ואתיב יתי אורח תרע מקדשא בראה דפתיח למדינחא והוא אחיד:
akhyd whwa lmdynkha dpthykh brah mqdsha thre awrkh ythy wathyb
Then he brought me back by the way of the outer gate of the sanctuary, which looks toward the east; and it was shut.

ואמר יי לי תרע הדין אחיד יהא ולא יתפתח ואנש לא יעול ביה ארי יי אלהא דישראל אתגלי עלוהי ויהי אחיד:
akhyd wyhy elwhy athgly dyshral alha yy ary byh yewl la wansh ythpthkh wla yha akhyd hdyn thre ly yy wamr
Yahweh said to me, “This gate shall be shut. It shall not be opened, no man shall enter in by it; for Yahweh, the God of Israel, has entered in by it. Therefore it shall be shut.

לרבא יהי רבא הוא יתיב ביה למיכל לחמא קדם יי מאורח אולמא דתרעא יעול ומאורחיה יפוק:
ypwq wmawrkhyh yewl dthrea awlma mawrkh yy qdm lkhma lmykl byh ythyb hwa rba yhy lrba
As for the prince, he shall sit in it as prince to eat bread before Yahweh. He shall enter by the way of the porch of the gate, and shall go out the same way.”

ואעלני אורח תרע צפונא דקדם ביתא וחזית והא אתמלי יקרא דיי ית בית מקדשא דיי ואשתטחית על אפי:
apy el washthTkhyth dyy mqdsha byth yth dyy yqra athmly wha wkhzyth bytha dqdm tspwna thre awrkh waelny
Then he brought me by the way of the north gate before the house; and I looked, and behold, Yahweh’s glory filled Yahweh’s house; so I fell on my face.

ואמר לי יי בר אדם שוי לבך וחזי בעינך ובאודנך שמע ית כל דאנא ממליל עמך לכל גזירת בית מקדשא דיי ולכל דחזי ליה ותשוי לבך למעלני ביתא בכל מפקני מקדשא:
mqdsha mpqny bkl bytha lmelny lbk wthshwy lyh dkhzy wlkl dyy mqdsha byth gzyrth lkl emk mmlyl dana kl yth shme wbawdnk beynk wkhzy lbk shwy adm br yy ly wamr
Yahweh said to me, “Son of man, mark well, and see with your eyes, and hear with your ears all that I tell you concerning all the ordinances of Yahweh’s house and all its laws; and mark well the entrance of the house, with every exit of the sanctuary.

ותימר לעמא סרבנא לדבית ישראל כדנן אמר יי אלהים סגי לכון מכל תועבתכון בית ישראל:
yshral byth thwebthkwn mkl lkwn sgy alhym yy amr kdnn yshral ldbyth srbna lema wthymr
You shall tell the rebellious, even the house of Israel, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “You house of Israel, let that be enough of all your abominations,

באיתיותכון בני עממיא רשיעי לבא וערלי בסרא למהוי במקדשי לאפסא ית עזרתי בקריבכון ית קורבני תרב ודם נכסת קודשין ואשניאו קימי על כל תועבתכון:
thwebthkwn kl el qymy washnyaw qwdshyn nksth wdm thrb qwrbny yth bqrybkwn ezrthy yth lapsa bmqdshy lmhwy bsra werly lba rshyey emmya bny baythywthkwn
in that you have brought in foreigners, uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in my sanctuary, to profane it, even my house, when you offer my bread, the fat and the blood; and they have broken my covenant, to add to all your abominations.

ולא נטרתון מטרת קודשי ומניתון לנטרי מטרת מימרי במקדשי לכון:
lkwn bmqdshy mymry mTrth lnTry wmnythwn qwdshy mTrth nTrthwn wla
You have not performed the duty of my holy things; but you have set performers of my duty in my sanctuary for yourselves.”

כדנן אמר יי אלהים כל בר עממין רשיעי לבא וערלי בסרא לא יעלון למקדשי לכל בני עממיא די בגו בני ישראל:
yshral bny bgw dy emmya bny lkl lmqdshy yelwn la bsra werly lba rshyey emmyn br kl alhym yy amr kdnn
The Lord Yahweh says, “No foreigner, uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, shall enter into my sanctuary, of any foreigners who are among the children of Israel.

אלהין ליואי דאתרחיקו מדחלתי במטעי ישראל דטעו מבתר פולחני בתר טעותהון ויקבלון חוביהון:
khwbyhwn wyqblwn Tewthhwn bthr pwlkhny mbthr dTew yshral bmTey mdkhlthy dathrkhyqw lyway alhyn
“‘“But the Levites who went far from me when Israel went astray, who went astray from me after their idols, they will bear their iniquity.

