth kswtha wshwyw el kthp thrwyhwn wazlw mkhzryn wkhpyaw yth erytha dabwhwn wapyhwn mkhzryn werytha dabwhwn la khzw
Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid it on both their shoulders, went in backwards, and covered the nakedness of their father. Their faces were backwards, and they didn’t see their father’s nakedness.

ואתער נח מחמריה וידע ית די עבד ליה בריה זעירא:
wather nkh mkhmryh wyde yth dy ebd lyh bryh zeyra
Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his youngest son had done to him.
25
ואמר ליט כנען עבד פלח עבדין יהי לאחוהי:
wamr lyT knen ebd plkh ebdyn yhy lakhwhy
He said, “Canaan is cursed. He will be a servant of servants to his brothers.”
26
ואמר בריך יי אלהה דשם ויהי כנען עבדא להון:
wamr bryk yy alhh dshm wyhy knen ebda lhwn
He said, “Blessed be Yahweh, the God of Shem. Let Canaan be his servant.
27
יפתי יי ליפת וישרי שכינתיה במשכניה דשם ויהי כנען עבדא להון:
ypthy yy lypth wyshry shkynthyh bmshknyh dshm wyhy knen ebda lhwn
May God enlarge Japheth. Let him dwell in the tents of Shem. Let Canaan be his servant.”
28
וחיא נח בתר טופנא תלת מאה וחמשין שנין:
wkhya nkh bthr Twpna thlth mah wkhmshyn shnyn
Noah lived three hundred fifty years after the flood.
29
והוו כל יומי נח תשע מאה וחמשין שנין ומית:
whww kl ywmy nkh thshe mah wkhmshyn shnyn wmyth
All the days of Noah were nine hundred fifty years, and then he died.
