והוה פתגם נבואה מן קדם יי עמי למימר:
lmymr emy yy qdm mn nbwah pthgm whwh
Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

בר אדם קביל נבואה על גוג ארעא מגוג רב ריש משך ותבל ואתנבי עלוהי:
elwhy wathnby wthbl mshk rysh rb mgwg area gwg el nbwah qbyl adm br
“Son of man, set your face toward Gog, of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal, and prophesy against him,

ותימר כדנן אמר יי אלהים הא אנא שלח רוגזי עלך גוג רב ריש משך ותבל:
wthbl mshk rysh rb gwg elk rwgzy shlkh ana ha alhym yy amr kdnn wthymr
and say, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “Behold, I am against you, Gog, prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal.

ואשדלינך ואתן שירין על ליסתך ואפיק יתך וית כל משריתך סוסון ופרשין לבושי גמיר כולהון משרין סגיאן די מזינין בעגילין ותריסין אחדי סיפין כולהון:
kwlhwn sypyn akhdy wthrysyn begylyn mzynyn dy sgyan mshryn kwlhwn gmyr lbwshy wprshyn swswn mshrythk kl wyth ythk wapyq lysthk el shyryn wathn washdlynk
I will turn you around, and put hooks into your jaws, and I will bring you out, with all your army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed in full armor, a great company with buckler and shield, all of them handling swords;

פרסאי כושאי ופוטאי עמהון כולהון מזינין בעגילין וקולסין:
wqwlsyn begylyn mzynyn kwlhwn emhwn wpwTay kwshay prsay
Persia, Cush, and Put with them, all of them with shield and helmet;

גומר וכל משריתהא מדינת גרממיא סיפי צפונא וית כל משריתהון עממין סגיאין די עמך:
emk dy sgyayn emmyn mshrythhwn kl wyth tspwna sypy grmmya mdynth mshrythha wkl gwmr
Gomer, and all his hordes; the house of Togarmah in the uttermost parts of the north, and all his hordes—even many peoples with you.

אזדרז ואתקין לך את וכל משריתך דאתכנישו עלך ותהי להון למטרא:
lmTra lhwn wthhy elk dathknyshw mshrythk wkl ath lk wathqyn azdrz
“‘“Be prepared, yes, prepare yourself, you, and all your companies who are assembled to you, and be a guard to them.

מיומין סגיאין תמני משריתך בסוף שניא תהך על ארעא דתבו עלה מקטלי חרבא דאתכנשו מעממין סגיאין על טורי ארעא דישראל דהוו לחרבא תדירא ואינון מביני עממיא אתגליאו ויתיבו לרוחצן כולהון:
kwlhwn lrwkhtsn wythybw athglyaw emmya mbyny waynwn thdyra lkhrba dhww dyshral area Twry el sgyayn memmyn dathknshw khrba mqTly elh dthbw area el thhk shnya bswp mshrythk thmny sgyayn mywmyn
After many days you will be visited. In the latter years you will come into the land that is brought back from the sword, that is gathered out of many peoples, on the mountains of Israel, which have been a continual waste; but it is brought out of the peoples and they will dwell securely, all of them.

ותסק באתרגושתא תיתי כעננא דסליק וחפי ית ארעא תהי את וכל משריתך ועממין סגיאין די עמך:
emk dy sgyayn wemmyn mshrythk wkl ath thhy area yth wkhpy dslyq kenna thythy bathrgwshtha wthsq
You will ascend. You will come like a storm. You will be like a cloud to cover the land, you and all your hordes, and many peoples with you.”

כדנן אמר יי אלהים ויהי בעדנא ההיא יסקון הרהורין על לבך ותחשב מחשבן בישן:
byshn mkhshbn wthkhshb lbk el hrhwryn ysqwn hhya bedna wyhy alhym yy amr kdnn
“‘The Lord Yahweh says: “It will happen in that day that things will come into your mind, and you will devise an evil plan.

ותימר אסק על ארעא דיתבא שליוא בקרוי פצחיא אהך על עמא דשקטין ושרן לרוחצן כולהון יתבין בלא שורא ועברין ודשין לית להון:
lhwn lyth wdshyn webryn shwra bla ythbyn kwlhwn lrwkhtsn wshrn dshqTyn ema el ahk ptskhya bqrwy shlywa dythba area el asq wthymr
You will say, ‘I will go up to the land of unwalled villages. I will go to those who are at rest, who dwell securely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates,

למבז בזא ולמעדי עדאה לכנשא משריתך על חרבתא דאתיתבא ועל עמא דאתכנשו מביני עממיא דאצלחו בנכסין וקנינין יתבין על תוקפא דארעא:
darea thwqpa el ythbyn wqnynyn bnksyn datslkhw emmya mbyny dathknshw ema wel dathythba khrbtha el mshrythk lknsha edah wlmedy bza lmbz
to take the plunder and to take prey; to turn your hand against the waste places that are inhabited, and against the people who are gathered out of the nations, who have gotten livestock and goods, who dwell in the middle of the earth.’

