ואלין שמהת שבטיא מסיפי צפונא על תחום אורח חתלון מעלנא דחמת חצר עינן תחום דמשק צפונא על תחום חמת ויהון ליה רוח קידומא מערבא דן חד:
khd dn merba qydwma rwkh lyh wyhwn khmth thkhwm el tspwna dmshq thkhwm eynn khtsr dkhmth melna khthlwn awrkh thkhwm el tspwna msypy shbTya shmhth walyn
“Now these are the names of the tribes: From the north end, beside the way of Hethlon to the entrance of Hamath, Hazar Enan at the border of Damascus, northward beside Hamath (and they shall have their sides east and west), Dan, one portion.

ועל תחום דן מרוח מדינחא עד רוח מערבא אשר חד:
khd ashr merba rwkh ed mdynkha mrwkh dn thkhwm wel
“By the border of Dan, from the east side to the west side, Asher, one portion.

ועל תחום אשר מרוח מדינחא ועד רוח מערבא נפתלי חד:
khd npthly merba rwkh wed mdynkha mrwkh ashr thkhwm wel
“By the border of Asher, from the east side even to the west side, Naphtali, one portion.

ועל תחום נפתלי מרוח מדינחא עד רוח מערבא מנשה חד:
khd mnshh merba rwkh ed mdynkha mrwkh npthly thkhwm wel
“By the border of Naphtali, from the east side to the west side, Manasseh, one portion.

ועל תחום מנשה מרוח מדינחא עד רוח מערבא אפרים חד:
khd aprym merba rwkh ed mdynkha mrwkh mnshh thkhwm wel
“By the border of Manasseh, from the east side to the west side, Ephraim, one portion.

ועל תחום אפרים מרוח מדינחא ועד רוח מערבא ראובן חד:
khd rawbn merba rwkh wed mdynkha mrwkh aprym thkhwm wel
“By the border of Ephraim, from the east side even to the west side, Reuben, one portion.

ועל תחום ראובן מרוח מדינחא עד רוח מערבא יהודה חד:
khd yhwdh merba rwkh ed mdynkha mrwkh rawbn thkhwm wel
“By the border of Reuben, from the east side to the west side, Judah, one portion.

ועל תחום יהודה מרוח מדינחא עד רוח מערבא תהי אפרשותא דתפרשון עסרין וחמש אלפין פותיא ואורכא כחד מן חולקיא מרוח מדינחא עד רוח מערבא ויהי כיבש מקדשא בגויה:
bgwyh mqdsha kybsh wyhy merba rwkh ed mdynkha mrwkh khwlqya mn kkhd wawrka pwthya alpyn wkhmsh esryn dthprshwn aprshwtha thhy merba rwkh ed mdynkha mrwkh yhwdh thkhwm wel
“By the border of Judah, from the east side to the west side, shall be the offering which you shall offer, twenty-five thousand reeds in width, and in length as one of the portions, from the east side to the west side; and the sanctuary shall be in the middle of it.

אפרשותא די תפרשון קדם יי אורכא עסרין וחמשא אלפין ופותיא עסרא אלפין:
alpyn esra wpwthya alpyn wkhmsha esryn awrka yy qdm thprshwn dy aprshwtha
“The offering that you shall offer to Yahweh shall be twenty-five thousand reeds in length, and ten thousand in width.

ולאלין תהי אפרשות קודשא לכהניא צפונא עסרין וחמשא אלפין ולמערבא פותיא עסרא אלפין ולמדינחא פותיא עסרא אלפין ולדרומא אורכא עסרין וחמשא אלפין ויהי כיבש מקדשא דיי בגויה:
bgwyh dyy mqdsha kybsh wyhy alpyn wkhmsha esryn awrka wldrwma alpyn esra pwthya wlmdynkha alpyn esra pwthya wlmerba alpyn wkhmsha esryn tspwna lkhnya qwdsha aprshwth thhy wlalyn
For these, even for the priests, shall be the holy offering: toward the north twenty-five thousand in length, and toward the west ten thousand in width, and toward the east ten thousand in width, and toward the south twenty-five thousand in length; and the sanctuary of Yahweh shall be in the middle of it.

לכהניא דקדישין מבני צדוק דנטרו מטרת מימרי דלא טעו בטעות בני ישראל כמא דטעו ליואי:
lyway dTew kma yshral bny bTewth Tew dla mymry mTrth dnTrw tsdwq mbny dqdyshyn lkhnya
It shall be for the priests who are sanctified of the sons of Zadok, who have kept my instruction, who didn’t go astray when the children of Israel went astray, as the Levites went astray.

ותהי להון אפרשותא מאפרשות ארעא קודש קודשין על תחום ליואי:
lyway thkhwm el qwdshyn qwdsh area maprshwth aprshwtha lhwn wthhy
It shall be to them an offering from the offering of the land, a most holy thing, by the border of the Levites.

