ואת בר אדם סב לך חרבא חריפא מספר גלביא תסב לך ותעבד על רישך ועל דקנך ותסב לך מוזנין דמתקל ותפלגינון:
wthplgynwn dmthql mwznyn lk wthsb dqnk wel ryshk el wthebd lk thsb glbya mspr khrypa khrba lk sb adm br wath
“You, son of man, take a sharp sword. You shall take it as a barber’s razor to yourself, and shall cause it to pass over your head and over your beard. Then take balances to weigh and divide the hair.

תלתא בנורא תדליק בגו קרתא כמשלם ימי צירא ותסב ית תלתא תקטיל בחרבא סחרנהא ותלתא יתבדרון ודקטלין בחרבא אגרי בתריהון:
bthryhwn agry bkhrba wdqTlyn ythbdrwn wthltha skhrnha bkhrba thqTyl thltha yth wthsb tsyra ymy kmshlm qrtha bgw thdlyq bnwra thltha
A third part you shall burn in the fire in the middle of the city, when the days of the siege are fulfilled. You shall take a third part, and strike with the sword around it. A third part you shall scatter to the wind, and I will draw out a sword after them.

ותסב מתמן זעיר במנין ותצור יתהון בכנפך:
bknpk ythhwn wthtswr bmnyn zeyr mthmn wthsb
You shall take a small number of these and bind them in the folds of your robe.

ומנהון עוד תסב ותרמי יתהון לגו נורא ותוקיד יתהון בנורא בכן תפוק אשתא על כל בית ישראל:
yshral byth kl el ashtha thpwq bkn bnwra ythhwn wthwqyd nwra lgw ythhwn wthrmy thsb ewd wmnhwn
Of these again you shall take, and cast them into the middle of the fire, and burn them in the fire. From it a fire will come out into all the house of Israel.

כדנן אמר יי אלהים דא ירושלם בגו עממיא שויתהא וסחור סחור לה מדינתא:
mdyntha lh skhwr wskhwr shwythha emmya bgw yrwshlm da alhym yy amr kdnn
“The Lord Yahweh says: ‘This is Jerusalem. I have set her in the middle of the nations, and countries are around her.

ואשניאת ית דיני למחבביהון מן עממיא וית קימי מן מדינתא די בסחרנהא ארי בדיני קצו וקימי לא הליכו בהון:
bhwn hlykw la wqymy qtsw bdyny ary bskhrnha dy mdyntha mn qymy wyth emmya mn lmkhbbyhwn dyny yth washnyath
She has rebelled against my ordinances in doing wickedness more than the nations, and against my statutes more than the countries that are around her; for they have rejected my ordinances, and as for my statutes, they have not walked in them.’

בכן כדנן אמר יי אלהים חלף דחבתון מן עממיא די בסחרניכון בקימי לא הלכתון וית דיני לא עבדתון וכנימוסי עממיא די בסחרניכון לא עבדתון:
ebdthwn la bskhrnykwn dy emmya wknymwsy ebdthwn la dyny wyth hlkthwn la bqymy bskhrnykwn dy emmya mn dkhbthwn khlp alhym yy amr kdnn bkn
“Therefore the Lord Yahweh says: ‘Because you are more turbulent than the nations that are around you, and have not walked in my statutes, neither have kept my ordinances, neither have followed the ordinances of the nations that are around you;

בכן כדנן אמר יי אלהים הא אנא שלח רוגזי עלך אף אנא ואעביד בגויך פורענות דינין לעיני עממיא:
emmya leyny dynyn pwrenwth bgwyk waebyd ana ap elk rwgzy shlkh ana ha alhym yy amr kdnn bkn
therefore the Lord Yahweh says: ‘Behold, I, even I, am against you; and I will execute judgments among you in the sight of the nations.

ואעביד ביך ית דלא עבדית וית דלא אעביד דכותיה עוד חלף כל תועבתיך:
thwebthyk kl khlp ewd dkwthyh aebyd dla wyth ebdyth dla yth byk waebyd
I will do in you that which I have not done, and which I will not do anything like it any more, because of all your abominations.

