ܘܐܦܩܢܝ ܠܕܪܬܐ ܒܪܝܬܐ ܠܐܘܪܚܐ ܕܓܪܒܝܐ ܘܐܥܠܢܝ ܠܐܟܣܕܪܐ ܕܠܘܩܒܠ ܓܙܝܪܬܐ ܘܠܘܩܒܠ ܒܢܝܢܐ ܓܪܒܝܝܐ
grbyy' bnyn' wlwqbl gzyrth' dlwqbl l'ksdr' w'elny dgrby' l'wrkh' bryth' ldrth' w'pqny
Then he brought me out into the outer court, the way toward the north. Then he brought me into the room that was opposite the separate place, and which was opposite the building toward the north.

ܠܘܩܒܠ ܐܘܪܟܐ ܕܐ̈ܡܐ ܕܬܪܥܐ ܓܪܒܝܝܐ ܘܦܬܝܐ ܚܡܫܝܢ ܐ̈ܡܝܢ
'myn khmshyn wpthy' grbyy' dthre' d'm' 'wrk' lwqbl
Facing the length of one hundred cubits was the north door, and the width was fifty cubits.

ܠܘܩܒܠ ܬܪܥܐ ܕܕܪܬܐ ܓܘܝܬܐ ܘܠܘܩܒܠ ܕܪ̈ܓܐ ܕܕܪܬܐ ܒܪܝܬܐ ܕܒܢܝܢ ܚܕ ܥܠ ܚܕ ܥܠ ܬܠܬܐ ܕܪ̈ܝܢ
dryn thlth' el khd el khd dbnyn bryth' ddrth' drg' wlwqbl gwyth' ddrth' thre' lwqbl
Opposite the twenty cubits which belonged to the inner court, and opposite the pavement which belonged to the outer court, was gallery against gallery in the three stories.

ܘܩܕܡ ܐܟܣܕܪ̈ܐ ܒܝܬ ܗܠܟܬܐ ܥܣܪ̈ ܐ̈ܡܝܢ ܦܬܝܐ ܘܐܘܪܟܐ ܡܐܐ ܐ̈ܡܝܢ ܘܬܪܥܐ ܕܒܝܬ ܗܠܟܬܐ ܠܓܪܒܝܐ
lgrby' hlkth' dbyth wthre' 'myn m'' w'wrk' pthy' 'myn esr hlkth' byth 'ksdr' wqdm
Before the rooms was a walk of ten cubits’ width inward, a way of one cubit; and their doors were toward the north.

ܘܐܟܣܕܪ̈ܐ ܥ̈ܠܝܬܐ ܙܥܘܪ̈ܝܢ ܗ̈ܘܝ ܡܛܠ ܕܥܐ̇ܠܝܢ ܗܘܘ ܒܗܝܢ ܕܪ̈ܓܐ
drg' bhyn hww de'lyn mTl hwy zewryn elyth' w'ksdr'
Now the upper rooms were shorter; for the galleries took away from these more than from the lower and the middle in the building.

ܡܬ̈ܠܬܢ ܗ̈ܘܝ ܓܝܪ ܘܠܝܬ ܗܘܘ ܠܗܝܢ ܥܡ̈ܘܕܐ ܐܝܟ ܥܡ̈ܘܕܐ ܕܕܪܬܐ ܡܛܠ ܗܢܐ ܙܥܘܪ̈ܝܢ ܗ̈ܘܝ ܡܢ ܬܚ̈ܬܝܬܐ ܘܡܢ ܡܨܥܝ̈ܬܐ
mtseyth' wmn thkhthyth' mn hwy zewryn hn' mTl ddrth' emwd' 'yk emwd' lhyn hww wlyth gyr hwy mthlthn
For they were in three stories, and they didn’t have pillars as the pillars of the courts. Therefore the uppermost was set back more than the lowest and the middle from the ground.

ܘܒܐܣܬܐ ܕܠܒܪ ܕܠܘܩܒܠ ܐܟܣܕܪ̈ܐ ܐܘܪܟܐ ܚܡܫܝܢ ܐ̈ܡܝܢ
'myn khmshyn 'wrk' 'ksdr' dlwqbl dlbr wb'sth'
The wall that was outside by the side of the rooms, toward the outer court before the rooms, was fifty cubits long.