וליואי לקביל תחום כהניא עסרין וחמשא אלפין אורכא ופותיא עסרא אלפין כל אורכא עסרין וחמשא אלפין ופותיא עסרין אלפין:
alpyn esryn wpwthya alpyn wkhmsha esryn awrka kl alpyn esra wpwthya awrka alpyn wkhmsha esryn khnya thkhwm lqbyl wlyway
“Alongside the border of the priests, the Levites shall have twenty-five thousand cubits in length and ten thousand in width. All the length shall be twenty-five thousand, and the width ten thousand.

ולא יזבנון מניה ולא יחליף ולא יעבר ריש ארעא ארי קודשא קדם יי:
yy qdm qwdsha ary area rysh yebr wla ykhlyp wla mnyh yzbnwn wla
They shall sell none of it, nor exchange it, nor shall the first fruits of the land be alienated, for it is holy to Yahweh.

וחמשא אלפין דאשתארו בפותיא על אפי עסרין וחמשא אלפין חולא הוא לקרתא למותב ולרוח ויהי כיבש קרתא בגויה:
bgwyh qrtha kybsh wyhy wlrwkh lmwthb lqrtha hwa khwla alpyn wkhmsha esryn apy el bpwthya dashtharw alpyn wkhmsha
“The five thousand cubits that are left in the width, in front of the twenty-five thousand, shall be for common use, for the city, for dwelling and for pasture lands; and the city shall be in the middle of it.

ואלין משחתהא לרוח צפונא ארבע אלפין וחמש מאה ולרוח דרומא ארבע אלפין וחמש מאה ולרוח מדינחא ארבע אלפין וחמש מאה ולרוח מערבא ארבע אלפין וחמש מאה:
mah wkhmsh alpyn arbe merba wlrwkh mah wkhmsh alpyn arbe mdynkha wlrwkh mah wkhmsh alpyn arbe drwma wlrwkh mah wkhmsh alpyn arbe tspwna lrwkh mshkhthha walyn
These shall be its measurements: the north side four thousand and five hundred, and the south side four thousand and five hundred, and on the east side four thousand and five hundred, and the west side four thousand and five hundred.

ויהי רוחא לקרתא לצפונא מאתן וחמשין ודרומא מאתן וחמשין ומדינחא מאתן וחמשין ומערבא מאתן וחמשין:
wkhmshyn mathn wmerba wkhmshyn mathn wmdynkha wkhmshyn mathn wdrwma wkhmshyn mathn ltspwna lqrtha rwkha wyhy
The city shall have pasture lands: toward the north two hundred fifty, and toward the south two hundred fifty, and toward the east two hundred fifty, and toward the west two hundred fifty.

ודאשתאר באורכא לקביל אפרשות קודשא עסרין אלפין למדינחא ועסרא אלפין למערבא ויהי לקביל אפרשות קודשא ותהי עללתיה למיכל לדמפלחין בקרתא:
bqrtha ldmplkhyn lmykl ellthyh wthhy qwdsha aprshwth lqbyl wyhy lmerba alpyn wesra lmdynkha alpyn esryn qwdsha aprshwth lqbyl bawrka wdashthar
The remainder of the length, alongside the holy offering, shall be ten thousand eastward and ten thousand westward; and it shall be alongside the holy offering. Its increase shall be for food to those who labor in the city.

ודמפלח בקרתא יפליחוניה מכל שבטי ישראל:
yshral shbTy mkl yplykhwnyh bqrtha wdmplkh
Those who labor in the city, out of all the tribes of Israel, shall cultivate it.
20
וכל אפרשותא עסרין וחמשא אלפא בעסרין וחמשא אלפא מרבע תפרשון ית אפרשות קודשא לאחסנת קרתא:
qrtha lakhsnth qwdsha aprshwth yth thprshwn mrbe alpa wkhmsha besryn alpa wkhmsha esryn aprshwtha wkl
All the offering shall be a square of twenty-five thousand by twenty-five thousand. You shall offer it as a holy offering, with the possession of the city.

ודאשתאר לרבא מכא ומכא לאפרשות קודשא ולאחסנת קרתא לקביל חמשא ועסרין אלפין אפרשותא עד תחום מדינחא ומערבא לקביל עסרין וחמשא אלפין עד תחום מערבא לקביל חד מן חולקיא לרבא ותהי אפרשות קודשא וכיבש מקדש ביתא בגויה:
bgwyh bytha mqdsh wkybsh qwdsha aprshwth wthhy lrba khwlqya mn khd lqbyl merba thkhwm ed alpyn wkhmsha esryn lqbyl wmerba mdynkha thkhwm ed aprshwtha alpyn wesryn khmsha lqbyl qrtha wlakhsnth qwdsha laprshwth wmka mka lrba wdashthar
“The remainder shall be for the prince, on the one side and on the other of the holy offering and of the possession of the city; in front of the twenty-five thousand of the offering toward the east border, and westward in front of the twenty-five thousand toward the west border, alongside the portions, it shall be for the prince. The holy offering and the sanctuary of the house shall be in the middle of it.