שבא ודדן ותגרי ימא וכל מלכהא יימרון לך הלמבז בזא את אתי הלמעדי עדאה כנישת משריתך למיסב כסף ודהב למשבי נכסין וקנינין למעדי עדי סגי:
sgy edy lmedy wqnynyn nksyn lmshby wdhb ksp lmysb mshrythk knyshth edah hlmedy athy ath bza hlmbz lk yymrwn mlkha wkl yma wthgry wddn shba
Sheba, Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all its young lions, will ask you, ‘Have you come to take the plunder? Have you assembled your company to take the prey, to carry away silver and gold, to take away livestock and goods, to take great plunder?’”’

בכן אתנבי בר אדם ותימר לגוג כדנן אמר יי אלהים הלא בעדנא ההיא כד יתבון עמי ישראל לרוחצן תידע פורענות גבורתי:
gbwrthy pwrenwth thyde lrwkhtsn yshral emy ythbwn kd hhya bedna hla alhym yy amr kdnn lgwg wthymr adm br athnby bkn
“Therefore, son of man, prophesy, and tell Gog, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “In that day when my people Israel dwells securely, will you not know it?

ותיתי מאתרך מסיפי צפונא את ועממין סגיאין די עמך רוכבי סוסון כולהון משרין סגיאין ועם סגי:
sgy wem sgyayn mshryn kwlhwn swswn rwkby emk dy sgyayn wemmyn ath tspwna msypy mathrk wthythy
You will come from your place out of the uttermost parts of the north, you, and many peoples with you, all of them riding on horses, a great company and a mighty army.

ותיסק על עמי ישראל כעננא דסליק וחפי ית ארעא בסוף יומיא תהי ואיתינך על ארעא בית שכנתי בדיל דידעון עממיא פורענות גבורתי כד אתקדש בך דיהון חזן בפורענותך גוג:
gwg bpwrenwthk khzn dyhwn bk athqdsh kd gbwrthy pwrenwth emmya dydewn bdyl shknthy byth area el waythynk thhy ywmya bswp area yth wkhpy dslyq kenna yshral emy el wthysq
You will come up against my people Israel as a cloud to cover the land. It will happen in the latter days that I will bring you against my land, that the nations may know me when I am sanctified in you, Gog, before their eyes.”

כדנן אמר יי אלהים האת הוא דמללית ביומי קדם ביד עבדי נביי ישראל דאתנביאו ביומיא האינון מלקדמת דנא שנין סגיאין לאיתאה יתך עליהון:
elyhwn ythk laythah sgyayn shnyn dna mlqdmth haynwn bywmya dathnbyaw yshral nbyy ebdy byd qdm bywmy dmllyth hwa hath alhym yy amr kdnn
“‘The Lord Yahweh says: “Are you he of whom I spoke in old time by my servants the prophets of Israel, who prophesied in those days for years that I would bring you against them?

ויהי בעדנא ההיא ביום מיתי גוג על ארעא דישראל אמר יי אלהים ידליק רוגזי וחימתי:
wkhymthy rwgzy ydlyq alhym yy amr dyshral area el gwg mythy bywm hhya bedna wyhy
It will happen in that day, when Gog comes against the land of Israel,” says the Lord Yahweh, “that my wrath will come up into my nostrils.

ובאתגלאה פורענותי במדלק אשת רוגזי גזרית במימרי אם לא ביומא ההוא יהי זיע סגי על ארעא דישראל:
dyshral area el sgy zye yhy hhwa bywma la am bmymry gzryth rwgzy ashth bmdlq pwrenwthy wbathglah
For in my jealousy and in the fire of my wrath I have spoken. Surely in that day there will be a great shaking in the land of Israel,

ויזועון מן קדמי נוני ימא ועופא דשמיא וחית ברא וכל רחשא דרחיש על ארעא וכל אנשא די על אפי ארעא ויתפגרון טוריא ויתתלשון מגדליא וכל שור רם לארעא יתחמר:
ythkhmr larea rm shwr wkl mgdlya wyththlshwn Twrya wythpgrwn area apy el dy ansha wkl area el drkhysh rkhsha wkl bra wkhyth dshmya wewpa yma nwny qdmy mn wyzwewn
so that the fish of the sea, the birds of the sky, the animals of the field, all creeping things who creep on the earth, and all the men who are on the surface of the earth will shake at my presence. Then the mountains will be thrown down, the steep places will fall, and every wall will fall to the ground.

ואזמניניה למפל בחרבא על טורי ישראל עמי אמר יי אלהים חרב גבר באחוהי תהי:
thhy bakhwhy gbr khrb alhym yy amr emy yshral Twry el bkhrba lmpl wazmnynyh
I will call for a sword against him to all my mountains,” says the Lord Yahweh. “Every man’s sword will be against his brother.

ואתפרע מניה במותא ובקטלא ומטר מגבר ואבני אלגביש אשתא וגופריתא אמטר עלוהי ועל משריתיה ועל עממין סגיאין די עמיה:
emyh dy sgyayn emmyn wel mshrythyh wel elwhy amTr wgwprytha ashtha algbysh wabny mgbr wmTr wbqTla bmwtha mnyh wathpre
I will enter into judgment with him with pestilence and with blood. I will rain on him, on his hordes, and on the many peoples who are with him, torrential rains with great hailstones, fire, and sulfur.
