“You shall not spread a false report. Don’t join your hand with the wicked to be a malicious witness.

לא תהי בתר סגיאין לאבאשא ולא תתמנע מלאלפא מא דבעינך על דינא בתר סגיאי שלם דינא:
la thhy bthr sgyayn labasha wla ththmne mlalpa ma dbeynk el dyna bthr sgyay shlm dyna
“You shall not follow a crowd to do evil. You shall not testify in court to side with a multitude to pervert justice.

ועל מסכינא לא תרחם בדינה:
wel mskyna la thrkhm bdynh
You shall not favor a poor man in his cause.

ארי תפגע תורא דסנאך או חמרה דטעי אתבא תתיבנה לה:
ary thpge thwra dsnak aw khmrh dTey athba ththybnh lh
“If you meet your enemy’s ox or his donkey going astray, you shall surely bring it back to him again.

ארי תחזי חמרא דסנאך רביע תחות טועניה ותתמנע מלמשבק לה משבק תשבוק מא דבלבך עלוהי ותפרק עמה:
ary thkhzy khmra dsnak rbye thkhwth Twenyh wththmne mlmshbq lh mshbq thshbwq ma dblbk elwhy wthprq emh
If you see the donkey of him who hates you fallen down under his burden, don’t leave him. You shall surely help him with it.

לא תצלי דין מסכינך בדינה:
la thtsly dyn mskynk bdynh
“You shall not deny justice to your poor people in their lawsuits.

מפתגמא דשקרא הוי רחיק ודזכי ודי נפק מן דינא לא תקטול ארי לא אזכי חיבא:
mpthgma dshqra hwy rkhyq wdzky wdy npq mn dyna la thqTwl ary la azky khyba
“Keep far from a false charge, and don’t kill the innocent and righteous; for I will not justify the wicked.

ושוחדא לא תקבל ארי שוחדא מעור עיני חכימין ומקלקל פתגמין תריצין:
wshwkhda la thqbl ary shwkhda mewr eyny khkymyn wmqlql pthgmyn thrytsyn
“You shall take no bribe, for a bribe blinds those who have sight and perverts the words of the righteous.

וגיורא לא תעיקון ואתון ידעתון ית נפשא דגיורא ארי דירין הויתון בארעא דמצרים:
wgywra la theyqwn wathwn ydethwn yth npsha dgywra ary dyryn hwythwn barea dmtsrym
“You shall not oppress an alien, for you know the heart of an alien, since you were aliens in the land of Egypt.

ושית שנין תזרע ית ארעך ותכנוש ית עללתה:
wshyth shnyn thzre yth arek wthknwsh yth ellthh
“For six years you shall sow your land, and shall gather in its increase,

ושבעתא תשמטנה ותרטשנה וייכלון מסכני עמך ושארהון תיכול חיות ברא כן תעבד לכרמך לזיתך:
wshbetha thshmTnh wthrTshnh wyyklwn mskny emk wsharhwn thykwl khywth bra kn thebd lkrmk lzythk
but the seventh year you shall let it rest and lie fallow, that the poor of your people may eat; and what they leave the animal of the field shall eat. In the same way, you shall deal with your vineyard and with your olive grove.

שתא יומין תעבד עובדיך וביומא שביעאה תנוח בדיל דינוח תורך וחמרך וישקוט בר אמתך וגיורא:
shtha ywmyn thebd ewbdyk wbywma shbyeah thnwkh bdyl dynwkh thwrk wkhmrk wyshqwT br amthk wgywra
“Six days you shall do your work, and on the seventh day you shall rest, that your ox and your donkey may have rest, and the son of your servant, and the alien may be refreshed.

ובכל די אמרית לכון תסתמרון ושום טעות עממיא לא תדכרון לא ישתמע על פומכון:
wbkl dy amryth lkwn thsthmrwn wshwm Tewth emmya la thdkrwn la yshthme el pwmkwn
“Be careful to do all things that I have said to you; and don’t invoke the name of other gods or even let them be heard out of your mouth.

תלת זמנין תחוג קדמי בשתא:
thlth zmnyn thkhwg qdmy bshtha
“You shall observe a feast to me three times a year.

ית חגא דפטיריא תטר שבעא יומין תיכול פטירא כמא דפקידתך לזמן ירחא דאביבא ארי בה נפקת ממצרים ולא יתחזון קדמי ריקנון:
yth khga dpTyrya thTr shbea ywmyn thykwl pTyra kma dpqydthk lzmn yrkha dabyba ary bh npqth mmtsrym wla ythkhzwn qdmy ryqnwn
You shall observe the feast of unleavened bread. Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, at the time appointed in the month Abib (for in it you came out of Egypt), and no one shall appear before me empty.

וחגא דחצדא בכורי עובדיך די תזרע בחקלא וחגא דכנשא במפקא דשתא במכנשך ית עובדיך מן חקלא:
wkhga dkhtsda bkwry ewbdyk dy thzre bkhqla wkhga dknsha bmpqa dshtha bmknshk yth ewbdyk mn khqla
And the feast of harvest, the first fruits of your labors, which you sow in the field; and the feast of ingathering, at the end of the year, when you gather in your labors out of the field.

תלת זמנין בשתא יתחזון כל דכורך קדם רבון עלמא יי:
thlth zmnyn bshtha ythkhzwn kl dkwrk qdm rbwn elma yy
Three times in the year all your males shall appear before the Lord Yahweh.