ܡܛܠ ܕܐܘܪܟܐ ܕܐܟܣܕܪ̈ܐ ܕܕܪܬܐ ܒܪܝܬܐ ܚܡܫܝܢ ܐ̈ܡܝܢ ܘܠܘܩܒܠ ܗܝܟܠܐ ܡܐܐ ܐܡ̈ܝܢ
'myn m'' hykl' wlwqbl 'myn khmshyn bryth' ddrth' d'ksdr' d'wrk' mTl
For the length of the rooms that were in the outer court was fifty cubits. Behold, those facing the temple were one hundred cubits.

ܘܬܪܥܐ ܕܐܟܣܕܪܐ ܕܡܥܠܢܐ ܡܕܢܚܝܐ ܕܥܐ̇ܠ ܠܕܪܬܐ ܒܪܝܬܐ
bryth' ldrth' de'l mdnkhy' dmeln' d'ksdr' wthre'
From under these rooms was the entry on the east side, as one goes into them from the outer court.

ܒܦܬܝܗ̇ ܕܐܣܬܐ ܕܕܪܬܐ ܡܥܠܢܐ ܡܕܢܚܝܐ ܩܕܡ ܓܙܝܪܬܐ ܘܩܕܡ ܒܢܝܢܐ ܕܐܟܣܕܪ̈ܐ
d'ksdr' bnyn' wqdm gzyrth' qdm mdnkhy' meln' ddrth' d'sth' bpthyh
In the thickness of the wall of the court toward the east, before the separate place, and before the building, there were rooms.

ܘܐܘܪܚܐ ܩܕܡܝܗܝܢ ܘܚܙܘܐ ܕܐܟܣܕܪ̈ܐ ܕܒܐܘܪܚܐ ܕܓܪܒܝܐ ܐܘܪܟܗܝܢ ܐܝܟ ܦܬܝܗܝܢ ܘܟܠܗܘܢ ܡܦܩܢ̈ܝܗܝܢ ܘܡܥ̈ܠܢܝܗܝܢ ܘܚܙܘܗܝܢ ܘܬܪ̈ܥܝܗܝܢ
wthreyhyn wkhzwhyn wmelnyhyn mpqnyhyn wklhwn pthyhyn 'yk 'wrkhyn dgrby' db'wrkh' d'ksdr' wkhzw' qdmyhyn w'wrkh'
The way before them was like the appearance of the rooms which were toward the north. Their length and width were the same. All their exits had the same arrangement and doors.

ܐܝܟ ܬܪ̈ܥܐ ܕܐܟܣܕܪ̈ܐ ܕܒܐܘܪܚܐ ܕܬܝܡܢܐ ܬܪܥܐ ܒܪܝܫ ܐܘܪܚܐ ܐܘܪܚܐ ܒܐ̈ܦܝ ܐܣܬܐ ܕܒܐܘܪܚܐ ܕܢܚܠܐ ܡܕܢܚܝܐ ܐܝܟ ܕܐܬ̇ܐ
d'th' 'yk mdnkhy' dnkhl' db'wrkh' 'sth' b'py 'wrkh' 'wrkh' brysh thre' dthymn' db'wrkh' d'ksdr' thre' 'yk
Like the doors of the rooms that were toward the south was a door at the head of the way, even the way directly before the wall toward the east, as one enters into them.

ܘܐܡܪ ܠܝ ܐܟܣܕܪ̈ܐ ܕܓܪܒܝܐ ܘܐܟܣܕܪ̈ܐ ܕܬܝܡܢܐ ܕܩܕܡ ܓܙܝܪܬܐ ܗܠܝܢ ܐ̈ܢܝܢ ܐܟܣܕܪ̈ܐ ܐܬܪ ܕܐܟ̇ܠܝܢ ܟܗ̈ܢܐ ܕܡܩܪ̈ܒܝܢ ܠܡܪܝܐ ܩܕܘܫ ܩ̈ܘܕܫܐ ܬܡܢ ܣܝ̇ܡܝܢ ܩܕܘܫ ܩ̈ܘܕܫܐ ܘܣܡܝܕܐ ܘܬܕܟܝܬܐ ܕܚ̈ܛܗܐ ܡܛܠ ܕܐܬܪܐ ܗܘ ܩܕܝܫܐ
qdysh' hw d'thr' mTl dkhTh' wthdkyth' wsmyd' qwdsh' qdwsh symyn thmn qwdsh' qdwsh lmry' dmqrbyn khn' d'klyn 'thr 'ksdr' 'nyn hlyn gzyrth' dqdm dthymn' w'ksdr' dgrby' 'ksdr' ly w'mr
Then he said to me, “The north rooms and the south rooms, which are opposite the separate place, are the holy rooms, where the priests who are near to Yahweh shall eat the most holy things. There they shall lay the most holy things, with the meal offering, the sin offering, and the trespass offering; for the place is holy.

