ובפלגותהון ית ארעא באחסנא תפרשון אפרשותא קדם יי קודשא מן ארעא אורכא עסרין וחמשא אלפין אורכא ופותיא עסרא אלפין קודשא הוא בכל תחומה סחור סחור:
skhwr skhwr thkhwmh bkl hwa qwdsha alpyn esra wpwthya awrka alpyn wkhmsha esryn awrka area mn qwdsha yy qdm aprshwtha thprshwn bakhsna area yth wbplgwthhwn
“‘“Moreover, when you divide by lot the land for inheritance, you shall offer an offering to Yahweh, a holy portion of the land. The length shall be the length of twenty-five thousand reeds, and the width shall be ten thousand. It shall be holy in all its border all around.

יהי מדין לקודשא חמש מאה בחמש מאה מרבע סחור סחור וחמשין אמין רוחא ליה סחור סחור:
skhwr skhwr lyh rwkha amyn wkhmshyn skhwr skhwr mrbe mah bkhmsh mah khmsh lqwdsha mdyn yhy
Of this there shall be a five hundred by five hundred square for the holy place, and fifty cubits for its pasture lands all around.

ומן משחתא הדא תמשח אורכא עסרין וחמשא אלפין ופותיא עסרא אלפין וביה יהי מקדשא קודש קודשין:
qwdshyn qwdsh mqdsha yhy wbyh alpyn esra wpwthya alpyn wkhmsha esryn awrka thmshkh hda mshkhtha wmn
Of this measure you shall measure a length of twenty-five thousand, and a width of ten thousand. In it shall be the sanctuary, which is most holy.

קודשא מן ארעא הוא לכהניא די משמשין בבית מקדשא דיי יהי דקריבין לשמשא קדם יי ויהי להון אתר שביק לביתא וכבשא למקדשא:
lmqdsha wkbsha lbytha shbyq athr lhwn wyhy yy qdm lshmsha dqrybyn yhy dyy mqdsha bbyth mshmshyn dy lkhnya hwa area mn qwdsha
It is a holy portion of the land; it shall be for the priests, the ministers of the sanctuary, who come near to minister to Yahweh. It shall be a place for their houses and a holy place for the sanctuary.

ועסרין וחמשא אלפין אורכא ועסרא אלפין פותיא ויהי לליואי משמשי ביתא להון לאחסנא עסרין לשכן:
lshkn esryn lakhsna lhwn bytha mshmshy llyway wyhy pwthya alpyn wesra awrka alpyn wkhmsha wesryn
Twenty-five thousand cubits in length and ten thousand in width shall be for the Levites, the ministers of the house, as a possession for themselves, for twenty rooms.

ואחסנת קרתא תתנון חמשא אלפין פותיא ואורכא עסרין וחמשא אלפין לקביל אפרשות קודשא לכל בית ישראל יהי:
yhy yshral byth lkl qwdsha aprshwth lqbyl alpyn wkhmsha esryn wawrka pwthya alpyn khmsha ththnwn qrtha wakhsnth
“‘“You shall appoint the possession of the city five thousand cubits wide and twenty-five thousand long, side by side with the offering of the holy portion. It shall be for the whole house of Israel.

ולרבא מכא ומכא לאפרשות קודשא ולאחסנת קרתא לקביל אפרשות קודשא ולקביל אחסנת קרתא מרוח מערבא מערבא ומרוח מדינחא מדינחא ואורכא לקביל חד מן חולקיא מתחום מערבא עד תחום מדינחא:
mdynkha thkhwm ed merba mthkhwm khwlqya mn khd lqbyl wawrka mdynkha mdynkha wmrwkh merba merba mrwkh qrtha akhsnth wlqbyl qwdsha aprshwth lqbyl qrtha wlakhsnth qwdsha laprshwth wmka mka wlrba
“‘“What is for the prince shall be on the one side and on the other side of the holy allotment and of the possession of the city, in front of the holy allotment and in front of the possession of the city, on the west side westward, and on the east side eastward, and in length corresponding to one of the portions, from the west border to the east border.

