ואמר יי למשה פסל לך תרין לוחי אבניא כקדמאי ואכתוב על לוחיא ית פתגמיא די הוו על לוחיא קדמאי די תברתא:
thbrtha dy qdmay lwkhya el hww dy pthgmya yth lwkhya el wakthwb kqdmay abnya lwkhy thryn lk psl lmshh yy wamr
Yahweh said to Moses, “Chisel two stone tablets like the first. I will write on the tablets the words that were on the first tablets, which you broke.

והוי זמין לצפרא ותסק בצפרא לטורא דסיני ותתעתד קדמי תמן על ריש טורא:
Twra rysh el thmn qdmy wththethd dsyny lTwra btspra wthsq ltspra zmyn whwy
Be ready by the morning, and come up in the morning to Mount Sinai, and present yourself there to me on the top of the mountain.

ואנש לא יסק עמך ואף אנש לא יתחזי בכל טורא אף ענא ותורי לא ירעון לקבל טורא ההוא:
hhwa Twra lqbl yrewn la wthwry ena ap Twra bkl ythkhzy la ansh wap emk ysq la wansh
No one shall come up with you or be seen anywhere on the mountain. Do not let the flocks or herds graze in front of that mountain.”

ופסל תרין לוחי אבניא כקדמאי ואקדם משה בצפרא וסלק לטורא דסיני כמא דפקד יי יתיה ונסב בידיה תרין לוחי אבניא:
abnya lwkhy thryn bydyh wnsb ythyh yy dpqd kma dsyny lTwra wslq btspra mshh waqdm kqdmay abnya lwkhy thryn wpsl
He chiseled two tablets of stone like the first; then Moses rose up early in the morning, and went up to Mount Sinai, as Yahweh had commanded him, and took in his hand two stone tablets.

ואתגלי יי בעננא ואתעתד עמיה תמן וקרא בשמא דיי:
dyy bshma wqra thmn emyh wathethd benna yy wathgly
Yahweh descended in the cloud, and stood with him there, and proclaimed Yahweh’s name.

ואעבר יי שכנתיה על אפוהי וקרא יי יי אלהא רחמנא וחננא מרחיק רגז ומסגי למעבד טבון וקשוט:
wqshwT Tbwn lmebd wmsgy rgz mrkhyq wkhnna rkhmna alha yy yy wqra apwhy el shknthyh yy waebr
Yahweh passed by before him, and proclaimed, “Yahweh! Yahweh, a merciful and gracious God, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness and truth,

נטר טיבו לאלפי דרין שבק לעוין ולמרוד ולחובין סלח לדתיבין לאוריתיה ולדלא תיבין לא מזכי מסער חובי אבהן על בנין ועל בני בנין מרדין על דר תליתי ועל דר רביעי:
rbyey dr wel thlythy dr el mrdyn bnyn bny wel bnyn el abhn khwby mser mzky la thybyn wldla lawrythyh ldthybyn slkh wlkhwbyn wlmrwd lewyn shbq dryn lalpy Tybw nTr
keeping loving kindness for thousands, forgiving iniquity and disobedience and sin; and who will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, and on the children’s children, on the third and on the fourth generation.”

ואוחי משה וכרע על ארעא וסגיד:
wsgyd area el wkre mshh wawkhy
Moses hurried and bowed his head toward the earth, and worshiped.

ואמר אם כען אשכחית רחמין קדמך יי תהך כען שכנתא דיי ביננא ארי עם קשי קדל הוא ותשבוק לחובנא ולחטאנא ותחסננא:
wthkhsnna wlkhTana lkhwbna wthshbwq hwa qdl qshy em ary bynna dyy shkntha ken thhk yy qdmk rkhmyn ashkkhyth ken am wamr
He said, “If now I have found favor in your sight, Lord, please let the Lord go among us, even though this is a stiff-necked people; pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us for your inheritance.”

ואמר הא אנא גזר קים קדם כל עמך אעביד פרישן די לא אתבריאו בכל ארעא ובכל עממיא ויחזי כל עמא די את ביניהון ית עובדא דיי ארי דחל הוא די אנא עבד עמך:
emk ebd ana dy hwa dkhl ary dyy ewbda yth bynyhwn ath dy ema kl wykhzy emmya wbkl area bkl athbryaw la dy pryshn aebyd emk kl qdm qym gzr ana ha wamr
He said, “Behold, I make a covenant: before all your people I will do marvels, such as have not been worked in all the earth, nor in any nation; and all the people among whom you are shall see the work of Yahweh; for it is an awesome thing that I do with you.

