וקרא משה לכל ישראל ואמר להון שמע ישראל ית קימיא וית דיניא די אנא ממלל קדמיכון יומא דין ותלפון יתהון ותטרון למעבדהון:
wqra mshh lkl yshral wamr lhwn shme yshral yth qymya wyth dynya dy ana mmll qdmykwn ywma dyn wthlpwn ythhwn wthTrwn lmebdhwn
Moses called to all Israel, and said to them, “Hear, Israel, the statutes and the ordinances which I speak in your ears today, that you may learn them, and observe to do them.”

יי אלהנא גזר עמנא קים בחרב:
yy alhna gzr emna qym bkhrb
Yahweh our God made a covenant with us in Horeb.

לא עם אבהתנא גזר יי ית קימא הדא אלהן עמנא אנחנא אלין הכא יומא דין כלנא קימין:
la em abhthna gzr yy yth qyma hda alhn emna ankhna alyn hka ywma dyn klna qymyn
Yahweh didn’t make this covenant with our fathers, but with us, even us, who are all of us here alive today.

ממלל עם ממלל מליל יי עמכון בטורא מגו אשתא:
mmll em mmll mlyl yy emkwn bTwra mgw ashtha
Yahweh spoke with you face to face on the mountain out of the middle of the fire,

אנא הויתי קאם בין מימרא דיי וביניכון בעדנא ההיא לחואה לכון ית פתגמא דיי ארי דחלתון מקדם אשתא ולא סלקתון בטורא למימר:
ana hwythy qam byn mymra dyy wbynykwn bedna hhya lkhwah lkwn yth pthgma dyy ary dkhlthwn mqdm ashtha wla slqthwn bTwra lmymr
(I stood between Yahweh and you at that time, to show you Yahweh’s word; for you were afraid because of the fire, and didn’t go up onto the mountain) saying,

אנא יי אלהך די אפקתך מארעא דמצרים מבית עבדותא:
ana yy alhk dy apqthk marea dmtsrym mbyth ebdwtha
“I am Yahweh your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.

לא יהא לך אלהא אחרן בר מני:
la yha lk alha akhrn br mny
“You shall have no other gods before me.
8
לא תעבד לך צלם כל דמות די בשמיא מלעלא ודי בארעא מלרע ודי במיא מלרע לארעא:
la thebd lk tslm kl dmwth dy bshmya mlela wdy barea mlre wdy bmya mlre larea
“You shall not make a carved image for yourself—any likeness of what is in heaven above, or what is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.

לא תסגוד להון ולא תפלחנון ארי אנא יי אלהך אל קנא מסער חובי אבהן על בנין מרדין על דר תליתי ועל דר רביעי לשנאי כד משלמין בניא למחטי בתר אבהתהון:
la thsgwd lhwn wla thplkhnwn ary ana yy alhk al qna mser khwby abhn el bnyn mrdyn el dr thlythy wel dr rbyey lshnay kd mshlmyn bnya lmkhTy bthr abhthhwn
You shall not bow yourself down to them, nor serve them, for I, Yahweh your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children and on the third and on the fourth generation of those who hate me

ועבד טיבו לאלפי דרין לרחמי ולנטרי פקודי:
webd Tybw lalpy dryn lrkhmy wlnTry pqwdy
and showing loving kindness to thousands of those who love me and keep my commandments.

לא תימי ית שמא דיי אלהך למגנא ארי לא יזכי יי ית די ימי בשמיה לשקרא:
la thymy yth shma dyy alhk lmgna ary la yzky yy yth dy ymy bshmyh lshqra
“You shall not misuse the name of Yahweh your God; for Yahweh will not hold him guiltless who misuses his name.

טר ית יומא דשבתא לקדשותיה כמא די פקדך יי אלהך:
Tr yth ywma dshbtha lqdshwthyh kma dy pqdk yy alhk
“Observe the Sabbath day, to keep it holy, as Yahweh your God commanded you.

שתא יומין תפלח ותעבד כל עבדתך:
shtha ywmyn thplkh wthebd kl ebdthk
You shall labor six days, and do all your work;
14
ויומא שביעאה שבתא קדם יי אלהך לא תעבד כל עבידא את וברך וברתך ועבדך ואמתך ותורך וחמרך וכל בעירך וגיורך די בקרוך בדיל די ינוח עבדך ואמתך כותך:
wywma shbyeah shbtha qdm yy alhk la thebd kl ebyda ath wbrk wbrthk webdk wamthk wthwrk wkhmrk wkl beyrk wgywrk dy bqrwk bdyl dy ynwkh ebdk wamthk kwthk
but the seventh day is a Sabbath to Yahweh your God, in which you shall not do any work—neither you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your ox, nor your donkey, nor any of your livestock, nor your stranger who is within your gates; that your male servant and your female servant may rest as well as you.

