ואתפנינא וסלקנא ארח דמתנן ונפק עוג מלכא דמתנן לקדמותנא הוא וכל עמיה לאגחא קרבא אדרעי:
adrey qrba lagkha emyh wkl hwa lqdmwthna dmthnn mlka ewg wnpq dmthnn arkh wslqna wathpnyna
Then we turned, and went up the way to Bashan. Og the king of Bashan came out against us, he and all his people, to battle at Edrei.

ואמר יי לי לא תדחל יתיה ארי בידך מסרית יתיה וית כל עמיה וית ארעיה ותעבד ליה כמא די עבדתא לסיחן מלכא דאמראה די יתב בחשבון:
bkhshbwn ythb dy damrah mlka lsykhn ebdtha dy kma lyh wthebd areyh wyth emyh kl wyth ythyh msryth bydk ary ythyh thdkhl la ly yy wamr
Yahweh said to me, “Don’t fear him; for I have delivered him, with all his people and his land, into your hand. You shall do to him as you did to Sihon king of the Amorites, who lived at Heshbon.”

ומסר יי אלהנא בידנא אף ית עוג מלכא דמתנן וית כל עמיה ומחנוהי עד דלא אשתאר ליה משזב:
mshzb lyh ashthar dla ed wmkhnwhy emyh kl wyth dmthnn mlka ewg yth ap bydna alhna yy wmsr
So Yahweh our God also delivered into our hand Og, the king of Bashan, and all his people. We struck him until no one was left to him remaining.

וכבשנא ית כל קרווהי בעדנא ההיא לא הות קרתא די לא נסבנא מנהון שתין קרוין כל בית פלך טרכונא מלכותא דעוג במתנן:
bmthnn dewg mlkwtha Trkwna plk byth kl qrwyn shthyn mnhwn nsbna la dy qrtha hwth la hhya bedna qrwwhy kl yth wkbshna
We took all his cities at that time. There was not a city which we didn’t take from them: sixty cities, all the region of Argob, the kingdom of Og in Bashan.

כל אלין קרוין כריכן מקפן שור רם דילהן דשין ועברין בר מקרוי פצחיא סגי לחדא:
lkhda sgy ptskhya mqrwy br webryn dshyn dylhn rm shwr mqpn krykn qrwyn alyn kl
All these were cities fortified with high walls, gates, and bars, in addition to a great many villages without walls.

וגמרנא יתהון כמא די עבדנא לסיחן מלכא דחשבון גמר כל קרוי גבריא נשיא וטפלא:
wTpla nshya gbrya qrwy kl gmr dkhshbwn mlka lsykhn ebdna dy kma ythhwn wgmrna
We utterly destroyed them, as we did to Sihon king of Heshbon, utterly destroying every inhabited city, with the women and the little ones.

וכל בעירא ועדי קרויא בזנא לנא:
lna bzna qrwya wedy beyra wkl
But all the livestock, and the plunder of the cities, we took for plunder for ourselves.

ונסבנא בעדנא ההיא ית ארעא מידא תרין מלכי אמראה די בעברא דירדנא מנחלא דארנן עד טורא דחרמון:
dkhrmwn Twra ed darnn mnkhla dyrdna bebra dy amrah mlky thryn myda area yth hhya bedna wnsbna
We took the land at that time out of the hand of the two kings of the Amorites who were beyond the Jordan, from the valley of the Arnon to Mount Hermon.

צידנאי קראן לחרמון סרין ואמראי קראן ליה טור תלגא:
thlga Twr lyh qran wamray sryn lkhrmwn qran tsydnay
(The Sidonians call Hermon Sirion, and the Amorites call it Senir.)

כל קרוי מישרא וכל גלעד וכל דמתנן עד סלכה ואדרעי קרוי מלכותא דעוג במתנן:
bmthnn dewg mlkwtha qrwy wadrey slkh ed dmthnn wkl gled wkl myshra qrwy kl
We took all the cities of the plain, and all Gilead, and all Bashan, to Salecah and Edrei, cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan.

