ובריך יי ית נח וית בנוהי ואמר להון פושו וסגו ומלו ית ארעא:
area yth wmlw wsgw pwshw lhwn wamr bnwhy wyth nkh yth yy wbryk
God blessed Noah and his sons, and said to them, “Be fruitful, multiply, and replenish the earth.

ודחלתכון ואימתכון תהי על כל חות ארעא ועל כל עופא דשמיא בכל די תרחיש ארעא ובכל נוני ימא בידכון יהון מסירין:
msyryn yhwn bydkwn yma nwny wbkl area thrkhysh dy bkl dshmya ewpa kl wel area khwth kl el thhy waymthkwn wdkhlthkwn
The fear of you and the dread of you will be on every animal of the earth, and on every bird of the sky. Everything that moves along the ground, and all the fish of the sea, are delivered into your hand.

כל רחשא דהוא חי לכון יהי למיכל כירוק עשבא יהבית לכון ית כלא:
kla yth lkwn yhbyth eshba kyrwq lmykl yhy lkwn khy dhwa rkhsha kl
Every moving thing that lives will be food for you. As I gave you the green herb, I have given everything to you.

ברם בשרא בנפשיה דמיה לא תכלון:
thklwn la dmyh bnpshyh bshra brm
But flesh with its life, that is, its blood, you shall not eat.

וברם ית דמכון לנפשתיכון אתבע מיד כל חיתא אתבעניה ומיד אנשא מיד גבר דישוד ית דמא דאחוהי אתבע ית נפשא דאנשא:
dansha npsha yth athbe dakhwhy dma yth dyshwd gbr myd ansha wmyd athbenyh khytha kl myd athbe lnpshthykwn dmkwn yth wbrm
I will surely require accounting for your life’s blood. At the hand of every animal I will require it. At the hand of man, even at the hand of every man’s brother, I will require the life of man.

דישוד דמא דאנשא בסהדין על מימר דיניא דמיה יתשד ארי בצלמא דיי עבד ית אנשא:
ansha yth ebd dyy btslma ary ythshd dmyh dynya mymr el bshdyn dansha dma dyshwd
Whoever sheds man’s blood, his blood will be shed by man, for God made man in his own image.

ואתון פושו וסגו אתילידו בארעא וסגו בה:
bh wsgw barea athylydw wsgw pwshw wathwn
Be fruitful and multiply. Increase abundantly in the earth, and multiply in it.”

ואמר יי לנח ולבנוהי עמיה למימר:
lmymr emyh wlbnwhy lnkh yy wamr
God spoke to Noah and to his sons with him, saying,
9
ואנא הא אנא מקים ית קימי עמכון ועם בניכון בתריכון:
bthrykwn bnykwn wem emkwn qymy yth mqym ana ha wana
“As for me, behold, I establish my covenant with you, and with your offspring after you,
10
ועם כל נפשא חיתא דעמכון בעופא בבעירא ובכל חיות ארעא דעמכון מכל נפקי תבותא לכל חית ארעא:
area khyth lkl thbwtha npqy mkl demkwn area khywth wbkl bbeyra bewpa demkwn khytha npsha kl wem
and with every living creature that is with you: the birds, the livestock, and every animal of the earth with you, of all that go out of the ship, even every animal of the earth.

ואקם ית קימי עמכון ולא ישתיצי כל בשרא עוד ממי טופנא ולא יהי עוד טופנא לחבלא ארעא:
area lkhbla Twpna ewd yhy wla Twpna mmy ewd bshra kl yshthytsy wla emkwn qymy yth waqm
I will establish my covenant with you: All flesh will not be cut off any more by the waters of the flood. There will never again be a flood to destroy the earth.”