ותדכר ארי עבדא הויתא בארעא דמצרים ואפקך יי אלהך מתמן בידא תקיפא ובדרעא מרמא על כן פקדך יי אלהך למעבד ית יומא דשבתא:
wthdkr ary ebda hwytha barea dmtsrym wapqk yy alhk mthmn byda thqypa wbdrea mrma el kn pqdk yy alhk lmebd yth ywma dshbtha
You shall remember that you were a servant in the land of Egypt, and Yahweh your God brought you out of there by a mighty hand and by an outstretched arm. Therefore Yahweh your God commanded you to keep the Sabbath day.

יקר ית אבוך וית אמך כמא די פקדך יי אלהך בדיל דיורכון יומיך ובדיל דיוטב לך על ארעא דיי אלהך יהב לך:
yqr yth abwk wyth amk kma dy pqdk yy alhk bdyl dywrkwn ywmyk wbdyl dywTb lk el area dyy alhk yhb lk
“Honor your father and your mother, as Yahweh your God commanded you, that your days may be long and that it may go well with you in the land which Yahweh your God gives you.

לא תקטול נפש. ולא תגוף. ולא תגנוב. ולא תסהד בחברך סהדותא דשקרא:

“You shall not murder.

ולא תחמד אתת חברך ולא תרוג בית חברך חקליה ועבדיה ואמתיה תוריה וחמריה וכל די לחברך:
wla thkhmd athth khbrk wla thrwg byth khbrk khqlyh webdyh wamthyh thwryh wkhmryh wkl dy lkhbrk
“You shall not commit adultery.

ית פתגמיא האלין מליל יי עם כל קהלכון בטורא מגו אשתא עננא ואמיטתא קל רב ולא פסק וכתבנון על תרין לוחי אבניא ויהבנון לי:
yth pthgmya halyn mlyl yy em kl qhlkwn bTwra mgw ashtha enna wamyTtha ql rb wla psq wkthbnwn el thryn lwkhy abnya wyhbnwn ly
“You shall not steal.

והוה כד שמעכון ית קלא מגו חשוכא וטורא בער באשתא וקרבתון לותי כל רישי שבטיכון וסביכון:
whwh kd shmekwn yth qla mgw khshwka wTwra ber bashtha wqrbthwn lwthy kl ryshy shbTykwn wsbykwn
“You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.

ואמרתון הא אחזינא יי אלהנא ית יקריה וית רבותיה וית קל מימריה שמענא מגו אשתא יומא הדין חזינא ארי ימלל יי עם אנשא ויתקים:
wamrthwn ha akhzyna yy alhna yth yqryh wyth rbwthyh wyth ql mymryh shmena mgw ashtha ywma hdyn khzyna ary ymll yy em ansha wythqym
“You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife. Neither shall you desire your neighbor’s house, his field, or his male servant, or his female servant, his ox, or his donkey, or anything that is your neighbor’s.”

וכען למא נמות ארי תיכלננא אשתא רבתא הדא אם מוספין אנחנא למשמע ית קל מימרא דיי אלהנא עוד ומיתין אנחנא:
wken lma nmwth ary thyklnna ashtha rbtha hda am mwspyn ankhna lmshme yth ql mymra dyy alhna ewd wmythyn ankhna
Yahweh spoke these words to all your assembly on the mountain out of the middle of the fire, of the cloud, and of the thick darkness, with a great voice. He added no more. He wrote them on two stone tablets, and gave them to me.

ארי מן כל בשרא די שמע קל מימרא דיי קימא ממלל מגו אשתא כותנא ואתקים:
ary mn kl bshra dy shme ql mymra dyy qyma mmll mgw ashtha kwthna wathqym
When you heard the voice out of the middle of the darkness, while the mountain was burning with fire, you came near to me, even all the heads of your tribes, and your elders;

קרב את ושמע ית כל די יימר יי אלהנא ואת תמלל עמנא ית כל די מלל יי אלהנא עמך ונקבל ונעבד:
qrb ath wshme yth kl dy yymr yy alhna wath thmll emna yth kl dy mll yy alhna emk wnqbl wnebd
and you said, “Behold, Yahweh our God has shown us his glory and his greatness, and we have heard his voice out of the middle of the fire. We have seen today that God does speak with man, and he lives.
25
ושמיע קדם יי ית קל פתגמיכון במללותכון עמי ואמר יי לי שמיע קדמי ית קל פתגמי עמא הדין די מלילו עמך אתקינו כל די מלילו:
wshmye qdm yy yth ql pthgmykwn bmllwthkwn emy wamr yy ly shmye qdmy yth ql pthgmy ema hdyn dy mlylw emk athqynw kl dy mlylw
Now therefore, why should we die? For this great fire will consume us. If we hear Yahweh our God’s voice any more, then we shall die.

