ולא יכיל יוסף לאתחסנא לכל דקימין עלוהי וקרא אפיקו כל אנש מעלוי ולא קם אנש עמיה כד אתידע יוסף לות אחוהי:
akhwhy lwth ywsp athyde kd emyh ansh qm wla melwy ansh kl apyqw wqra elwhy dqymyn lkl lathkhsna ywsp ykyl wla
Then Joseph couldn’t control himself before all those who stood before him, and he called out, “Cause everyone to go out from me!” No one else stood with him, while Joseph made himself known to his brothers.

ויהב ית קליה בבכיתא ושמעו מצרים ושמע אנש בית פרעה:
preh byth ansh wshme mtsrym wshmew bbkytha qlyh yth wyhb
He wept aloud. The Egyptians heard, and the house of Pharaoh heard.

ואמר יוסף לאחוהי אנא יוסף העד כען אבא קים ולא יכילו אחוהי לאתבא יתיה פתגם ארי אתבהילו מן קדמוהי:
qdmwhy mn athbhylw ary pthgm ythyh lathba akhwhy ykylw wla qym aba ken hed ywsp ana lakhwhy ywsp wamr
Joseph said to his brothers, “I am Joseph! Does my father still live?” His brothers couldn’t answer him; for they were terrified at his presence.

ואמר יוסף לאחוהי קריבו כען לותי וקריבו ואמר אנא יוסף אחוכון די זבנתון יתי למצרים:
lmtsrym ythy zbnthwn dy akhwkwn ywsp ana wamr wqrybw lwthy ken qrybw lakhwhy ywsp wamr
Joseph said to his brothers, “Come near to me, please.” They came near. He said, “I am Joseph, your brother, whom you sold into Egypt.

וכען לא תתנסון ולא יתקף בעיניכון ארי זבנתון יתי הכא ארי לקימא שלחני יי קדמיכון:
qdmykwn yy shlkhny lqyma ary hka ythy zbnthwn ary beynykwn ythqp wla ththnswn la wken
Now don’t be grieved, nor angry with yourselves, that you sold me here, for God sent me before you to preserve life.

ארי דנן תרתין שנין כפנא בגו ארעא ועוד חמש שנין די לית זרועא וחצדא:
wkhtsda zrwea lyth dy shnyn khmsh wewd area bgw kpna shnyn thrthyn dnn ary
For these two years the famine has been in the land, and there are yet five years, in which there will be no plowing and no harvest.

ושלחני יי קדמיכון לשואה לכון שארא בארעא ולקימא לכון לשיזבא רבא:
rba lshyzba lkwn wlqyma barea shara lkwn lshwah qdmykwn yy wshlkhny
God sent me before you to preserve for you a remnant in the earth, and to save you alive by a great deliverance.

וכען לא אתון שלחתון יתי הכא אלהן מן קדם יי ושויני לאבא לפרעה ולרבון לכל אנש ביתיה ושליט בכל ארעא דמצרים:
dmtsrym area bkl wshlyT bythyh ansh lkl wlrbwn lpreh laba wshwyny yy qdm mn alhn hka ythy shlkhthwn athwn la wken
So now it wasn’t you who sent me here, but God, and he has made me a father to Pharaoh, lord of all his house, and ruler over all the land of Egypt.

אוחו וסקו לות אבא ותימרון ליה כדנן אמר ברך יוסף שויני יי לרבון לכל מצרים חות לותי לא תתעכב:
ththekb la lwthy khwth mtsrym lkl lrbwn yy shwyny ywsp brk amr kdnn lyh wthymrwn aba lwth wsqw awkhw
Hurry, and go up to my father, and tell him, ‘This is what your son Joseph says, “God has made me lord of all Egypt. Come down to me. Don’t wait.

ותתיב בארעא דגשן ותהי קריב לי את ובנך ובני בנך וענך ותורך וכל די לך:
lk dy wkl wthwrk wenk bnk wbny wbnk ath ly qryb wthhy dgshn barea wththyb
You shall dwell in the land of Goshen, and you will be near to me, you, your children, your children’s children, your flocks, your herds, and all that you have.

ואזון יתך תמן ארי עוד חמש שנין כפנא דלמא תתמסכן את ואנש ביתך וכל די לך:
lk dy wkl bythk wansh ath ththmskn dlma kpna shnyn khmsh ewd ary thmn ythk wazwn
There I will provide for you; for there are yet five years of famine; lest you come to poverty, you, and your household, and all that you have.”’

והא עיניכון חזן ועיני אחי בנימין ארי בלישנכון אנא ממלל עמכון:
emkwn mmll ana blyshnkwn ary bnymyn akhy weyny khzn eynykwn wha
Behold, your eyes see, and the eyes of my brother Benjamin, that it is my mouth that speaks to you.

ותחוון לאבא ית כל יקרי במצרים וית כל די חזיתון ותוחון ותחתון ית אבא הכא:
hka aba yth wthkhthwn wthwkhwn khzythwn dy kl wyth bmtsrym yqry kl yth laba wthkhwwn
You shall tell my father of all my glory in Egypt, and of all that you have seen. You shall hurry and bring my father down here.”