טר לך ית די אנא מפקדך יומא דין הא אנא מתרך מן קדמך ית אמוראי וכנענאי וחתאי ופרזאי וחואי ויבוסאי:
wybwsay wkhway wprzay wkhthay wknenay amwray yth qdmk mn mthrk ana ha dyn ywma mpqdk ana dy yth lk Tr
Observe that which I command you today. Behold, I will drive out before you the Amorite, the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite.

אסתמר לך דילמא תגזר קים ליתב ארעא די את עלל עלה דילמא יהי לתקלא בינך:
bynk lthqla yhy dylma elh ell ath dy area lythb qym thgzr dylma lk asthmr
Be careful, lest you make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land where you are going, lest it be for a snare among you;

ארי ית אגוריהון תתרעון וית קמתהון תתברון וית אשריהון תקצצון:
thqtstswn ashryhwn wyth ththbrwn qmthhwn wyth ththrewn agwryhwn yth ary
but you shall break down their altars, and dash in pieces their pillars, and you shall cut down their Asherah poles;

ארי לא תסגוד לטעות עממיא ארי יי קנא שמיה אל קנא הוא:
hwa qna al shmyh qna yy ary emmya lTewth thsgwd la ary
for you shall worship no other god; for Yahweh, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God.

דילמא תגזר קים ליתב ארעא ויטעון בתר טעותהון וידבחון לטעותהון ויקרון לך ותיכול מדבחיהון:
mdbkhyhwn wthykwl lk wyqrwn lTewthhwn wydbkhwn Tewthhwn bthr wyTewn area lythb qym thgzr dylma
“Don’t make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, lest they play the prostitute after their gods, and sacrifice to their gods, and one call you and you eat of his sacrifice;

ותסב מבנתהון לבניך ויטעין בנתהון בתר טעותהון ויטעין ית בניך בתר טעותהון:
Tewthhwn bthr bnyk yth wyTeyn Tewthhwn bthr bnthhwn wyTeyn lbnyk mbnthhwn wthsb
and you take of their daughters to your sons, and their daughters play the prostitute after their gods, and make your sons play the prostitute after their gods.

ית חגא דפטיריא תטר שבעא יומין תיכול פטירא כמא די פקדתך לזמן ירחא דאביבא ארי בירחא דאביבא נפקתא ממצרים:
mmtsrym npqtha dabyba byrkha ary dabyba yrkha lzmn pqdthk dy kma pTyra thykwl ywmyn shbea thTr dpTyrya khga yth
“You shall keep the feast of unleavened bread. Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, at the time appointed in the month Abib; for in the month Abib you came out of Egypt.

כל פתח ולדא דילי וכל בעירך דכרין תקדש בכור תור ואימר:
waymr thwr bkwr thqdsh dkryn beyrk wkl dyly wlda pthkh kl
“All that opens the womb is mine; and all your livestock that is male, the firstborn of cow and sheep.
20
ובוכרא דחמרא תפרוק באימרא ואם לא תפרוק ותנקפיה כל בוכרא דבניך תפרוק ולא יתחזון קדמי ריקנין:
ryqnyn qdmy ythkhzwn wla thprwq dbnyk bwkra kl wthnqpyh thprwq la wam baymra thprwq dkhmra wbwkra
You shall redeem the firstborn of a donkey with a lamb. If you will not redeem it, then you shall break its neck. You shall redeem all the firstborn of your sons. No one shall appear before me empty.

שתא יומין תפלח וביומא שביעאה תנוח בזרועא ובחצדא תנוח:
thnwkh wbkhtsda bzrwea thnwkh shbyeah wbywma thplkh ywmyn shtha
“Six days you shall work, but on the seventh day you shall rest: in plowing time and in harvest you shall rest.

וחגא דשבועיא תעבד לך בכורי חצד חטין וחגא דכנשא במפקא דשתא:
dshtha bmpqa dknsha wkhga khTyn khtsd bkwry lk thebd dshbweya wkhga
“You shall observe the feast of weeks with the first fruits of wheat harvest, and the feast of harvest at the year’s end.

תלת זמנין בשתא יתחזון כל דכוריך קדם רבון עלמא יי אלהא דישראל:
dyshral alha yy elma rbwn qdm dkwryk kl ythkhzwn bshtha zmnyn thlth
Three times in the year all your males shall appear before the Lord Yahweh, the God of Israel.

