ואמר יי למשה פסל לך תרין לוחי אבניא כקדמאי ואכתוב על לוחיא ית פתגמיא די הוו על לוחיא קדמאי די תברתא:
wamr yy lmshh psl lk thryn lwkhy abnya kqdmay wakthwb el lwkhya yth pthgmya dy hww el lwkhya qdmay dy thbrtha
Yahweh said to Moses, “Chisel two stone tablets like the first. I will write on the tablets the words that were on the first tablets, which you broke.

והוי זמין לצפרא ותסק בצפרא לטורא דסיני ותתעתד קדמי תמן על ריש טורא:
whwy zmyn ltspra wthsq btspra lTwra dsyny wththethd qdmy thmn el rysh Twra
Be ready by the morning, and come up in the morning to Mount Sinai, and present yourself there to me on the top of the mountain.

ואנש לא יסק עמך ואף אנש לא יתחזי בכל טורא אף ענא ותורי לא ירעון לקבל טורא ההוא:
wansh la ysq emk wap ansh la ythkhzy bkl Twra ap ena wthwry la yrewn lqbl Twra hhwa
No one shall come up with you or be seen anywhere on the mountain. Do not let the flocks or herds graze in front of that mountain.”

ופסל תרין לוחי אבניא כקדמאי ואקדם משה בצפרא וסלק לטורא דסיני כמא דפקד יי יתיה ונסב בידיה תרין לוחי אבניא:
wpsl thryn lwkhy abnya kqdmay waqdm mshh btspra wslq lTwra dsyny kma dpqd yy ythyh wnsb bydyh thryn lwkhy abnya
He chiseled two tablets of stone like the first; then Moses rose up early in the morning, and went up to Mount Sinai, as Yahweh had commanded him, and took in his hand two stone tablets.

ואתגלי יי בעננא ואתעתד עמיה תמן וקרא בשמא דיי:
wathgly yy benna wathethd emyh thmn wqra bshma dyy
Yahweh descended in the cloud, and stood with him there, and proclaimed Yahweh’s name.

ואעבר יי שכנתיה על אפוהי וקרא יי יי אלהא רחמנא וחננא מרחיק רגז ומסגי למעבד טבון וקשוט:
waebr yy shknthyh el apwhy wqra yy yy alha rkhmna wkhnna mrkhyq rgz wmsgy lmebd Tbwn wqshwT
Yahweh passed by before him, and proclaimed, “Yahweh! Yahweh, a merciful and gracious God, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness and truth,

נטר טיבו לאלפי דרין שבק לעוין ולמרוד ולחובין סלח לדתיבין לאוריתיה ולדלא תיבין לא מזכי מסער חובי אבהן על בנין ועל בני בנין מרדין על דר תליתי ועל דר רביעי:
nTr Tybw lalpy dryn shbq lewyn wlmrwd wlkhwbyn slkh ldthybyn lawrythyh wldla thybyn la mzky mser khwby abhn el bnyn wel bny bnyn mrdyn el dr thlythy wel dr rbyey
keeping loving kindness for thousands, forgiving iniquity and disobedience and sin; and who will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, and on the children’s children, on the third and on the fourth generation.”

ואוחי משה וכרע על ארעא וסגיד:
wawkhy mshh wkre el area wsgyd
Moses hurried and bowed his head toward the earth, and worshiped.

ואמר אם כען אשכחית רחמין קדמך יי תהך כען שכנתא דיי ביננא ארי עם קשי קדל הוא ותשבוק לחובנא ולחטאנא ותחסננא:
wamr am ken ashkkhyth rkhmyn qdmk yy thhk ken shkntha dyy bynna ary em qshy qdl hwa wthshbwq lkhwbna wlkhTana wthkhsnna
He said, “If now I have found favor in your sight, Lord, please let the Lord go among us, even though this is a stiff-necked people; pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us for your inheritance.”

ואמר הא אנא גזר קים קדם כל עמך אעביד פרישן די לא אתבריאו בכל ארעא ובכל עממיא ויחזי כל עמא די את ביניהון ית עובדא דיי ארי דחל הוא די אנא עבד עמך:
wamr ha ana gzr qym qdm kl emk aebyd pryshn dy la athbryaw bkl area wbkl emmya wykhzy kl ema dy ath bynyhwn yth ewbda dyy ary dkhl hwa dy ana ebd emk
He said, “Behold, I make a covenant: before all your people I will do marvels, such as have not been worked in all the earth, nor in any nation; and all the people among whom you are shall see the work of Yahweh; for it is an awesome thing that I do with you.

