ביומא ירחא קדמאה בחד לירחא תקים ית משכנא משכן זמנא:
bywma yrkha qdmah bkhd lyrkha thqym yth mshkna mshkn zmna
“On the first day of the first month you shall raise up the tabernacle of the Tent of Meeting.

ותשוי תמן ית ארונא דסהדותא ותטל על ארונא ית פרכתא:
wthshwy thmn yth arwna dshdwtha wthTl el arwna yth prktha
You shall put the ark of the covenant in it, and you shall screen the ark with the veil.
4
ותעל ית פתורא ותסדר ית סדריה ותעל ית מנרתא ותדלק ית בוצינהא:
wthel yth pthwra wthsdr yth sdryh wthel yth mnrtha wthdlq yth bwtsynha
You shall bring in the table, and set in order the things that are on it. You shall bring in the lamp stand, and light its lamps.

ותתן ית מדבחא דדהבא לקטרת בוסמיא קדם ארונא דסהדותא ותשוי ית פרסא דתרעא למשכנא:
wththn yth mdbkha ddhba lqTrth bwsmya qdm arwna dshdwtha wthshwy yth prsa dthrea lmshkna
You shall set the golden altar for incense before the ark of the covenant, and put the screen of the door to the tabernacle.

ותתן ית מדבחא דעלתא קדם תרע משכנא משכן זמנא:
wththn yth mdbkha deltha qdm thre mshkna mshkn zmna
“You shall set the altar of burnt offering before the door of the tabernacle of the Tent of Meeting.

ותתן ית כיורא בין משכן זמנא ובין מדבחא ותתן תמן מיא:
wththn yth kywra byn mshkn zmna wbyn mdbkha wththn thmn mya
You shall set the basin between the Tent of Meeting and the altar, and shall put water therein.
8
ותשוי ית דרתא סחור סחור ותתן ית פרסא דתרע דרתא:
wthshwy yth drtha skhwr skhwr wththn yth prsa dthre drtha
You shall set up the court around it, and hang up the screen of the gate of the court.
9
ותסב ית משחא דרבותא ותרבי ית משכנא וית כל די ביה ותקדש יתיה וית כל מנוהי ויהי קודשא:
wthsb yth mshkha drbwtha wthrby yth mshkna wyth kl dy byh wthqdsh ythyh wyth kl mnwhy wyhy qwdsha
“You shall take the anointing oil, and anoint the tabernacle and all that is in it, and shall make it holy, and all its furniture, and it will be holy.

ותרבי ית מדבחא דעלתא וית כל מנוהי ותקדש ית מדבחא ויהי מדבחא קדש קודשין:
wthrby yth mdbkha deltha wyth kl mnwhy wthqdsh yth mdbkha wyhy mdbkha qdsh qwdshyn
You shall anoint the altar of burnt offering, with all its vessels, and sanctify the altar, and the altar will be most holy.

ותרבי ית כיורא וית בסיסיה ותקדש יתיה:
wthrby yth kywra wyth bsysyh wthqdsh ythyh
You shall anoint the basin and its base, and sanctify it.

ותקרב ית אהרן וית בנוהי לתרע משכן זמנא ותסחי יתהון במיא:
wthqrb yth ahrn wyth bnwhy lthre mshkn zmna wthskhy ythhwn bmya
“You shall bring Aaron and his sons to the door of the Tent of Meeting, and shall wash them with water.

ותלבש ית אהרן ית לבושי קודשא ותרבי יתיה ותקדש יתיה וישמש קדמי:
wthlbsh yth ahrn yth lbwshy qwdsha wthrby ythyh wthqdsh ythyh wyshmsh qdmy
You shall put on Aaron the holy garments; and you shall anoint him, and sanctify him, that he may minister to me in the priest’s office.