ויהון במקדשי משמשין ממנן על תרעי ביתא ומשמשין ית ביתא אינון יכסון ית עלתא וית נכסת קודשיא די לעמא ואינון יקומון קדמיהון לשמשותהון:
lshmshwthhwn qdmyhwn yqwmwn waynwn lema dy qwdshya nksth wyth eltha yth ykswn aynwn bytha yth wmshmshyn bytha threy el mmnn mshmshyn bmqdshy wyhwn
Yet they shall be ministers in my sanctuary, having oversight at the gates of the house, and ministering in the house. They shall kill the burnt offering and the sacrifice for the people, and they shall stand before them to minister to them.

חלף דהוו משמשין יתהון קדם טעותהון והוו לבית ישראל לתקלת חובין על כן קימית במימרי עליהון אמר יי אלהים ויקבלון חוביהון:
khwbyhwn wyqblwn alhym yy amr elyhwn bmymry qymyth kn el khwbyn lthqlth yshral lbyth whww Tewthhwn qdm ythhwn mshmshyn dhww khlp
Because they ministered to them before their idols, and became a stumbling block of iniquity to the house of Israel, therefore I have lifted up my hand against them,” says the Lord Yahweh, “and they will bear their iniquity.

ולא יתקרבון לפולחני לשמשא קדמי ולמקרב על כל קודשי קודשיא ויתקבלון אתכנעותהון ותועבתהון די עבדו:
ebdw dy wthwebthhwn athknewthhwn wythqblwn qwdshya qwdshy kl el wlmqrb qdmy lshmsha lpwlkhny ythqrbwn wla
They shall not come near to me, to execute the office of priest to me, nor to come near to any of my holy things, to the things that are most holy; but they will bear their shame and their abominations which they have committed.

ומניתי יתהון נטרי מטרת ביתא ולכל פולחני ולכל דיתעביד ביה:
byh dythebyd wlkl pwlkhny wlkl bytha mTrth nTry ythhwn wmnythy
Yet I will make them performers of the duty of the house, for all its service and for all that will be done therein.

וכהניא ליואי בני צדוק די נטרו ית מטרת מקדשי במטעי בני ישראל מבתר פולחני אינון יתקרבון לפולחני לשמשא קדמי וישמשון על מדבחי לקרבא קדמי תרב ודם נכסת קודשין אמר יי אלהים:
alhym yy amr qwdshyn nksth wdm thrb qdmy lqrba mdbkhy el wyshmshwn qdmy lshmsha lpwlkhny ythqrbwn aynwn pwlkhny mbthr yshral bny bmTey mqdshy mTrth yth nTrw dy tsdwq bny lyway wkhnya
“‘“But the Levitical priests, the sons of Zadok, who performed the duty of my sanctuary when the children of Israel went astray from me, shall come near to me to minister to me. They shall stand before me to offer to me the fat and the blood,” says the Lord Yahweh.

אינון יעלון למקדשי ואינון יתקרבון לפתורי לחם אפיא לשמשא קדמי ויטרון ית מטרת מימרי:
mymry mTrth yth wyTrwn qdmy lshmsha apya lkhm lpthwry ythqrbwn waynwn lmqdshy yelwn aynwn
“They shall enter into my sanctuary, and they shall come near to my table, to minister to me, and they shall keep my instruction.

ויהי במיעלהון לתרעי דרתא גויתא לבושי בוצא ילבשו ולא יהי עליהון כסות עמר בשמשותהון בתרעי דרתא גויתא ולגיו:
wlgyw gwytha drtha bthrey bshmshwthhwn emr kswth elyhwn yhy wla ylbshw bwtsa lbwshy gwytha drtha lthrey bmyelhwn wyhy
“‘“It will be that when they enter in at the gates of the inner court, they shall be clothed with linen garments. No wool shall come on them while they minister in the gates of the inner court, and within.

כובעין דבוץ יהון על רישיהון ומכנסין דבוץ יהון על חרציהון ולא יזרזון על חרציהון אלהין על לבביהון ייסרון:
yysrwn lbbyhwn el alhyn khrtsyhwn el yzrzwn wla khrtsyhwn el yhwn dbwts wmknsyn ryshyhwn el yhwn dbwts kwbeyn
They shall have linen turbans on their heads, and shall have linen trousers on their waists. They shall not clothe themselves with anything that makes them sweat.

