ואכנש משה ית כל כנשתא דבני ישראל ואמר להון אלין פתגמיא די פקד יי למעבד יתהון:
waknsh mshh yth kl knshtha dbny yshral wamr lhwn alyn pthgmya dy pqd yy lmebd ythhwn
Moses assembled all the congregation of the children of Israel, and said to them, “These are the words which Yahweh has commanded, that you should do them.

שתא יומין תתעבד עבדתא וביומא שביעאה יהי לכון קודשא שבא שבתא קדם יי כל דיעבד ביה עבדתא יתקטל:
shtha ywmyn ththebd ebdtha wbywma shbyeah yhy lkwn qwdsha shba shbtha qdm yy kl dyebd byh ebdtha ythqTl
‘Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be a holy day for you, a Sabbath of solemn rest to Yahweh: whoever does any work in it shall be put to death.

לא תבערון אשתא בכל מותבניכון ביומא דשבתא:
la thberwn ashtha bkl mwthbnykwn bywma dshbtha
You shall kindle no fire throughout your habitations on the Sabbath day.’”

ואמר משה לכל כנשתא דבני ישראל למימר דין פתגמא די פקד יי למימר:
wamr mshh lkl knshtha dbny yshral lmymr dyn pthgma dy pqd yy lmymr
Moses spoke to all the congregation of the children of Israel, saying, “This is the thing which Yahweh commanded, saying,

סבו מנכון אפרשותא קדם יי כל דיתרעי לביה ייתי ית אפרשותא קדם יי דהבא וכספא ונחשא:
sbw mnkwn aprshwtha qdm yy kl dythrey lbyh yythy yth aprshwtha qdm yy dhba wkspa wnkhsha
‘Take from among you an offering to Yahweh. Whoever is of a willing heart, let him bring it as Yahweh’s offering: gold, silver, bronze,

ותכלא וארגונא וצבע זהורי ובוץ ומעזי:
wthkla wargwna wtsbe zhwry wbwts wmezy
blue, purple, scarlet, fine linen, goats’ hair,
7
ומשכי דדכרי מסמקי ומשכי דססגונא ואעי שטין:
wmshky ddkry msmqy wmshky dssgwna waey shTyn
rams’ skins dyed red, sea cow hides, acacia wood,
8
ומשחא לאנהרותא ובוסמיא למשח רבותא ולקטרת בוסמיא:
wmshkha lanhrwtha wbwsmya lmshkh rbwtha wlqTrth bwsmya
oil for the light, spices for the anointing oil and for the sweet incense,
9
ואבני בורלא ואבני אשלמותא לשקעא באפודא ובחושנא:
wabny bwrla wabny ashlmwtha lshqea bapwda wbkhwshna
onyx stones, and stones to be set for the ephod and for the breastplate.
10
וכל חכימי לבא בכון ייתון ויעבדון ית כל די פקד יי:
wkl khkymy lba bkwn yythwn wyebdwn yth kl dy pqd yy
“‘Let every wise-hearted man among you come, and make all that Yahweh has commanded:

ית משכנא ית פרסיה וית חופאיה ית פורפוהי וית דפוהי ית עברוהי ית עמודוהי וית סמכוהי:
yth mshkna yth prsyh wyth khwpayh yth pwrpwhy wyth dpwhy yth ebrwhy yth emwdwhy wyth smkwhy
the tabernacle, its outer covering, its roof, its clasps, its boards, its bars, its pillars, and its sockets;

ית ארונא וית אריחוהי ית כפרתא וית פרכתא דפרסא:
yth arwna wyth arykhwhy yth kprtha wyth prktha dprsa
the ark, and its poles, the mercy seat, the veil of the screen;
13
ית פתורא וית אריחוהי וית כל מנוהי וית לחם אפיא:
yth pthwra wyth arykhwhy wyth kl mnwhy wyth lkhm apya
the table with its poles and all its vessels, and the show bread;
14
וית מנרתא דאנהורי וית מנהא וית בוצינהא וית משחא דאנהרותא:
wyth mnrtha danhwry wyth mnha wyth bwtsynha wyth mshkha danhrwtha
the lamp stand also for the light, with its vessels, its lamps, and the oil for the light;
15
וית מדבחא דקטרת בוסמיא וית אריחוהי וית משחא דרבותא וית קטרת בוסמיא וית פרסא דתרעא לתרע משכנא:
wyth mdbkha dqTrth bwsmya wyth arykhwhy wyth mshkha drbwtha wyth qTrth bwsmya wyth prsa dthrea lthre mshkna
and the altar of incense with its poles, the anointing oil, the sweet incense, the screen for the door, at the door of the tabernacle;