וית בנוהי תקרב ותלבש יתהון כתונין:
wyth bnwhy thqrb wthlbsh ythhwn kthwnyn
You shall bring his sons, and put tunics on them.
15
ותרבי יתהון כמא די רביתא ית אבוהון וישמשון קדמי ותהי למהוי להון רבותהון לכהנות עלם לדריהון:
wthrby ythhwn kma dy rbytha yth abwhwn wyshmshwn qdmy wthhy lmhwy lhwn rbwthhwn lkhnwth elm ldryhwn
You shall anoint them, as you anointed their father, that they may minister to me in the priest’s office. Their anointing shall be to them for an everlasting priesthood throughout their generations.”

ועבד משה ככל די פקיד יי יתיה כן עבד:
webd mshh kkl dy pqyd yy ythyh kn ebd
Moses did so. According to all that Yahweh commanded him, so he did.
17
והוה בירחא קדמאה בשתא תניתא בחד לירחא אתקם משכנא:
whwh byrkha qdmah bshtha thnytha bkhd lyrkha athqm mshkna
In the first month in the second year, on the first day of the month, the tabernacle was raised up.
18
ואקם משה ית משכנא ויהב ית סמכוהי ושוי ית דפוהי ויהב ית עברוהי ואקם ית עמודוהי:
waqm mshh yth mshkna wyhb yth smkwhy wshwy yth dpwhy wyhb yth ebrwhy waqm yth emwdwhy
Moses raised up the tabernacle, and laid its sockets, and set up its boards, and put in its bars, and raised up its pillars.

ופרס ית פרסא על משכנא ושוי ית חופאה דמשכנא עלוהי מלעלא כמא די פקיד יי ית משה:
wprs yth prsa el mshkna wshwy yth khwpah dmshkna elwhy mlela kma dy pqyd yy yth mshh
He spread the covering over the tent, and put the roof of the tabernacle above on it, as Yahweh commanded Moses.

ונסיב ויהב ית סהדותא לארונא ושוי ית אריחיא על ארונא ויהב ית כפרתא על ארונא מלעלא:
wnsyb wyhb yth shdwtha larwna wshwy yth arykhya el arwna wyhb yth kprtha el arwna mlela
He took and put the covenant into the ark, and set the poles on the ark, and put the mercy seat above on the ark.

ואעל ית ארונא למשכנא ושוי ית פרכתא דפרסא ואטל על ארונא דסהדותא כמא די פקיד יי ית משה:
wael yth arwna lmshkna wshwy yth prktha dprsa waTl el arwna dshdwtha kma dy pqyd yy yth mshh
He brought the ark into the tabernacle, and set up the veil of the screen, and screened the ark of the covenant, as Yahweh commanded Moses.

ויהב ית פתורא במשכן זמנא על צדא דמשכנא צפונא מברא לפרכתא:
wyhb yth pthwra bmshkn zmna el tsda dmshkna tspwna mbra lprktha
He put the table in the Tent of Meeting, on the north side of the tabernacle, outside of the veil.
23
וסדר עלוהי סדור דלחם קדם יי כמא די פקיד יי ית משה:
wsdr elwhy sdwr dlkhm qdm yy kma dy pqyd yy yth mshh
He set the bread in order on it before Yahweh, as Yahweh commanded Moses.

ושוי ית מנרתא במשכן זמנא לקבל פתורא על צדא דמשכנא לדרומא:
wshwy yth mnrtha bmshkn zmna lqbl pthwra el tsda dmshkna ldrwma
He put the lamp stand in the Tent of Meeting, opposite the table, on the south side of the tabernacle.

ואדלק בוצינהא קדם יי כמא די פקיד יי ית משה:
wadlq bwtsynha qdm yy kma dy pqyd yy yth mshh
He lit the lamps before Yahweh, as Yahweh commanded Moses.