ובמיפקהון מדרתא דקודשא לדרתא בריתא לאיתערבא עם עמא ישלחון ית לבושיהון די אינון משמשין בהון ויחתון יתהון בלשכת קודשא וילבשון לבושין אוחרנין ולא יתערבון עם עמא בלבושיהון:
blbwshyhwn ema em ytherbwn wla awkhrnyn lbwshyn wylbshwn qwdsha blshkth ythhwn wykhthwn bhwn mshmshyn aynwn dy lbwshyhwn yth yshlkhwn ema em laytherba brytha ldrtha dqwdsha mdrtha wbmypqhwn
When they go out into the outer court, even into the outer court to the people, they shall put off their garments in which they minister and lay them in the holy rooms. They shall put on other garments, that they not sanctify the people with their garments.
20
ורישיהון לא יגלחון ופירוע לא ירבון ספרא יספרון ית שער רישיהון:
ryshyhwn sher yth ysprwn spra yrbwn la wpyrwe yglkhwn la wryshyhwn
“‘“They shall not shave their heads, or allow their locks to grow long. They shall only cut off the hair of their heads.

וחמר לא ישתון כל כהן במיעלהון לדרתא גויתא:
gwytha ldrtha bmyelhwn khn kl yshthwn la wkhmr
None of the priests shall drink wine when they enter into the inner court.
22
וארמלא ומתרכא לא יסבון להון לנשין אלהין בתולתא מזרעא דבית ישראל וארמלתא די תהי ארמלתא שאר כהניא יסבון:
ysbwn khnya shar armltha thhy dy warmltha yshral dbyth mzrea bthwltha alhyn lnshyn lhwn ysbwn la wmthrka warmla
They shall not take for their wives a widow, or her who is put away; but they shall take virgins of the offspring of the house of Israel, or a widow who is the widow of a priest.
23
וית עמי ילפון בין קודשא לחולא ובין מסאבא לדכיא יהודעונון:
yhwdewnwn ldkya msaba wbyn lkhwla qwdsha byn ylpwn emy wyth
They shall teach my people the difference between the holy and the common, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean.
24
ועל פלגות דינא אינון יקומון למידן בדיני רעותי ידונון וית אוריתי וית קימי בכל מועדי ישרון וית יומי שביא דילי יקדשון:
yqdshwn dyly shbya ywmy wyth yshrwn mwedy bkl qymy wyth awrythy wyth ydwnwn rewthy bdyny lmydn yqwmwn aynwn dyna plgwth wel
“‘“In a controversy they shall stand to judge. They shall judge it according to my ordinances. They shall keep my laws and my statutes in all my appointed feasts. They shall make my Sabbaths holy.

ועל מיתא דאנשא לא יעול לאסתאבא אלהין לאב ולאם ולבר ולברת לאח ולאחת דלא הות לגבר יסתאבון:
ysthabwn lgbr hwth dla wlakhth lakh wlbrth wlbr wlam lab alhyn lasthaba yewl la dansha mytha wel
“‘“They shall go in to no dead person to defile themselves; but for father, or for mother, or for son, or for daughter, for brother, or for sister who has had no husband, they may defile themselves.

ובתר דכותיה שבעא יומין ימנון ליה:
lyh ymnwn ywmyn shbea dkwthyh wbthr
After he is cleansed, they shall reckon to him seven days.
27
וביום מיעליה לקודשא לדרתא גויתא לשמשא בקודשא יקריב חטאתיה אמר יי אלהים:
alhym yy amr khTathyh yqryb bqwdsha lshmsha gwytha ldrtha lqwdsha myelyh wbywm
In the day that he goes into the sanctuary, into the inner court, to minister in the sanctuary, he shall offer his sin offering,” says the Lord Yahweh.

ותהי להון לאחסנא חולק מותר קורבני חולקהון ואחסנא לא תתנון להון בישראל מתנן דיהבית להון אינון אחסנתהון:
akhsnthhwn aynwn lhwn dyhbyth mthnn byshral lhwn ththnwn la wakhsna khwlqhwn qwrbny mwthr khwlq lakhsna lhwn wthhy
“‘They shall have an inheritance: I am their inheritance; and you shall give them no possession in Israel. I am their possession.
29
מנחתא חטאתא ואשמא אינון יכלוניה וכל חרמא בישראל להון יהי:
yhy lhwn byshral khrma wkl yklwnyh aynwn washma khTatha mnkhtha
They shall eat the meal offering, and the sin offering, and the trespass offering; and every devoted thing in Israel shall be theirs.
30
וריש כל בכורי כולא וכל אפרשות כולא מכל אפרשותיכון לכהניא יהי וריש אצותכון תתנון לכהנא לאשראה ברכתא בביתך:
bbythk brktha lashrah lkhna ththnwn atswthkwn wrysh yhy lkhnya aprshwthykwn mkl kwla aprshwth wkl kwla bkwry kl wrysh
The first of all the first fruits of every thing, and every offering of everything, of all your offerings, shall be for the priest. You shall also give to the priests the first of your dough, to cause a blessing to rest on your house.