דא ארעא תהי לרבא לאחסנתא בישראל ולא יניסון עוד רברבי ית עמי וארעא יתנון לבית ישראל לשבטיהון:
lshbTyhwn yshral lbyth ythnwn warea emy yth rbrby ewd ynyswn wla byshral lakhsntha lrba thhy area da
In the land it shall be to him for a possession in Israel. My princes shall no more oppress my people, but they shall give the land to the house of Israel according to their tribes.”

כדנן אמר יי אלהים סגי לכון רברבי ישראל דטפא ובזא אעדו ודין דקשוט וזכו עבידו סליקו תקלתכון מגו עמי אמר יי אלהים:
alhym yy amr emy mgw thqlthkwn slyqw ebydw wzkw dqshwT wdyn aedw wbza dTpa yshral rbrby lkwn sgy alhym yy amr kdnn
“‘The Lord Yahweh says: “Enough, you princes of Israel! Remove violence and plunder, and execute justice and righteousness! Stop dispossessing my people!” says the Lord Yahweh.

מוזנון דקשוט ומכילן דקשוט ובתין דקשוט יהי לכון:
lkwn yhy dqshwT wbthyn dqshwT wmkyln dqshwT mwznwn
“You shall have just balances, a just ephah, and a just bath.

מכלתא וביתא טקוס חד יהי לכון סכום תלת סאין למסב מעשר כורא במכלתא רטיבא ביתא ועשר כורא יבישא מכלתא מן כורא יהי טקוסיה:
Tqwsyh yhy kwra mn mkltha ybysha kwra weshr bytha rTyba bmkltha kwra meshr lmsb sayn thlth skwm lkwn yhy khd Tqws wbytha mkltha
The ephah and the bath shall be of one measure, that the bath may contain one tenth of a homer, and the ephah one tenth of a homer. Its measure shall be the same as the homer.

וסלעא עסרין מעין תלתות מניא עסרין סלעין מני כספא עסרין וחמש סלעין רבעות מניא חמש עסרי סלעין כולהון שתין מנין ומני רבא קודשא יהי לכון:
lkwn yhy qwdsha rba wmny mnyn shthyn kwlhwn sleyn esry khmsh mnya rbewth sleyn wkhmsh esryn kspa mny sleyn esryn mnya thlthwth meyn esryn wslea
The shekel shall be twenty gerahs. Twenty shekels plus twenty-five shekels plus fifteen shekels shall be your mina.

דא אפרשותא דתפרשון חד מן שתא במכלתא מכור חטין וחד מן שתא במכלתא מכור סערין:
seryn mkwr bmkltha shtha mn wkhd khTyn mkwr bmkltha shtha mn khd dthprshwn aprshwtha da
“‘“This is the offering that you shall offer: the sixth part of an ephah from a homer of wheat, and you shall give the sixth part of an ephah from a homer of barley,

ודחזי למסב מן משחא במכלתא רטיבא מעישורא ביתא מן כורא חד מן עסרא הויא ביתא בכורא ארי עסר בתין כורא:
kwra bthyn esr ary bkwra bytha hwya esra mn khd kwra mn bytha meyshwra rTyba bmkltha mshkha mn lmsb wdkhzy
and the set portion of oil, of the bath of oil, one tenth of a bath out of the cor, which is ten baths, even a homer (for ten baths are a homer),

ואימר חד מן ענא מן מאתן דחזי למסת מפטמא דישראל למנחתא ולעלתא ולנכסת קודשיא לכפרא עליהון אמר יי אלהים:
alhym yy amr elyhwn lkpra qwdshya wlnksth wleltha lmnkhtha dyshral mpTma lmsth dkhzy mathn mn ena mn khd waymr
and one lamb of the flock out of two hundred, from the well-watered pastures of Israel—for a meal offering, for a burnt offering, and for peace offerings, to make atonement for them,” says the Lord Yahweh.