ונפל על צוארי בנימן אחוהי ובכא ובנימן בכא על צואריה:
tswaryh el bka wbnymn wbka akhwhy bnymn tswary el wnpl
He fell on his brother Benjamin’s neck and wept, and Benjamin wept on his neck.
15
ונשק לכל אחוהי ובכא עליהון ובתר כן מלילו אחוהי עמיה:
emyh akhwhy mlylw kn wbthr elyhwn wbka akhwhy lkl wnshq
He kissed all his brothers, and wept on them. After that his brothers talked with him.
16
וקלא אשתמע לבית פרעה למימר עלו אחי יוסף ושפר בעיני פרעה ובעיני עבדוהי:
ebdwhy wbeyny preh beyny wshpr ywsp akhy elw lmymr preh lbyth ashthme wqla
The report of it was heard in Pharaoh’s house, saying, “Joseph’s brothers have come.” It pleased Pharaoh well, and his servants.

ואמר פרעה ליוסף אמר לאחיך דא עיבידו טעונו ית בעירכון ואזילו אובילו לארעא דכנען:
dknen larea awbylw wazylw beyrkwn yth Tewnw eybydw da lakhyk amr lywsp preh wamr
Pharaoh said to Joseph, “Tell your brothers, ‘Do this: Load your animals, and go, travel to the land of Canaan.

ודברו ית אבוכון וית אנש בתיכון ועולו לותי ואתן לכון ית טוב ארעא דמצרים ותיכלון ית טובא דארעא:
darea Twba yth wthyklwn dmtsrym area Twb yth lkwn wathn lwthy wewlw bthykwn ansh wyth abwkwn yth wdbrw
Take your father and your households, and come to me, and I will give you the good of the land of Egypt, and you will eat the fat of the land.’

ואת מפקדא דא עיבידו סיבו לכון מארעא דמצרים עגלן לטפליכון ולנשיכון ותטלון ית אבוכון ותיתון:
wthythwn abwkwn yth wthTlwn wlnshykwn lTplykwn egln dmtsrym marea lkwn sybw eybydw da mpqda wath
Now you are commanded to do this: Take wagons out of the land of Egypt for your little ones, and for your wives, and bring your father, and come.
20
ועינכון לא תחוס על מניכון ארי טב כל ארעא דמצרים דלכון הוא:
hwa dlkwn dmtsrym area kl Tb ary mnykwn el thkhws la weynkwn
Also, don’t concern yourselves about your belongings, for the good of all the land of Egypt is yours.”
21
ועבדו כן בני ישראל ויהב להון יוסף עגלן על מימר פרעה ויהב להון זודין לארחא:
larkha zwdyn lhwn wyhb preh mymr el egln ywsp lhwn wyhb yshral bny kn webdw
The sons of Israel did so. Joseph gave them wagons, according to the commandment of Pharaoh, and gave them provision for the way.

לכלהון יהב לגבר אצטלון דלבושא ולבנימן יהב תלת מאה סלעין דכסף וחמש אצטלון דלבושין:
dlbwshyn atsTlwn wkhmsh dksp sleyn mah thlth yhb wlbnymn dlbwsha atsTlwn lgbr yhb lklhwn
He gave each one of them changes of clothing, but to Benjamin he gave three hundred pieces of silver and five changes of clothing.

ולאבוהי שלח כדא עסרא חמרין טעינין מטובא דמצרים ועסר אתנן טעינן עיבור ולחם וזודין לאבוהי לארחא:
larkha labwhy wzwdyn wlkhm eybwr Teynn athnn wesr dmtsrym mTwba Teynyn khmryn esra kda shlkh wlabwhy
He sent the following to his father: ten donkeys loaded with the good things of Egypt, and ten female donkeys loaded with grain and bread and provision for his father by the way.

ושלח ית אחוהי ואזלו ואמר להון לא תתנצון בארחא:
barkha ththntswn la lhwn wamr wazlw akhwhy yth wshlkh
So he sent his brothers away, and they departed. He said to them, “See that you don’t quarrel on the way.”
25
וסליקו ממצרים ואתו לארעא דכנען לות יעקב אבוהון:
abwhwn yeqb lwth dknen larea wathw mmtsrym wslyqw
They went up out of Egypt, and came into the land of Canaan, to Jacob their father.

וחויאו ליה למימר עוד כען יוסף קים וארי הוא שליט בכל ארעא דמצרים והוו מליא פיגן על לביה ארי לא הימין להון:
lhwn hymyn la ary lbyh el pygn mlya whww dmtsrym area bkl shlyT hwa wary qym ywsp ken ewd lmymr lyh wkhwyaw
They told him, saying, “Joseph is still alive, and he is ruler over all the land of Egypt.” His heart fainted, for he didn’t believe them.
27
ומלילו עמיה ית כל פתגמי יוסף די מליל עמהון וחזא ית עגלתא דשלח יוסף למטל יתיה ושרת רוח נבואה לות יעקב אבוהון:
abwhwn yeqb lwth nbwah rwkh wshrth ythyh lmTl ywsp dshlkh egltha yth wkhza emhwn mlyl dy ywsp pthgmy kl yth emyh wmlylw
They told him all the words of Joseph, which he had said to them. When he saw the wagons which Joseph had sent to carry him, the spirit of Jacob, their father, revived.
