1
ואמר יי למשה עוד מכתש חד איתי על פרעה ועל מצרים בתר כן ישלח יתכון מכא כשלחותה גמירא תרכא יתרך יתכון מכא:
mka ythkwn ythrk thrka gmyra kshlkhwthh mka ythkwn yshlkh kn bthr mtsrym wel preh el aythy khd mkthsh ewd lmshh yy wamr
Yahweh said to Moses, “I will bring yet one more plague on Pharaoh, and on Egypt; afterwards he will let you go. When he lets you go, he will surely thrust you out altogether.

מליל כען קדם עמא וישאלון גבר מן חברה ואתתא מן חברתה מנין דכסף ומנין דדהב:
ddhb wmnyn dksp mnyn khbrthh mn waththa khbrh mn gbr wyshalwn ema qdm ken mlyl
Speak now in the ears of the people, and let every man ask of his neighbor, and every woman of her neighbor, jewels of silver, and jewels of gold.”

ויהב יי ית עמא לרחמין בעיני מצרים אף גברא משה רב לחדא בארעא דמצרים בעיני עבדי פרעה ובעיני עמא:
ema wbeyny preh ebdy beyny dmtsrym barea lkhda rb mshh gbra ap mtsrym beyny lrkhmyn ema yth yy wyhb
Yahweh gave the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians. Moreover, the man Moses was very great in the land of Egypt, in the sight of Pharaoh’s servants, and in the sight of the people.

ואמר משה כדנן אמר יי כפלגות ליליא אנא מתגלי בגו מצרים:
mtsrym bgw mthgly ana lylya kplgwth yy amr kdnn mshh wamr
Moses said, “This is what Yahweh says: ‘About midnight I will go out into the middle of Egypt,

וימות כל בוכרא בארעא דמצרים מבוכרא דפרעה דעתיד למתב על כרסי מלכותה עד בוכרא דאמתא די בתר ריחיא וכל בוכרא דבעירא:
dbeyra bwkra wkl rykhya bthr dy damtha bwkra ed mlkwthh krsy el lmthb dethyd dpreh mbwkra dmtsrym barea bwkra kl wymwth
and all the firstborn in the land of Egypt shall die, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sits on his throne, even to the firstborn of the female servant who is behind the mill, and all the firstborn of livestock.

ותהי צוחתא רבא בכל ארעא דמצרים דכותה לא הות ודכותה לא תוסף:
thwsp la wdkwthh hwth la dkwthh dmtsrym area bkl rba tswkhtha wthhy
There will be a great cry throughout all the land of Egypt, such as there has not been, nor will be any more.

ולכל בני ישראל לא ינזק כלבא בלישנה למנבח למאנשא ועד בעירא בדיל דתדעון דיפריש יי בין מצרים ובין ישראל:
yshral wbyn mtsrym byn yy dyprysh dthdewn bdyl beyra wed lmansha lmnbkh blyshnh klba ynzq la yshral bny wlkl
But against any of the children of Israel a dog won’t even bark or move its tongue, against man or animal, that you may know that Yahweh makes a distinction between the Egyptians and Israel.

ויחתון כל עבדיך אלין לותי ויבעון מני למימר פוק את וכל עמא די עמך ובתר כן אפוק ונפק מלות פרעה בתקוף רגז:
rgz bthqwp preh mlwth wnpq apwq kn wbthr emk dy ema wkl ath pwq lmymr mny wybewn lwthy alyn ebdyk kl wykhthwn
All these servants of yours will come down to me, and bow down themselves to me, saying, “Get out, with all the people who follow you;” and after that I will go out.’” He went out from Pharaoh in hot anger.

ואמר יי למשה לא יקבל מנכון פרעה בדיל לאסגאה מופתי בארעא דמצרים:
dmtsrym barea mwpthy lasgah bdyl preh mnkwn yqbl la lmshh yy wamr
Yahweh said to Moses, “Pharaoh won’t listen to you, that my wonders may be multiplied in the land of Egypt.”

ומשה ואהרן עבדו ית כל מופתיא האלין קדם פרעה ואתקף יי ית לבא דפרעה ולא שלח ית בני ישראל מארעה:
mareh yshral bny yth shlkh wla dpreh lba yth yy wathqp preh qdm halyn mwpthya kl yth ebdw wahrn wmshh
Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh, but Yahweh hardened Pharaoh’s heart, and he didn’t let the children of Israel go out of his land.