כל עמא דארעא יהון עבדין ית אפרשותא הדא לרבא בישראל:
byshral lrba hda aprshwtha yth ebdyn yhwn darea ema kl
“All the people of the land shall give to this offering for the prince in Israel.
17
ועל רבא יהי עלתא ומנחתא ונסכיא בחגיא ובירחיא ובשביא ובכל מועדי בית ישראל הוא יעביד ית חטאתא וית מנחתא וית עלתא וית נכסת קודשיא לכפרא על בית ישראל:
yshral byth el lkpra qwdshya nksth wyth eltha wyth mnkhtha wyth khTatha yth yebyd hwa yshral byth mwedy wbkl wbshbya wbyrkhya bkhgya wnskya wmnkhtha eltha yhy rba wel
It shall be the prince’s part to give the burnt offerings, the meal offerings, and the drink offerings, in the feasts, and on the new moons, and on the Sabbaths, in all the appointed feasts of the house of Israel. He shall prepare the sin offering, the meal offering, the burnt offering, and the peace offerings, to make atonement for the house of Israel.”

כדנן אמר יי אלהים בקדמאה בחד לירחא תסב תור בר תורי שלים ותדכי ית מקדשא:
mqdsha yth wthdky shlym thwry br thwr thsb lyrkha bkhd bqdmah alhym yy amr kdnn
“‘The Lord Yahweh says: “In the first month, on the first day of the month, you shall take a young bull without defect, and you shall cleanse the sanctuary.

ויסב כהנא מדמא דחטאתא ויתן על סקופת ביתא ועל ארבע זוית מסמתא למדבחא ועל סקופת תרעא דדרתא גויתא:
gwytha ddrtha threa sqwpth wel lmdbkha msmtha zwyth arbe wel bytha sqwpth el wythn dkhTatha mdma khna wysb
The priest shall take of the blood of the sin offering and put it on the door posts of the house, and on the four corners of the ledge of the altar, and on the posts of the gate of the inner court.

וכן תעביד בשבעא בירחא מגבר דמשתלי ומטפש ותכפרון על ביתא:
bytha el wthkprwn wmTpsh dmshthly mgbr byrkha bshbea thebyd wkn
So you shall do on the seventh day of the month for everyone who errs, and for him who is simple. So you shall make atonement for the house.

בניסן בארבעא עסרא יומא לירחא יהי לכון פסחא חגא שבעא יומין פטיריא יתאכיל:
ythakyl pTyrya ywmyn shbea khga pskha lkwn yhy lyrkha ywma esra barbea bnysn
“‘“In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, you shall have the Passover, a feast of seven days; unleavened bread shall be eaten.

ויעביד רבא ביומא ההוא חלופוהי וחלף כל עמא דארעא תורא דחטאתא:
dkhTatha thwra darea ema kl wkhlp khlwpwhy hhwa bywma rba wyebyd
On that day the prince shall prepare for himself and for all the people of the land a bull for a sin offering.

ושבעא יומי דחגא יעביד עלתא קדם יי שבעא תורין ושבעא דכרין שלמין ליומא שבעת יומין וחטאתא צפיר בר עזי ליומא:
lywma ezy br tspyr wkhTatha ywmyn shbeth lywma shlmyn dkryn wshbea thwryn shbea yy qdm eltha yebyd dkhga ywmy wshbea
The seven days of the feast he shall prepare a burnt offering to Yahweh, seven bulls and seven rams without defect daily the seven days; and a male goat daily for a sin offering.

ומנחתא מכלתא לתורא ומכלתא לדכרא יעביד ומשחא מלי הינא למכלתא:
lmkltha hyna mly wmshkha yebyd ldkra wmkltha lthwra mkltha wmnkhtha
He shall prepare a meal offering, an ephah for a bull, an ephah for a ram, and a hin of oil to an ephah.

בשביעאה בחמשת עסרא יומא לירחא בחגא יעביד כאלין שבעא יומין כאלין שבעא יומין כחטאתא וכעלתא וכמנחתא וכמשחא:
wkmshkha wkmnkhtha wkeltha kkhTatha ywmyn shbea kalyn ywmyn shbea kalyn yebyd bkhga lyrkha ywma esra bkhmshth bshbyeah
“‘“In the seventh month, on the fifteenth day of the month, during the feast, he shall do like that for seven days. He shall make the same provision for sin offering, the burnt offering, the meal offering, and the oil.”