בכן אבהן ייכלון בסר בניהון בגויך ובניא ייכלון בסר אבהתהון ואעביד ביך פורענות דינין ואבדר ית כל שאר עמיך לכל רוח:
rwkh lkl emyk shar kl yth wabdr dynyn pwrenwth byk waebyd abhthhwn bsr yyklwn wbnya bgwyk bnyhwn bsr yyklwn abhn bkn
Therefore the fathers will eat the sons within you, and the sons will eat their fathers. I will execute judgments on you; and I will scatter the whole remnant of you to all the winds.

בכן קיים אנא אמר יי אלהים אם לא חלף דמקדשי סאבת בכל שקוציך ובכל תועבתיך ואף אנא אקטוף תקוף דרעיך ולא יחוס מימרי ואף אנא לא ארחם:
arkhm la ana wap mymry ykhws wla dreyk thqwp aqTwp ana wap thwebthyk wbkl shqwtsyk bkl sabth dmqdshy khlp la am alhym yy amr ana qyym bkn
Therefore as I live,’ says the Lord Yahweh, ‘surely, because you have defiled my sanctuary with all your detestable things, and with all your abominations, therefore I will also diminish you. My eye won’t spare, and I will have no pity.

תלתיך במותא ימותון ובכפנא ישתיצון בגויך ותלתא בחרבא יתקטלון סחרניך ותלתא לכל רוח אבדר ודקטלין בחרבא אגרי בתריהון:
bthryhwn agry bkhrba wdqTlyn abdr rwkh lkl wthltha skhrnyk ythqTlwn bkhrba wthltha bgwyk yshthytswn wbkpna ymwthwn bmwtha thlthyk
A third part of you will die with the pestilence, and they will be consumed with famine within you. A third part will fall by the sword around you. A third part I will scatter to all the winds, and will draw out a sword after them.

ויחול רוגזי ואניח חימתי בהון ואסיף וידעון ארי אנא יי גזרית במימרי ואקיים כד יחול רוגזי בהון:
bhwn rwgzy ykhwl kd waqyym bmymry gzryth yy ana ary wydewn wasyp bhwn khymthy wanykh rwgzy wykhwl
“‘Thus my anger will be accomplished, and I will cause my wrath toward them to rest, and I will be comforted. They will know that I, Yahweh, have spoken in my zeal, when I have accomplished my wrath on them.

ואתננך לחרבא ולחסודין ביני עממיא די בסחרנך לעיני כל דעדי:
dedy kl leyny bskhrnk dy emmya byny wlkhswdyn lkhrba wathnnk
“‘Moreover I will make you a desolation and a reproach among the nations that are around you, in the sight of all that pass by.

ותהין לחסודין ולאתרברבא עלך צדו ואשתממו לעממיא דבסחרניך כד אעביד ביך פורענות דינין ברגז ובחמה ובתקוף רגז אנא יי גזרית במימרי:
bmymry gzryth yy ana rgz wbthqwp wbkhmh brgz dynyn pwrenwth byk aebyd kd dbskhrnyk lemmya washthmmw tsdw elk wlathrbrba lkhswdyn wthhyn
So it will be a reproach and a taunt, an instruction and an astonishment, to the nations that are around you, when I execute judgments on you in anger and in wrath, and in wrathful rebukes—I, Yahweh, have spoken it—

בגריותי ית מחת כפנא מכתשין בישין דמתקנין לחבלא דאשלח יתהון לחבלותכון וכפנא אוסיף עליכון ואתבר לכון סעד מיכלא:
mykla sed lkwn wathbr elykwn awsyp wkpna lkhblwthkwn ythhwn dashlkh lkhbla dmthqnyn byshyn mkthshyn kpna mkhth yth bgrywthy
when I send on them the evil arrows of famine that are for destruction, which I will send to destroy you. I will increase the famine on you and will break your staff of bread.

ואשלח עליכון כפנא וחיתא בישתא ויתכלוניך ומותא וקטלא יעדון ביך ודקטלין בחרבא איתי עלך אנא יי גזרית במימרי:
bmymry gzryth yy ana elk aythy bkhrba wdqTlyn byk yedwn wqTla wmwtha wythklwnyk byshtha wkhytha kpna elykwn washlkh
I will send on you famine and evil animals, and they will bereave you. Pestilence and blood will pass through you. I will bring the sword on you. I, Yahweh, have spoken it.’”