טר לך ית די אנא מפקדך יומא דין הא אנא מתרך מן קדמך ית אמוראי וכנענאי וחתאי ופרזאי וחואי ויבוסאי:
Tr lk yth dy ana mpqdk ywma dyn ha ana mthrk mn qdmk yth amwray wknenay wkhthay wprzay wkhway wybwsay
Observe that which I command you today. Behold, I will drive out before you the Amorite, the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite.

אסתמר לך דילמא תגזר קים ליתב ארעא די את עלל עלה דילמא יהי לתקלא בינך:
asthmr lk dylma thgzr qym lythb area dy ath ell elh dylma yhy lthqla bynk
Be careful, lest you make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land where you are going, lest it be for a snare among you;

ארי ית אגוריהון תתרעון וית קמתהון תתברון וית אשריהון תקצצון:
ary yth agwryhwn ththrewn wyth qmthhwn ththbrwn wyth ashryhwn thqtstswn
but you shall break down their altars, and dash in pieces their pillars, and you shall cut down their Asherah poles;

ארי לא תסגוד לטעות עממיא ארי יי קנא שמיה אל קנא הוא:
ary la thsgwd lTewth emmya ary yy qna shmyh al qna hwa
for you shall worship no other god; for Yahweh, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God.

דילמא תגזר קים ליתב ארעא ויטעון בתר טעותהון וידבחון לטעותהון ויקרון לך ותיכול מדבחיהון:
dylma thgzr qym lythb area wyTewn bthr Tewthhwn wydbkhwn lTewthhwn wyqrwn lk wthykwl mdbkhyhwn
“Don’t make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, lest they play the prostitute after their gods, and sacrifice to their gods, and one call you and you eat of his sacrifice;

ותסב מבנתהון לבניך ויטעין בנתהון בתר טעותהון ויטעין ית בניך בתר טעותהון:
wthsb mbnthhwn lbnyk wyTeyn bnthhwn bthr Tewthhwn wyTeyn yth bnyk bthr Tewthhwn
and you take of their daughters to your sons, and their daughters play the prostitute after their gods, and make your sons play the prostitute after their gods.

דחלן דמתכא לא תעבד לך:
dkhln dmthka la thebd lk
“You shall make no cast idols for yourselves.

ית חגא דפטיריא תטר שבעא יומין תיכול פטירא כמא די פקדתך לזמן ירחא דאביבא ארי בירחא דאביבא נפקתא ממצרים:
yth khga dpTyrya thTr shbea ywmyn thykwl pTyra kma dy pqdthk lzmn yrkha dabyba ary byrkha dabyba npqtha mmtsrym
“You shall keep the feast of unleavened bread. Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, at the time appointed in the month Abib; for in the month Abib you came out of Egypt.

כל פתח ולדא דילי וכל בעירך דכרין תקדש בכור תור ואימר:
kl pthkh wlda dyly wkl beyrk dkryn thqdsh bkwr thwr waymr
“All that opens the womb is mine; and all your livestock that is male, the firstborn of cow and sheep.
20
ובוכרא דחמרא תפרוק באימרא ואם לא תפרוק ותנקפיה כל בוכרא דבניך תפרוק ולא יתחזון קדמי ריקנין:
wbwkra dkhmra thprwq baymra wam la thprwq wthnqpyh kl bwkra dbnyk thprwq wla ythkhzwn qdmy ryqnyn
You shall redeem the firstborn of a donkey with a lamb. If you will not redeem it, then you shall break its neck. You shall redeem all the firstborn of your sons. No one shall appear before me empty.

שתא יומין תפלח וביומא שביעאה תנוח בזרועא ובחצדא תנוח:
shtha ywmyn thplkh wbywma shbyeah thnwkh bzrwea wbkhtsda thnwkh
“Six days you shall work, but on the seventh day you shall rest: in plowing time and in harvest you shall rest.

וחגא דשבועיא תעבד לך בכורי חצד חטין וחגא דכנשא במפקא דשתא:
wkhga dshbweya thebd lk bkwry khtsd khTyn wkhga dknsha bmpqa dshtha
“You shall observe the feast of weeks with the first fruits of wheat harvest, and the feast of harvest at the year’s end.

תלת זמנין בשתא יתחזון כל דכוריך קדם רבון עלמא יי אלהא דישראל:
thlth zmnyn bshtha ythkhzwn kl dkwryk qdm rbwn elma yy alha dyshral
Three times in the year all your males shall appear before the Lord Yahweh, the God of Israel.