לא תכוס על חמיע דם פסחי ולא יביתון בר מן מדבחא תרבי נכסת חגא עד צפרא:
la thkws el khmye dm pskhy wla ybythwn br mn mdbkha thrby nksth khga ed tspra
“You shall not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread. The fat of my feast shall not remain all night until the morning.

ריש בכורי ארעך תיתי לבית מקדשא דיי אלהך לא תיכלון בשר בחלב:
rysh bkwry arek thythy lbyth mqdsha dyy alhk la thyklwn bshr bkhlb
You shall bring the first of the first fruits of your ground into the house of Yahweh your God. “You shall not boil a young goat in its mother’s milk.

הא אנא שלח מלאכא קדמך למטרך בארחא ולאעלותך לאתרא דאתקנית:
ha ana shlkh mlaka qdmk lmTrk barkha wlaelwthk lathra dathqnyth
“Behold, I send an angel before you, to keep you by the way, and to bring you into the place which I have prepared.

אסתמר מן קדמוהי וקבל למימרה לא תסרב לקבלה ארי לא ישבוק לחוביכון ארי בשמי מימרה:
asthmr mn qdmwhy wqbl lmymrh la thsrb lqblh ary la yshbwq lkhwbykwn ary bshmy mymrh
Pay attention to him, and listen to his voice. Don’t provoke him, for he will not pardon your disobedience, for my name is in him.

ארי אם קבלא תקבל למימרה ותעבד כל דאמלל ואסני ית סנאך ואעיק לדמעיקין לך:
ary am qbla thqbl lmymrh wthebd kl damll wasny yth snak waeyq ldmeyqyn lk
But if you indeed listen to his voice, and do all that I speak, then I will be an enemy to your enemies, and an adversary to your adversaries.

ארי יהך מלאכי קדמך ויעלנך לות אמוראי וחתאי ופריזאי וכנענאי חואי ויבוסאי ואשצנון:
ary yhk mlaky qdmk wyelnk lwth amwray wkhthay wpryzay wknenay khway wybwsay washtsnwn
For my angel shall go before you, and bring you in to the Amorite, the Hittite, the Perizzite, the Canaanite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite; and I will cut them off.

לא תסגוד לטעותהון ולא תפלחנון ולא תעבד כעובדיהון ארי פגרא תפגרנון ותברא תתבר קמתהון:
la thsgwd lTewthhwn wla thplkhnwn wla thebd kewbdyhwn ary pgra thpgrnwn wthbra ththbr qmthhwn
You shall not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor follow their practices, but you shall utterly overthrow them and demolish their pillars.
25
ותפלחון קדם יי אלהכון ויברך ית מיכלך וית משתיך ואעדי מרעין בישין מבינך:
wthplkhwn qdm yy alhkwn wybrk yth myklk wyth mshthyk waedy mreyn byshyn mbynk
You shall serve Yahweh your God, and he will bless your bread and your water, and I will take sickness away from among you.
26
לא תהי מתכלא ועקרא בארעך ית מנין יומיך אשלים:
la thhy mthkla weqra barek yth mnyn ywmyk ashlym
No one will miscarry or be barren in your land. I will fulfill the number of your days.
27
ית אימתי אשלח קדמך ואיתבר ית כל עמא דאת אתי לאגחא בהון ואמסר ית כל בעלי דבבך קדמך מחזרי קדל:
yth aymthy ashlkh qdmk waythbr yth kl ema dath athy lagkha bhwn wamsr yth kl bely dbbk qdmk mkhzry qdl
I will send my terror before you, and will confuse all the people to whom you come, and I will make all your enemies turn their backs to you.

ואשלח ית ערעיתא קדמך ותתרך ית חואי ית כנענאי וית חתאי מן קדמך:
washlkh yth ereytha qdmk wththrk yth khway yth knenay wyth khthay mn qdmk
I will send the hornet before you, which will drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite, and the Hittite, from before you.

לא אתרכנון מן קדמך בשתא חדא דילמא תהי ארעא צדיא ותסגי עלך חיות ברא:
la athrknwn mn qdmk bshtha khda dylma thhy area tsdya wthsgy elk khywth bra
I will not drive them out from before you in one year, lest the land become desolate, and the animals of the field multiply against you.
30
זעיר זעיר אתרכנון מן קדמך עד דתסגי ותחסן ית ארעא:
zeyr zeyr athrknwn mn qdmk ed dthsgy wthkhsn yth area
Little by little I will drive them out from before you, until you have increased and inherit the land.
31
ואשוי ית תחומך מימא דסוף ועד ימא דפלשתאי וממדברא עד פרת ארי אמסר בידיכון ית יתבי ארעא ותתרכנון מן קדמך:
washwy yth thkhwmk myma dswp wed yma dplshthay wmmdbra ed prth ary amsr bydykwn yth ythby area wththrknwn mn qdmk
I will set your border from the Red Sea even to the sea of the Philistines, and from the wilderness to the River; for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand, and you shall drive them out before you.

לא תגזר להון ולטעותהון קים:
la thgzr lhwn wlTewthhwn qym
You shall make no covenant with them, nor with their gods.
33
לא יתבון בארעך דילמא יחיבון יתך קדמי ארי תפלח ית טעותהון ארי יהון לך לתקלא:
la ythbwn barek dylma ykhybwn ythk qdmy ary thplkh yth Tewthhwn ary yhwn lk lthqla
They shall not dwell in your land, lest they make you sin against me, for if you serve their gods, it will surely be a snare to you.”