ארי לחוד עוג מלכא דמתנן אשתאר משאר גבריא הא ערסיה ערסא דפרזלא הלא היא ברבת בני עמון תשע אמין ארכה וארבע אמין פתיה באמת מלך:
mlk bamth pthyh amyn warbe arkh amyn thshe emwn bny brbth hya hla dprzla ersa ersyh ha gbrya mshar ashthar dmthnn mlka ewg lkhwd ary
(For only Og king of Bashan remained of the remnant of the Rephaim. Behold, his bedstead was a bedstead of iron. Isn’t it in Rabbah of the children of Ammon? Nine cubits was its length, and four cubits its width, after the cubit of a man.)

וית ארעא הדא יריתנא בעדנא ההיא מערער די על נחלא דארנן ופלגות טורא דגלעד וקרווהי יהבית לשבטא דראובן ולשבטא דגד:
dgd wlshbTa drawbn lshbTa yhbyth wqrwwhy dgled Twra wplgwth darnn nkhla el dy merer hhya bedna yrythna hda area wyth
This land we took in possession at that time: from Aroer, which is by the valley of the Arnon, and half the hill country of Gilead with its cities, I gave to the Reubenites and to the Gadites;

ושאר גלעד וכל דמתנן מלכותא דעוג יהבית לפלגות שבטא דמנשה כל בית פלך טרכונא לכל מתנן ההוא מתקרי ארעא גבריא:
gbrya area mthqry hhwa mthnn lkl Trkwna plk byth kl dmnshh shbTa lplgwth yhbyth dewg mlkwtha dmthnn wkl gled wshar
and the rest of Gilead, and all Bashan, the kingdom of Og, I gave to the half-tribe of Manasseh—all the region of Argob, even all Bashan. (The same is called the land of Rephaim.

יאיר בר מנשה נסיב ית כל בית פלך טרכונא עד תחום גשוראה ואפקירוס וקרא יתהון על שמיה ית מתנן כפרני יאיר עד יומא הדין:
hdyn ywma ed yayr kprny mthnn yth shmyh el ythhwn wqra wapqyrws gshwrah thkhwm ed Trkwna plk byth kl yth nsyb mnshh br yayr
Jair the son of Manasseh took all the region of Argob, to the border of the Geshurites and the Maacathites, and called them, even Bashan, after his own name, Havvoth Jair, to this day.)

ולשבטא דראובן ולשבטא דגד יהבית מן גלעד ועד נחלא דארנן גו נחלא ותחום ועד יובקא דנחלא תחום בני עמון:
emwn bny thkhwm dnkhla ywbqa wed wthkhwm nkhla gw darnn nkhla wed gled mn yhbyth dgd wlshbTa drawbn wlshbTa
To the Reubenites and to the Gadites I gave from Gilead even to the valley of the Arnon, the middle of the valley, and its border, even to the river Jabbok, which is the border of the children of Ammon;

ומישרא וירדנא ותחומיה מגנוסר ועד ימא דמישרא ימא דמלחא תחות משפך מרמתא מדינחא:
mdynkha mrmtha mshpk thkhwth dmlkha yma dmyshra yma wed mgnwsr wthkhwmyh wyrdna wmyshra
the Arabah also, and the Jordan and its border, from Chinnereth even to the sea of the Arabah, the Salt Sea, under the slopes of Pisgah eastward.

ופקדית יתכון בעדנא ההיא למימר יי אלהכון יהב לכון ית ארעא הדא למירתה מזרזין תעברון קדם אחיכון בני ישראל כל מזרזי חילא:
khyla mzrzy kl yshral bny akhykwn qdm thebrwn mzrzyn lmyrthh hda area yth lkwn yhb alhkwn yy lmymr hhya bedna ythkwn wpqdyth
I commanded you at that time, saying, “Yahweh your God has given you this land to possess it. All of you men of valor shall pass over armed before your brothers, the children of Israel.