ארי אתרך עממין מן קדמך ואפתי ית תחומך ולא יחמד אנש ית ארעך במסקך לאתחזאה קדם יי אלהך תלת זמנין בשתא:
bshtha zmnyn thlth alhk yy qdm lathkhzah bmsqk arek yth ansh ykhmd wla thkhwmk yth wapthy qdmk mn emmyn athrk ary
For I will drive out nations before you and enlarge your borders; neither shall any man desire your land when you go up to appear before Yahweh, your God, three times in the year.
25
לא תכוס על חמיע דם פסחי ולא יבתון לצפרא בר ממדבחא תרבי נכסת חגא דפסחא:
dpskha khga nksth thrby mmdbkha br ltspra ybthwn wla pskhy dm khmye el thkws la
“You shall not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread. The sacrifice of the feast of the Passover shall not be left to the morning.

ריש בכורי ארעך תיתי לבית מקדשא דיי אלהך לא תיכלון בשר בחלב:
bkhlb bshr thyklwn la alhk dyy mqdsha lbyth thythy arek bkwry rysh
“You shall bring the first of the first fruits of your ground to the house of Yahweh your God. “You shall not boil a young goat in its mother’s milk.”

ואמר יי למשה כתב לך ית פתגמיא האלין ארי על מימר פתגמיא האלין גזרית עמך קים ועם ישראל:
yshral wem qym emk gzryth halyn pthgmya mymr el ary halyn pthgmya yth lk kthb lmshh yy wamr
Yahweh said to Moses, “Write these words; for in accordance with these words I have made a covenant with you and with Israel.”

והוה תמן קדם יי ארבעין יממין וארבעין לילון לחמא לא אכל ומיא לא שתי וכתב על לוחיא ית פתגמי קימא עשרא פתגמין:
pthgmyn eshra qyma pthgmy yth lwkhya el wkthb shthy la wmya akl la lkhma lylwn warbeyn ymmyn arbeyn yy qdm thmn whwh
He was there with Yahweh forty days and forty nights; he neither ate bread, nor drank water. He wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.

והוה כד נחת משה מטורא דסיני ותרין לוחי סהדותא בידא דמשה במחתיה מן טורא ומשה לא ידע ארי סגי זיו יקרא דאפוהי במללותיה עמיה:
emyh bmllwthyh dapwhy yqra zyw sgy ary yde la wmshh Twra mn bmkhthyh dmshh byda shdwtha lwkhy wthryn dsyny mTwra mshh nkhth kd whwh
When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of the covenant in Moses’ hand, when he came down from the mountain, Moses didn’t know that the skin of his face shone by reason of his speaking with him.

וחזא אהרן וכל בני ישראל ית משה והא סגי זיו יקרא דאפוהי ודחילו מלאתקרבא לותיה:
lwthyh mlathqrba wdkhylw dapwhy yqra zyw sgy wha mshh yth yshral bny wkl ahrn wkhza
When Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone; and they were afraid to come near him.
31
וקרא להון משה ותבו לותיה אהרן וכל רברביא בכנשתא ומלל משה עמהון:
emhwn mshh wmll bknshtha rbrbya wkl ahrn lwthyh wthbw mshh lhwn wqra
Moses called to them, and Aaron and all the rulers of the congregation returned to him; and Moses spoke to them.
32
ובתר כן אתקריבו כל בני ישראל ופקדנון ית כל די מלל יי עמיה בטורא דסיני:
dsyny bTwra emyh yy mll dy kl yth wpqdnwn yshral bny kl athqrybw kn wbthr
Afterward all the children of Israel came near, and he gave them all the commandments that Yahweh had spoken with him on Mount Sinai.

ושיצי משה מלמללא עמהון ויהב על אפוהי בית אפי:
apy byth apwhy el wyhb emhwn mlmlla mshh wshytsy
When Moses was done speaking with them, he put a veil on his face.

וכד עלל משה לקדם יי למללא עמיה אעדי ית בית אפוהי עד מפקיה ונפק וממלל עם בני ישראל ית די מתפקד:
mthpqd dy yth yshral bny em wmmll wnpq mpqyh ed apwhy byth yth aedy emyh lmlla yy lqdm mshh ell wkd
But when Moses went in before Yahweh to speak with him, he took the veil off, until he came out; and he came out, and spoke to the children of Israel that which he was commanded.
35
וחזן בני ישראל ית אפי משה ארי סגי זיו יקרא דאפי משה ואתב משה ית בית אפי על אפוהי עד דעלל למללא עמיה:
emyh lmlla dell ed apwhy el apy byth yth mshh wathb mshh dapy yqra zyw sgy ary mshh apy yth yshral bny wkhzn
The children of Israel saw Moses’ face, that the skin of Moses’ face shone; so Moses put the veil on his face again, until he went in to speak with him.