ית מדבחא דעלתא וית סרדא דנחשא דיליה ית אריחוהי וית כל מנוהי ית כיורא וית בסיסיה:
yth mdbkha deltha wyth srda dnkhsha dylyh yth arykhwhy wyth kl mnwhy yth kywra wyth bsysyh
the altar of burnt offering, with its grating of bronze, its poles, and all its vessels, the basin and its base;

ית סרדי דרתא ית עמודוהי וית סמכהא וית פרסא דתרע דרתא:
yth srdy drtha yth emwdwhy wyth smkha wyth prsa dthre drtha
the hangings of the court, its pillars, their sockets, and the screen for the gate of the court;
18
ית סכי משכנא וית סכי דדרתא וית אטוניהון:
yth sky mshkna wyth sky ddrtha wyth aTwnyhwn
the pins of the tabernacle, the pins of the court, and their cords;
19
ית לבושי שמושא לשמשא בקודשא ית לבושי קודשא לאהרן כהנא וית לבושי בנוהי לשמשא:
yth lbwshy shmwsha lshmsha bqwdsha yth lbwshy qwdsha lahrn khna wyth lbwshy bnwhy lshmsha
the finely worked garments for ministering in the holy place—the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons—to minister in the priest’s office.’”

ונפקו כל כנשתא דבני ישראל מן קדם משה:
wnpqw kl knshtha dbny yshral mn qdm mshh
All the congregation of the children of Israel departed from the presence of Moses.
21
ואתו כל גבר דאתרעי לביה וכל די אשלמת רוחיה יתיה איתיאו ית אפרשותא קדם יי לעבידת משכן זמנא ולכל פלחניה וללבושי קודשא:
wathw kl gbr dathrey lbyh wkl dy ashlmth rwkhyh ythyh aythyaw yth aprshwtha qdm yy lebydth mshkn zmna wlkl plkhnyh wllbwshy qwdsha
They came, everyone whose heart stirred him up, and everyone whom his spirit made willing, and brought Yahweh’s offering for the work of the Tent of Meeting, and for all of its service, and for the holy garments.

ומיתן גבריא על נשיא כל דאתרעי לביה איתיאו שירין ושבכין ועזקן ומחוך כל מן דדהב וכל גבר די ארים ארמות דהבא קדם יי:
wmythn gbrya el nshya kl dathrey lbyh aythyaw shyryn wshbkyn wezqn wmkhwk kl mn ddhb wkl gbr dy arym armwth dhba qdm yy
They came, both men and women, as many as were willing-hearted, and brought brooches, earrings, signet rings, and armlets, all jewels of gold; even every man who offered an offering of gold to Yahweh.

וכל גבר דאשתכח עמיה תכלא וארגונא וצבע זהורי ובוץ ומעזי ומשכי דדכרי מסמקי ומשכי ססגונא איתיאו:
wkl gbr dashthkkh emyh thkla wargwna wtsbe zhwry wbwts wmezy wmshky ddkry msmqy wmshky ssgwna aythyaw
Everyone with whom was found blue, purple, scarlet, fine linen, goats’ hair, rams’ skins dyed red, and sea cow hides, brought them.

כל דארים ארמות כסף ונחש איתיאו ית אפרשותא קדם יי וכל די אשתכח עמיה אעי שטין לכל עבידת פלחנא איתיאו:
kl darym armwth ksp wnkhsh aythyaw yth aprshwtha qdm yy wkl dy ashthkkh emyh aey shTyn lkl ebydth plkhna aythyaw
Everyone who offered an offering of silver and bronze brought Yahweh’s offering; and everyone with whom was found acacia wood for any work of the service, brought it.