לחוד נשיכון וטפלכון ובעירכון ידענא ארי בעיר סגי לכון יתבון בקרויכון די יהבית לכון:
lkwn yhbyth dy bqrwykwn ythbwn lkwn sgy beyr ary ydena wbeyrkwn wTplkwn nshykwn lkhwd
But your wives, and your little ones, and your livestock, (I know that you have much livestock), shall live in your cities which I have given you,

עד די יניח יי לאחיכון כותכון וירתון אף אנון ית ארעא דיי אלהכון יהב להון בעברא דירדנא ותתובון גבר לירתתיה די יהבית לכון:
lkwn yhbyth dy lyrththyh gbr wththwbwn dyrdna bebra lhwn yhb alhkwn dyy area yth anwn ap wyrthwn kwthkwn lakhykwn yy ynykh dy ed
until Yahweh gives rest to your brothers, as to you, and they also possess the land which Yahweh your God gives them beyond the Jordan. Then you shall each return to his own possession, which I have given you.”

וית יהושוע פקדית בעדנא ההיא למימר עיניך חזאה ית כל די עבד יי אלהכון לתרין מלכיא האלין כן יעבד יי לכל מלכותא די את עבר לתמן:
lthmn ebr ath dy mlkwtha lkl yy yebd kn halyn mlkya lthryn alhkwn yy ebd dy kl yth khzah eynyk lmymr hhya bedna pqdyth yhwshwe wyth
I commanded Joshua at that time, saying, “Your eyes have seen all that Yahweh your God has done to these two kings. So shall Yahweh do to all the kingdoms where you go over.

לא תדחלון מנהון ארי יי אלהכון מימריה יגיח לכון:
lkwn ygykh mymryh alhkwn yy ary mnhwn thdkhlwn la
You shall not fear them; for Yahweh your God himself fights for you.”
23
וצליתי קדם יי בעדנא ההיא למימר:
lmymr hhya bedna yy qdm wtslythy
I begged Yahweh at that time, saying,
24
יי אלהים את שריתא לאחזאה ית עבדך ית רבותך וית ידך תקפתא די את הוא אלהא דשכנתך בשמיא מלעלא ושליט בארעא ולית דיעבד כעובדיך וכגברתך:
wkgbrthk kewbdyk dyebd wlyth barea wshlyT mlela bshmya dshknthk alha hwa ath dy thqptha ydk wyth rbwthk yth ebdk yth lakhzah shrytha ath alhym yy
“Lord Yahweh, you have begun to show your servant your greatness, and your strong hand. For what god is there in heaven or in earth that can do works like yours, and mighty acts like yours?

אעבר כען ואחזי ית ארעא טבתא די בעברא דירדנא טורא טבא הדין ובית מקדשא:
mqdsha wbyth hdyn Tba Twra dyrdna bebra dy Tbtha area yth wakhzy ken aebr
Please let me go over and see the good land that is beyond the Jordan, that fine mountain, and Lebanon.”

והוה רגז מן קדם יי עלי בדילכון ולא קביל מני ואמר יי לי סגי לך לא תוסף למללא קדמי עוד בפתגמא הדין:
hdyn bpthgma ewd qdmy lmlla thwsp la lk sgy ly yy wamr mny qbyl wla bdylkwn ely yy qdm mn rgz whwh
But Yahweh was angry with me because of you, and didn’t listen to me. Yahweh said to me, “That is enough! Speak no more to me of this matter.

סק לריש רמתא וזקוף עיניך למערבא ולצפונא ולדרומא ולמדינחא וחזי בעיניך ארי לא תעבר ית ירדנא הדין:
hdyn yrdna yth thebr la ary beynyk wkhzy wlmdynkha wldrwma wltspwna lmerba eynyk wzqwp rmtha lrysh sq
Go up to the top of Pisgah, and lift up your eyes westward, and northward, and southward, and eastward, and see with your eyes; for you shall not go over this Jordan.

ופקד ית יהושע ותקפהי ואלמהי ארי הוא יעבר קדם עמא הדין והוא יחסן יתהון ית ארעא די תחזי:
thkhzy dy area yth ythhwn ykhsn whwa hdyn ema qdm yebr hwa ary walmhy wthqphy yhwshe yth wpqd
But commission Joshua, and encourage him, and strengthen him; for he shall go over before this people, and he shall cause them to inherit the land which you shall see.”