ܘܡܐ ܕܥܐ̇ܠܝܢ ܟܗ̈ܢܐ ܠܐ ܢܦܩ̇ܝܢ ܡܢ ܩܘܕܫܐ ܠܕܪܬܐ ܒܪܝܬܐ ܐܠܐ ܬܡܢ ܣܝ̇ܡܝܢ ܡܐ̈ܢܝܗܘܢ ܗ̇ܢܘܢ ܕܡܫܡܫܝܢ ܒܗܘܢ ܡܛܘܠ ܕܩܘܕܫܐ ܐܢܘܢ ܘܠܒ̇ܫܝܢ ܡܐ̈ܢܐ ܐ̈ܚܪܢܐ ܘܡܩܪܒܝܢ ܩܘܪ̈ܒܢܐ ܚܠܦ ܥܡܐ

When the priests enter in, then they shall not go out of the holy place into the outer court until they lay their garments in which they minister there; for they are holy. Then they shall put on other garments, and shall approach that which is for the people.”

ܘܫܠܡ ܡ̈ܘܫܚܬܗ ܕܒܝܬܐ ܓܘܝܐ ܘܐܦܩܢܝ ܠܐܘܪܚܐ ܕܬܪܥܐ ܕܚܐܪ ܠܡܕܢܚܐ ܘܡܫܚܗ ܟܕ ܚܕܪ
khdr kd wmshkhh lmdnkh' dkh'r dthre' l'wrkh' w'pqny gwy' dbyth' mwshkhthh wshlm
Now when he had finished measuring the inner house, he brought me out by the way of the gate which faces toward the east, and measured it all around.

ܘܡܫܚ ܠܪܘܚܐ ܕܡܕܢܚܐ ܒܩܢܝܐ ܕܡܫܘܚܬܐ ܚܡܫܡܐܐ ܩ̈ܢܝܢ
qnyn khmshm'' dmshwkhth' bqny' dmdnkh' lrwkh' wmshkh
He measured on the east side with the measuring reed five hundred reeds, with the measuring reed all around.

ܘܡܫܚ ܠܪܘܚܐ ܕܓܪܒܝܐ ܒܩܢܝܐ ܕܡܫܘܚܬܐ ܚܡܫܡܐܐ ܩ̈ܢܝܢ ܟܕ ܚܕܪ
khdr kd qnyn khmshm'' dmshwkhth' bqny' dgrby' lrwkh' wmshkh
He measured on the north side five hundred reeds with the measuring reed all around.

ܘܡܫܚ ܠܪܘܚܐ ܕܬܝܡܢܐ ܚܡܫܡܐܐ ܩ̈ܢܝܢ ܒܩܢܝܐ ܕܡܫܘܚܬܐ
dmshwkhth' bqny' qnyn khmshm'' dthymn' lrwkh' wmshkh
He measured on the south side five hundred reeds with the measuring reed.

ܘܡܫܚ ܠܪܘܚܐ ܕܡܥܪܒܐ ܚܡܫܡܐܐ ܩ̈ܢܝܢ ܒܩܢܝܐ ܕܡܫܘܚܬܐ
dmshwkhth' bqny' qnyn khmshm'' dmerb' lrwkh' wmshkh
He turned about to the west side, and measured five hundred reeds with the measuring reed.

ܠܐܪ̈ܒܥ ܪ̈ܘܚܘܗܝ ܡܫܚܗ ܘܫܘܪܐ ܟܕ ܚܕܪ ܐܘܪܟܗ ܚܡܫܡܐܐ ܘܦܬܝܗ ܚܡܫܡܐܐ ܕܢܦܪܘܫ ܒܝܬ ܩܘܕܫܐ ܠܚܘܠܐ
lkhwl' qwdsh' byth dnprwsh khmshm'' wpthyh khmshm'' 'wrkh khdr kd wshwr' mshkhh rwkhwhy l'rbe
He measured it on the four sides. It had a wall around it, the length five hundred cubits, and the width five hundred cubits, to make a separation between that which was holy and that which was common.