וכל אתתא חכימת לבא בידהא מעזלא ומיתן כד עזל ית תכלא וית ארגונא ית צבע זהורי וית בוצא:
wkl aththa khkymth lba bydha mezla wmythn kd ezl yth thkla wyth argwna yth tsbe zhwry wyth bwtsa
All the women who were wise-hearted spun with their hands, and brought that which they had spun: the blue, the purple, the scarlet, and the fine linen.
26
וכל נשיא דאתרעי לבהן עמהן בחכמא עזלן ית מעזיא:
wkl nshya dathrey lbhn emhn bkhkma ezln yth mezya
All the women whose heart stirred them up in wisdom spun the goats’ hair.
27
ורברביא איתיאו ית אבני בורלא וית אבני אשלמותא לשקעא באפודא ובחושנא:
wrbrbya aythyaw yth abny bwrla wyth abny ashlmwtha lshqea bapwda wbkhwshna
The rulers brought the onyx stones and the stones to be set for the ephod and for the breastplate;

וית בוסמא וית משחא לאנהרותא ולמשחא דרבותא ולקטרת בוסמיא:
wyth bwsma wyth mshkha lanhrwtha wlmshkha drbwtha wlqTrth bwsmya
with the spice and the oil for the light, for the anointing oil, and for the sweet incense.

כל גבר ואתתא דאתרעי לבהון עמהון לאיתאה לכל עבדתא די פקד יי למעבד בידא דמשה איתיאו בני ישראל נדבתא קדם יי:
kl gbr waththa dathrey lbhwn emhwn laythah lkl ebdtha dy pqd yy lmebd byda dmshh aythyaw bny yshral ndbtha qdm yy
The children of Israel brought a free will offering to Yahweh; every man and woman whose heart made them willing to bring for all the work, which Yahweh had commanded to be made by Moses.

ואמר משה לבני ישראל חזו דרבי יי בשום בצלאל בר אורי בר חור לשבטא דיהודה:
wamr mshh lbny yshral khzw drby yy bshwm btslal br awry br khwr lshbTa dyhwdh
Moses said to the children of Israel, “Behold, Yahweh has called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah.

ואשלם עמיה רוח נבואה מן קדם יי בחכמתא בסוכלתנו ובמדע ובכל עבידא:
washlm emyh rwkh nbwah mn qdm yy bkhkmtha bswklthnw wbmde wbkl ebyda
He has filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, in knowledge, and in all kinds of workmanship;
32
ולאלפא אומנון למעבד בדהבא ובכספא ובנחשא:
wlalpa awmnwn lmebd bdhba wbkspa wbnkhsha
and to make skillful works, to work in gold, in silver, in bronze,
33
ובאומנות אבן טבא לאשלמא ובנגרות אעא למעבד בכל עבידת אומנון:
wbawmnwth abn Tba lashlma wbngrwth aea lmebd bkl ebydth awmnwn
in cutting of stones for setting, and in carving of wood, to work in all kinds of skillful workmanship.

ולאלפא יהב בלביה הוא ואהליאב בר אחיסמך לשבטא דדן:
wlalpa yhb blbyh hwa wahlyab br akhysmk lshbTa ddn
He has put in his heart that he may teach, both he and Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan.

אשלם עמהון חכימות לבא למעבד כל עבידת נגר ואמן וציר בתכלא ובארגונא בצבע זהורי ובבוצא ומחי עבדי כל עבידא ומלפי אומנון:
ashlm emhwn khkymwth lba lmebd kl ebydth ngr wamn wtsyr bthkla wbargwna btsbe zhwry wbbwtsa wmkhy ebdy kl ebyda wmlpy awmnwn
He has filled them with wisdom of heart to work all kinds of workmanship, of the engraver, of the skillful workman, and of the embroiderer, in blue, in purple, in scarlet, and in fine linen, and of the weaver, even of those who do any workmanship, and of those who make skillful works.