ואמר יי דא את קים די אנא יהב בין מימרי וביניכון ובין כל נפשא חיתא די עמכון לדרי עלמא:
elma ldry emkwn dy khytha npsha kl wbyn wbynykwn mymry byn yhb ana dy qym ath da yy wamr
God said, “This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations:

ית קשתי יהבית בעננא ותהי לאת קים בין מימרי ובין ארעא:
area wbyn mymry byn qym lath wthhy benna yhbyth qshthy yth
I set my rainbow in the cloud, and it will be a sign of a covenant between me and the earth.
14
ויהי בעננותי עננא על ארעא ותתחזי קשתא בעננא:
benna qshtha wththkhzy area el enna bennwthy wyhy
When I bring a cloud over the earth, that the rainbow will be seen in the cloud,
15
ודכירנא ית קימי די בין מימרי וביניכון ובין כל נפשא חיתא בכל בשרא ולא יהא עוד מיא לטופנא לחבלא כל בשרא:
bshra kl lkhbla lTwpna mya ewd yha wla bshra bkl khytha npsha kl wbyn wbynykwn mymry byn dy qymy yth wdkyrna
I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh, and the waters will no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.
16
ותהי קשתא בעננא ואחזנה למדכר קים עלם בין מימרא דיי ובין כל נפשא חיתא בכל בשרא די על ארעא:
area el dy bshra bkl khytha npsha kl wbyn dyy mymra byn elm qym lmdkr wakhznh benna qshtha wthhy
The rainbow will be in the cloud. I will look at it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth.”

ואמר יי לנח דא את קים די אקמית בין מימרי ובין כל בשרא די על ארעא:
area el dy bshra kl wbyn mymry byn aqmyth dy qym ath da lnkh yy wamr
God said to Noah, “This is the token of the covenant which I have established between me and all flesh that is on the earth.”

והוו בני נח די נפקו מן תבותא שם וחם ויפת וחם הוא אבוהי דכנען:
dknen abwhy hwa wkhm wypth wkhm shm thbwtha mn npqw dy nkh bny whww
The sons of Noah who went out from the ship were Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Ham is the father of Canaan.

תלתא אלין בני נח ומאלין אתבדרו כל ארעא:
area kl athbdrw wmalyn nkh bny alyn thltha
These three were the sons of Noah, and from these the whole earth was populated.
20
ושרי נח גבר פלח בארעא ונציב כרמא:
krma wntsyb barea plkh gbr nkh wshry
Noah began to be a farmer, and planted a vineyard.
21
ושתי מן חמרא ורוי ואתגלי בגו משכניה:
mshknyh bgw wathgly wrwy khmra mn wshthy
He drank of the wine and got drunk. He was uncovered within his tent.
22
וחזא חם אבוהי דכנען ית עריתא דאבוהי וחוי לתרין אחוהי בשוקא:
bshwqa akhwhy lthryn wkhwy dabwhy erytha yth dknen abwhy khm wkhza
Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brothers outside.

ונסיב שם ויפת ית כסותא ושויו על כתף תרויהון ואזלו מחזרין וחפיאו ית עריתא דאבוהון ואפיהון מחזרין ועריתא דאבוהון לא חזו:
khzw la dabwhwn werytha mkhzryn wapyhwn dabwhwn erytha yth wkhpyaw mkhzryn wazlw thrwyhwn kthp el wshwyw kswtha yth wypth shm wnsyb
Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid it on both their shoulders, went in backwards, and covered the nakedness of their father. Their faces were backwards, and they didn’t see their father’s nakedness.

ואתער נח מחמריה וידע ית די עבד ליה בריה זעירא:
zeyra bryh lyh ebd dy yth wyde mkhmryh nkh wather
Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his youngest son had done to him.
25
ואמר ליט כנען עבד פלח עבדין יהי לאחוהי:
lakhwhy yhy ebdyn plkh ebd knen lyT wamr
He said, “Canaan is cursed. He will be a servant of servants to his brothers.”
26
ואמר בריך יי אלהה דשם ויהי כנען עבדא להון:
lhwn ebda knen wyhy dshm alhh yy bryk wamr
He said, “Blessed be Yahweh, the God of Shem. Let Canaan be his servant.
27
יפתי יי ליפת וישרי שכינתיה במשכניה דשם ויהי כנען עבדא להון:
lhwn ebda knen wyhy dshm bmshknyh shkynthyh wyshry lypth yy ypthy
May God enlarge Japheth. Let him dwell in the tents of Shem. Let Canaan be his servant.”
28
וחיא נח בתר טופנא תלת מאה וחמשין שנין:
shnyn wkhmshyn mah thlth Twpna bthr nkh wkhya
Noah lived three hundred fifty years after the flood.
