ונטלת יתי רוחא ואעלת יתי לתרע בית מקדשא דיי מדינחאה דפתיח למדינחא והא במעלנא דתרע עסרין וחמשא גברין וחזית ביניהון ית יאזניה בר עזר וית פלטיא בר בניא רברבי עמא:
ema rbrby bnya br plTya wyth ezr br yaznyh yth bynyhwn wkhzyth gbryn wkhmsha esryn dthre bmelna wha lmdynkha dpthykh mdynkhah dyy mqdsha byth lthre ythy waelth rwkha ythy wnTlth
Moreover the Spirit lifted me up and brought me to the east gate of Yahweh’s house, which looks eastward. Behold, twenty-five men were at the door of the gate; and I saw among them Jaazaniah the son of Azzur, and Pelatiah the son of Benaiah, princes of the people.

ואמר לי בר אדם אלין גבריא דמחשבין למינס ודמלכין מלך ביש בקרתא הדא:
hda bqrtha bysh mlk wdmlkyn lmyns dmkhshbyn gbrya alyn adm br ly wamr
He said to me, “Son of man, these are the men who devise iniquity, and who give wicked counsel in this city;

דאמרין לא בקריב למבני בתין היא חשיבא לנא כדודא ואנחנא חשיבין בגוה כבסרא דבשיל בגו דודא:
dwda bgw dbshyl kbsra bgwh khshybyn wankhna kdwda lna khshyba hya bthyn lmbny bqryb la damryn
who say, ‘The time is not near to build houses. This is the cauldron, and we are the meat.’

בכן אתנבי עליהון אתנבי בר אדם:
adm br athnby elyhwn athnby bkn
Therefore prophesy against them. Prophesy, son of man.”

ושרת עלי רוח נבואה מן קדם יי ואמר לי אמר כדנן אמר יי כן אמרתון בית ישראל ודי אתון מהרהרין ודסליקת על לבכון קדמי גלן:
gln qdmy lbkwn el wdslyqth mhrhryn athwn wdy yshral byth amrthwn kn yy amr kdnn amr ly wamr yy qdm mn nbwah rwkh ely wshrth
Yahweh’s Spirit fell on me, and he said to me, “Speak, ‘Yahweh says: “Thus you have said, house of Israel; for I know the things that come into your mind.

אסגיתון קטילכון בקרתא הדא ומליתון שוקהא קטילין:
qTylyn shwqha wmlythwn hda bqrtha qTylkwn asgythwn
You have multiplied your slain in this city, and you have filled its streets with the slain.”

בכן כדנן אמר יי אלהים קטיליכון דשויתון בגוה אינון כבסרא והא כדודא ויתכון אגלי מגוה:
mgwh agly wythkwn kdwda wha kbsra aynwn bgwh dshwythwn qTylykwn alhym yy amr kdnn bkn
“‘Therefore the Lord Yahweh says: “Your slain whom you have laid in the middle of it, they are the meat, and this is the cauldron; but you will be brought out of the middle of it.

מן קדם דקטלין בחרבא דחלתון ודקטלין בחרבא איתי עליכון אמר יי אלהים:
alhym yy amr elykwn aythy bkhrba wdqTlyn dkhlthwn bkhrba dqTlyn qdm mn
You have feared the sword; and I will bring the sword on you,” says the Lord Yahweh.

ואגלי יתכון מגוה ואמסר יתכון ביד נוכראין ואעביד בכון פורענות דינין:
dynyn pwrenwth bkwn waebyd nwkrayn byd ythkwn wamsr mgwh ythkwn wagly
“I will bring you out of the middle of it, and deliver you into the hands of strangers, and will execute judgments among you.

בחרבא תתקטלון על תחום ארעא דישראל אתפרע מנכון ותידעון ארי אנא יי:
yy ana ary wthydewn mnkwn athpre dyshral area thkhwm el ththqTlwn bkhrba
You will fall by the sword. I will judge you in the border of Israel. Then you will know that I am Yahweh.

היא לא תהי לכון כדודא ברם אתון תהון בגוה כבסרא דבשיל בגו דודא על תחום ארעא דישראל אתפרע מנכון:
mnkwn athpre dyshral area thkhwm el dwda bgw dbshyl kbsra bgwh thhwn athwn brm kdwda lkwn thhy la hya
This will not be your cauldron, neither will you be the meat in the middle of it. I will judge you in the border of Israel.

ותידעון ארי אנא יי די בקימי לא הליכתון ודיני לא עבדתון וכנימוסי עממיא די בסחרניכון עבדתון:
ebdthwn bskhrnykwn dy emmya wknymwsy ebdthwn la wdyny hlykthwn la bqymy dy yy ana ary wthydewn
You will know that I am Yahweh, for you have not walked in my statutes. You have not executed my ordinances, but have done after the ordinances of the nations that are around you.”’”