לוי די יהי לבא הדין להון למדחל קדמי ולמטר ית כל פקודי כל יומיא בדיל דייטב להון ולבניהון לעלם:
lwy dy yhy lba hdyn lhwn lmdkhl qdmy wlmTr yth kl pqwdy kl ywmya bdyl dyyTb lhwn wlbnyhwn lelm
For who is there of all flesh who has heard the voice of the living God speaking out of the middle of the fire, as we have, and lived?
27
אזל אמר להון תובו לכון למשכניכון:
azl amr lhwn thwbw lkwn lmshknykwn
Go near, and hear all that Yahweh our God shall say, and tell us all that Yahweh our God tells you; and we will hear it, and do it.”
28
ואת הכא קים קדמי ואמלל עמך ית כל תפקדתא וקימיא ודיניא די תלפון ויעבדון בארעא די אנא יהב להון למירתה:
wath hka qym qdmy wamll emk yth kl thpqdtha wqymya wdynya dy thlpwn wyebdwn barea dy ana yhb lhwn lmyrthh
Yahweh heard the voice of your words when you spoke to me; and Yahweh said to me, “I have heard the voice of the words of this people which they have spoken to you. They have well said all that they have spoken.
29
ותטרון למעבד כמא די פקיד יי אלהכון יתכון לא תסטון ימינא ושמאלא:
wthTrwn lmebd kma dy pqyd yy alhkwn ythkwn la thsTwn ymyna wshmala
Oh that there were such a heart in them that they would fear me and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them and with their children forever!
30
בכל ארחא די פקיד יי אלהכון יתכון תהכון בדיל דתיחון וייטב לכון ותורכון יומין בארעא די תירתון:
bkl arkha dy pqyd yy alhkwn ythkwn thhkwn bdyl dthykhwn wyyTb lkwn wthwrkwn ywmyn barea dy thyrthwn
“Go tell them, ‘Return to your tents.’

ܘܐܢܬ ܗܪܟܐ ܩܘܡ ܩܕܡܝ. ܘܐ̇ܡܪ ܠܟ ܟܠܗܘܢ ܦܘܩ̈ܕܢܝ ܘܢܡ̈ܘܣܝ ܘܕܝ̈ܢܝ. ܕܬܠܦ ܐܢܘܢ ܘܢܥܒܕܘܢ ܒܐܪܥܐ ܕܝ̇ܗܒ ܐܢܐ ܠܗܘܢ ܠܡܐܪܬܗ̇.
w'nth hrk' qwm qdmy w'mr lk klhwn pwqdny wnmwsy wdyny dthlp 'nwn wnebdwn b're' dyhb 'n' lhwn lm'rthh
But as for you, stand here by me, and I will tell you all the commandments, and the statutes, and the ordinances, which you shall teach them, that they may do them in the land which I give them to possess.”

ܛܪܘ ܘܥܒܕܘ ܐܝܟ ܕܦܩܕܟܘܢ ܡܪܝܐ ܐܠܗܟܘܢ. ܘܠܐ ܬܣܛܘܢ ܠܐ ܠܝܡܝܢܐ ܘܠܐ ܠܣܡܠܐ.
Trw webdw 'yk dpqdkwn mry' 'lhkwn wl' thsTwn l' lymyn' wl' lsml'
You shall observe to do therefore as Yahweh your God has commanded you. You shall not turn away to the right hand or to the left.

ܒܟܠܗ̇ ܐܘܪܚܐ ܕܦܩܕܟܘܢ ܡܪܝܐ ܐܠܗܟܘܢ. ܙܠܘ ܕܬܚܘܢ ܘܢܛܐܒ ܠܟܘܢ. ܘܬܣܓܘܢ ܝܘܡ̈ܬܐ ܒܐܪܥܐ ܕܬܐܪܬܘܢ.

You shall walk in all the way which Yahweh your God has commanded you, that you may live and that it may be well with you, and that you may prolong your days in the land which you shall possess.