ושוי ית מדבחא דדהבא במשכן זמנא קדם פרכתא:
wshwy yth mdbkha ddhba bmshkn zmna qdm prktha
He put the golden altar in the Tent of Meeting before the veil;
27
ואקטר עלוהי קטרת בוסמין כמא די פקיד יי ית משה:
waqTr elwhy qTrth bwsmyn kma dy pqyd yy yth mshh
and he burned incense of sweet spices on it, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
28
ושוי ית פרסא דתרעא למשכנא:
wshwy yth prsa dthrea lmshkna
He put up the screen of the door to the tabernacle.
29
וית מדבחא דעלתא שוי בתרע משכנא משכן זמנא ואסק עלוהי ית עלתא וית מנחתא כמא די פקיד יי ית משה:
wyth mdbkha deltha shwy bthre mshkna mshkn zmna wasq elwhy yth eltha wyth mnkhtha kma dy pqyd yy yth mshh
He set the altar of burnt offering at the door of the tabernacle of the Tent of Meeting, and offered on it the burnt offering and the meal offering, as Yahweh commanded Moses.

ושוי ית כיורא בין משכן זמנא ובין מדבחא ויהב תמן מיא לקדוש:
wshwy yth kywra byn mshkn zmna wbyn mdbkha wyhb thmn mya lqdwsh
He set the basin between the Tent of Meeting and the altar, and put water therein, with which to wash.
31
ויקדשון מניה משה ואהרן ובנוהי ית ידיהון וית רגליהון:
wyqdshwn mnyh mshh wahrn wbnwhy yth ydyhwn wyth rglyhwn
Moses, Aaron, and his sons washed their hands and their feet there.
32
במעלהון למשכן זמנא ובמקרבהון למדבחא יקדשון כמא די פקיד יי ית משה:
bmelhwn lmshkn zmna wbmqrbhwn lmdbkha yqdshwn kma dy pqyd yy yth mshh
When they went into the Tent of Meeting, and when they came near to the altar, they washed, as Yahweh commanded Moses.

ואקם ית דרתא סחור סחור למשכנא ולמדבחא ויהב ית פרסא דתרע דרתא ושיצי משה ית עבידא:
waqm yth drtha skhwr skhwr lmshkna wlmdbkha wyhb yth prsa dthre drtha wshytsy mshh yth ebyda
He raised up the court around the tabernacle and the altar, and set up the screen of the gate of the court. So Moses finished the work.

וחפא עננא ית משכן זמנא ויקרא דיי אתמלי ית משכנא:
wkhpa enna yth mshkn zmna wyqra dyy athmly yth mshkna
Then the cloud covered the Tent of Meeting, and Yahweh’s glory filled the tabernacle.
35
ולא יכיל משה למעל למשכן זמנא ארי שרא עלוהי עננא ויקרא דיי אתמלי ית משכנא:
wla ykyl mshh lmel lmshkn zmna ary shra elwhy enna wyqra dyy athmly yth mshkna
Moses wasn’t able to enter into the Tent of Meeting, because the cloud stayed on it, and Yahweh’s glory filled the tabernacle.
36
ובאסתלקות עננא מעלוי משכנא נטלין בני ישראל בכל מטלניהון:
wbasthlqwth enna melwy mshkna nTlyn bny yshral bkl mTlnyhwn
When the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the children of Israel went onward, throughout all their journeys;

ואם לא יסתלק עננא ולא נטלין עד יומא דאסתלקותיה:
wam la ysthlq enna wla nTlyn ed ywma dasthlqwthyh
but if the cloud wasn’t taken up, then they didn’t travel until the day that it was taken up.
38
ארי עננא יקרא דיי על משכנא ביממא וחיזו אשתא הוי בליליא ביה לעיני כל בית ישראל בכל מטלניהון:
ary enna yqra dyy el mshkna bymma wkhyzw ashtha hwy blylya byh leyny kl byth yshral bkl mTlnyhwn
For the cloud of Yahweh was on the tabernacle by day, and there was fire in the cloud by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel, throughout all their journeys.