והוה כאתנביותי ופלטיה בר בניה מית ואשתטחית על אפי וצוחית בקל רב ואמרית קביל בעותי יי אלהים גמירא את עביד עם שארא דישראל:
dyshral shara em ebyd ath gmyra alhym yy bewthy qbyl wamryth rb bql wtswkhyth apy el washthTkhyth myth bnyh br wplTyh kathnbywthy whwh
When I prophesied, Pelatiah the son of Benaiah died. Then I fell down on my face, and cried with a loud voice, and said, “Ah Lord Yahweh! Will you make a full end of the remnant of Israel?”

והוה פתגם נבואה מן קדם יי עמי למימר:
lmymr emy yy qdm mn nbwah pthgm whwh
Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

בר אדם אחך אחך אנש קריבך וכל בית ישראל כולהון דאמרין להון יתבי ירושלם אתרחקו מדחלתא דיי דילנא היא אתיהיבת ארעא למירתה:
lmyrthh area athyhybth hya dylna dyy mdkhltha athrkhqw yrwshlm ythby lhwn damryn kwlhwn yshral byth wkl qrybk ansh akhk akhk adm br
“Son of man, your brothers, even your brothers, the men of your relatives, and all the house of Israel, all of them, are the ones to whom the inhabitants of Jerusalem have said, ‘Go far away from Yahweh. This land has been given to us for a possession.’

בכן כדנן אמר יי אלהים ארי ארחיקתינון לביני עממיא וארי בדרתינון במדינתא ויהבית להון בתי כנשתא תנין לבית מקדשי ואינון כזעיר במדינתא דאתגליאו לתמן:
lthmn dathglyaw bmdyntha kzeyr waynwn mqdshy lbyth thnyn knshtha bthy lhwn wyhbyth bmdyntha bdrthynwn wary emmya lbyny arkhyqthynwn ary alhym yy amr kdnn bkn
“Therefore say, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “Whereas I have removed them far off among the nations, and whereas I have scattered them among the countries, yet I will be to them a sanctuary for a little while in the countries where they have come.”’

בכן אמר כדנן אמר יי אלהים ואקריב יתכון מן ביני עממיא ואכניש יתכון מן מדינתא דאתבדרתון בהן ואתן לכון ית ארעא דישראל:
dyshral area yth lkwn wathn bhn dathbdrthwn mdyntha mn ythkwn waknysh emmya byny mn ythkwn waqryb alhym yy amr kdnn amr bkn
“Therefore say, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “I will gather you from the peoples, and assemble you out of the countries where you have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel.”

ויעלון לתמן ויעדון ית כל שקוצא וית כל תועבתא מנה:
mnh thwebtha kl wyth shqwtsa kl yth wyedwn lthmn wyelwn
“‘They will come there, and they will take away all its detestable things and all its abominations from there.

ואתן להון לב דחיל ורוח דחילא אתן במעיהון ואתבר לבא דרשיעא דהוא תקיף כאבנא מבסריהון ואתן להון לב דחיל קדמי למעבד רעותי:
rewthy lmebd qdmy dkhyl lb lhwn wathn mbsryhwn kabna thqyp dhwa drshyea lba wathbr bmeyhwn athn dkhyla wrwkh dkhyl lb lhwn wathn
I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within them. I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them a heart of flesh,

בדיל דבקימי יהכין וית דיני יטרון ויעבדון יתהון ויהון קדמי לעם ואנא אהוי להון לאלהא:
lalha lhwn ahwy wana lem qdmy wyhwn ythhwn wyebdwn yTrwn dyny wyth yhkyn dbqymy bdyl
that they may walk in my statutes, and keep my ordinances, and do them. They will be my people, and I will be their God.

בתר פולחן שקוציהון ותועבתהון לבהון טעי פורענות אורחיהון ברישיהון יהבית אמר יי אלהים:
alhym yy amr yhbyth bryshyhwn awrkhyhwn pwrenwth Tey lbhwn wthwebthhwn shqwtsyhwn pwlkhn bthr
But as for them whose heart walks after the heart of their detestable things and their abominations, I will bring their way on their own heads,’ says the Lord Yahweh.”

ונטלו כרוביא ית גפיהון וגלגליא לקבליהון ויקר אלהא דישראל עליהון מלעילא:
mleyla elyhwn dyshral alha wyqr lqblyhwn wglglya gpyhwn yth krwbya wnTlw
Then the cherubim lifted up their wings, and the wheels were beside them. The glory of the God of Israel was over them above.

ואסתלק יקרא דיי מן גו קרתא ושרא על טור זיתא דממדנח לקרתא:
lqrtha dmmdnkh zytha Twr el wshra qrtha gw mn dyy yqra wasthlq
Yahweh’s glory went up from the middle of the city, and stood on the mountain which is on the east side of the city.

ורוח נטלתני ואבילתני למדינת ארעא כסדאי לות בני גלותא בחזוא ברוח נבואה די שרת עלי מן קדם יי ואסתלק מני חזוא דחזיתי:
dkhzythy khzwa mny wasthlq yy qdm mn ely shrth dy nbwah brwkh bkhzwa glwtha bny lwth ksday area lmdynth wabylthny nTlthny wrwkh
The Spirit lifted me up, and brought me in the vision by the Spirit of God into Chaldea, to the captives. So the vision that I had seen went up from me.