ארי אתרך עממין מן קדמך ואפתי ית תחומך ולא יחמד אנש ית ארעך במסקך לאתחזאה קדם יי אלהך תלת זמנין בשתא:
ary athrk emmyn mn qdmk wapthy yth thkhwmk wla ykhmd ansh yth arek bmsqk lathkhzah qdm yy alhk thlth zmnyn bshtha
For I will drive out nations before you and enlarge your borders; neither shall any man desire your land when you go up to appear before Yahweh, your God, three times in the year.

לא תכוס על חמיע דם פסחי ולא יבתון לצפרא בר ממדבחא תרבי נכסת חגא דפסחא:
la thkws el khmye dm pskhy wla ybthwn ltspra br mmdbkha thrby nksth khga dpskha
“You shall not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread. The sacrifice of the feast of the Passover shall not be left to the morning.

ריש בכורי ארעך תיתי לבית מקדשא דיי אלהך לא תיכלון בשר בחלב:
rysh bkwry arek thythy lbyth mqdsha dyy alhk la thyklwn bshr bkhlb
“You shall bring the first of the first fruits of your ground to the house of Yahweh your God. “You shall not boil a young goat in its mother’s milk.”

ואמר יי למשה כתב לך ית פתגמיא האלין ארי על מימר פתגמיא האלין גזרית עמך קים ועם ישראל:
wamr yy lmshh kthb lk yth pthgmya halyn ary el mymr pthgmya halyn gzryth emk qym wem yshral
Yahweh said to Moses, “Write these words; for in accordance with these words I have made a covenant with you and with Israel.”

והוה תמן קדם יי ארבעין יממין וארבעין לילון לחמא לא אכל ומיא לא שתי וכתב על לוחיא ית פתגמי קימא עשרא פתגמין:
whwh thmn qdm yy arbeyn ymmyn warbeyn lylwn lkhma la akl wmya la shthy wkthb el lwkhya yth pthgmy qyma eshra pthgmyn
He was there with Yahweh forty days and forty nights; he neither ate bread, nor drank water. He wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.

והוה כד נחת משה מטורא דסיני ותרין לוחי סהדותא בידא דמשה במחתיה מן טורא ומשה לא ידע ארי סגי זיו יקרא דאפוהי במללותיה עמיה:
whwh kd nkhth mshh mTwra dsyny wthryn lwkhy shdwtha byda dmshh bmkhthyh mn Twra wmshh la yde ary sgy zyw yqra dapwhy bmllwthyh emyh
When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of the covenant in Moses’ hand, when he came down from the mountain, Moses didn’t know that the skin of his face shone by reason of his speaking with him.

וחזא אהרן וכל בני ישראל ית משה והא סגי זיו יקרא דאפוהי ודחילו מלאתקרבא לותיה:
wkhza ahrn wkl bny yshral yth mshh wha sgy zyw yqra dapwhy wdkhylw mlathqrba lwthyh
When Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone; and they were afraid to come near him.

וקרא להון משה ותבו לותיה אהרן וכל רברביא בכנשתא ומלל משה עמהון:
wqra lhwn mshh wthbw lwthyh ahrn wkl rbrbya bknshtha wmll mshh emhwn
Moses called to them, and Aaron and all the rulers of the congregation returned to him; and Moses spoke to them.

ובתר כן אתקריבו כל בני ישראל ופקדנון ית כל די מלל יי עמיה בטורא דסיני:
wbthr kn athqrybw kl bny yshral wpqdnwn yth kl dy mll yy emyh bTwra dsyny
Afterward all the children of Israel came near, and he gave them all the commandments that Yahweh had spoken with him on Mount Sinai.

ושיצי משה מלמללא עמהון ויהב על אפוהי בית אפי:
wshytsy mshh mlmlla emhwn wyhb el apwhy byth apy
When Moses was done speaking with them, he put a veil on his face.

וכד עלל משה לקדם יי למללא עמיה אעדי ית בית אפוהי עד מפקיה ונפק וממלל עם בני ישראל ית די מתפקד:
wkd ell mshh lqdm yy lmlla emyh aedy yth byth apwhy ed mpqyh wnpq wmmll em bny yshral yth dy mthpqd
But when Moses went in before Yahweh to speak with him, he took the veil off, until he came out; and he came out, and spoke to the children of Israel that which he was commanded.

וחזן בני ישראל ית אפי משה ארי סגי זיו יקרא דאפי משה ואתב משה ית בית אפי על אפוהי עד דעלל למללא עמיה:
wkhzn bny yshral yth apy mshh ary sgy zyw yqra dapy mshh wathb mshh yth byth apy el apwhy ed dell lmlla emyh
The children of Israel saw Moses’ face, that the skin of Moses’ face shone; so Moses put the veil on his face again, until he went in to speak with him.