ומאחסנת ליואי ומאחסנת קרתא במציעין דלרבא יהי בין תחום יהודה ובין תחום בנימן לרבא יהי:
yhy lrba bnymn thkhwm wbyn yhwdh thkhwm byn yhy dlrba bmtsyeyn qrtha wmakhsnth lyway wmakhsnth
Moreover, from the possession of the Levites, and from the possession of the city, being in the middle of that which is the prince’s, between the border of Judah and the border of Benjamin, shall be for the prince.

ושאר שבטיא מרוח מדינחא ועד רוח מערבא בנימן חד:
khd bnymn merba rwkh wed mdynkha mrwkh shbTya wshar
“As for the rest of the tribes: from the east side to the west side, Benjamin, one portion.
24
ועל תחום בנימן מרוח מדינחא עד רוח מערבא שמעון חד:
khd shmewn merba rwkh ed mdynkha mrwkh bnymn thkhwm wel
“By the border of Benjamin, from the east side to the west side, Simeon, one portion.
25
ועל תחום שמעון מרוח מדינחא ועד רוח מערבא יששכר חד:
khd yshshkr merba rwkh wed mdynkha mrwkh shmewn thkhwm wel
“By the border of Simeon, from the east side to the west side, Issachar, one portion.

ועל תחום יששכר מרוח מדינחא עד רוח מערבא זבולן חד:
khd zbwln merba rwkh ed mdynkha mrwkh yshshkr thkhwm wel
“By the border of Issachar, from the east side to the west side, Zebulun, one portion.

ועל תחום זבולן מרוח מדינחא עד רוח מערבא גד חד:
khd gd merba rwkh ed mdynkha mrwkh zbwln thkhwm wel
“By the border of Zebulun, from the east side to the west side, Gad, one portion.

ועל תחום גד לרוח עבר דרומא ויהי תחום מיריחו מי מצות רקם אחסנא לימא רבא:
rba lyma akhsna rqm mtswth my myrykhw thkhwm wyhy drwma ebr lrwkh gd thkhwm wel
“By the border of Gad, at the south side southward, the border shall be even from Tamar to the waters of Meribath Kadesh, to the brook, to the great sea.

דא ארעא דתפלגון לאחסנא לשבטיא דישראל ואלין פלגותהון אמר אלהים:
alhym amr plgwthhwn walyn dyshral lshbTya lakhsna dthplgwn area da
“This is the land which you shall divide by lot to the tribes of Israel for inheritance, and these are their several portions, says the Lord Yahweh.

ואלין מפקני קרתא מרוח צפונא ארבע אלפין וחמש מאה משחא:
mshkha mah wkhmsh alpyn arbe tspwna mrwkh qrtha mpqny walyn
“These are the exits of the city: On the north side four thousand five hundred reeds by measure;
31
ותרעי קרתא על שמהת שבטיא דישראל תרעין תלתא פתיחין לצפונא תרע ראובן חד תרע יהודה חד תרע לוי חד:
khd lwy thre khd yhwdh thre khd rawbn thre ltspwna pthykhyn thltha threyn dyshral shbTya shmhth el qrtha wthrey
and the gates of the city shall be named after the tribes of Israel, three gates northward: the gate of Reuben, one; the gate of Judah, one; the gate of Levi, one.

ולרוח מדינחא ארבעה אלפין וחמש מאה ותרעין תלתא תרע יוסף חד תרע בנימן חד תרע דן חד:
khd dn thre khd bnymn thre khd ywsp thre thltha wthreyn mah wkhmsh alpyn arbeh mdynkha wlrwkh
“At the east side four thousand five hundred reeds, and three gates: even the gate of Joseph, one; the gate of Benjamin, one; the gate of Dan, one.

ולרוח דרומא ארבעא אלפין וחמש מאה משחן ותרעין תלתא תרע שמעון חד תרע יששכר חד תרע זבולן חד:
khd zbwln thre khd yshshkr thre khd shmewn thre thltha wthreyn mshkhn mah wkhmsh alpyn arbea drwma wlrwkh
“At the south side four thousand five hundred reeds by measure, and three gates: the gate of Simeon, one; the gate of Issachar, one; the gate of Zebulun, one.

ורוח מערבא ארבע אלפין וחמש מאה תרעיהון תלתא תרע גד חד תרע אשר חד תרע נפתלי חד:
khd npthly thre khd ashr thre khd gd thre thltha threyhwn mah wkhmsh alpyn arbe merba wrwkh
“At the west side four thousand five hundred reeds, with their three gates: the gate of Gad, one; the gate of Asher, one; the gate of Naphtali, one.
