וקרא משה לכל ישראל ואמר להון אתון חזתון ית כל די עבד יי לעיניכון בארעא דמצרים לפרעה ולכל עבדוהי ולכל ארעיה:
wqra mshh lkl yshral wamr lhwn athwn khzthwn yth kl dy ebd yy leynykwn barea dmtsrym lpreh wlkl ebdwhy wlkl areyh
These are the words of the covenant which Yahweh commanded Moses to make with the children of Israel in the land of Moab, in addition to the covenant which he made with them in Horeb.

נסי רברביא די חזאה עיניך אתיא ומופתיא רברביא האנון:
nsy rbrbya dy khzah eynyk athya wmwpthya rbrbya hanwn
Moses called to all Israel, and said to them: Your eyes have seen all that Yahweh did in the land of Egypt to Pharaoh, and to all his servants, and to all his land;

ולא יהב יי לכון לבא למדע ועינין למחזי ואדנין למשמע עד יומא הדין:
wla yhb yy lkwn lba lmde weynyn lmkhzy wadnyn lmshme ed ywma hdyn
the great trials which your eyes saw, the signs, and those great wonders.

ודברית יתכון ארבעין שנין במדברא לא בליאת כסותכון מנכון ומסנך לא עדו מעל רגלך:
wdbryth ythkwn arbeyn shnyn bmdbra la blyath kswthkwn mnkwn wmsnk la edw mel rglk
But Yahweh has not given you a heart to know, eyes to see, and ears to hear, to this day.

לחמא לא אכלתון וחמר חדת ועתיק לא שתיתון בדיל דתדעון ארי אנא יי אלהכון:
lkhma la aklthwn wkhmr khdth wethyq la shthythwn bdyl dthdewn ary ana yy alhkwn
I have led you forty years in the wilderness. Your clothes have not grown old on you, and your sandals have not grown old on your feet.

ואתתון לאתרא הדין ונפק סיחון מלכא דחשבון ועוג מלכא דמתנן לקדמותנא לאגחא קרבא ומחונון:
waththwn lathra hdyn wnpq sykhwn mlka dkhshbwn wewg mlka dmthnn lqdmwthna lagkha qrba wmkhwnwn
You have not eaten bread, neither have you drunk wine or strong drink, that you may know that I am Yahweh your God.

ונסבנא ית ארעהון ויהבנה לאחסנא לשבטא דראובן ולשבטא דגד ולפלגות שבטא דמנשה:
wnsbna yth arehwn wyhbnh lakhsna lshbTa drawbn wlshbTa dgd wlplgwth shbTa dmnshh
When you came to this place, Sihon the king of Heshbon and Og the king of Bashan came out against us to battle, and we struck them.

ותטרון ית פתגמי קימא הדא ותעבדון יתהון בדיל דתצלחון ית כל די תעבדון:
wthTrwn yth pthgmy qyma hda wthebdwn ythhwn bdyl dthtslkhwn yth kl dy thebdwn
We took their land, and gave it for an inheritance to the Reubenites, and to the Gadites, and to the half-tribe of the Manassites.

אתון קימין יומא דין כלכון קדם יי אלהכון רישיכון שבטיכון סביכון וסרכיכון כל אנש ישראל:
athwn qymyn ywma dyn klkwn qdm yy alhkwn ryshykwn shbTykwn sbykwn wsrkykwn kl ansh yshral
Therefore keep the words of this covenant and do them, that you may prosper in all that you do.

טפלכון נשיכון וגיורך די בגו משריתיך מלקט אעיך עד מלי מייך:
Tplkwn nshykwn wgywrk dy bgw mshrythyk mlqT aeyk ed mly myyk
All of you stand today in the presence of Yahweh your God: your heads, your tribes, your elders, and your officers, even all the men of Israel,

לאעלותך בקימא דיי אלהך ובמומתיה די יי אלהך גזר עמך יומא דין:
laelwthk bqyma dyy alhk wbmwmthyh dy yy alhk gzr emk ywma dyn
your little ones, your wives, and the foreigners who are in the middle of your camps, from the one who cuts your wood to the one who draws your water,

בדיל לאקמא יתך יומא דין קדמוהי לעמא והוא יהי לך לאלה כמא די מליל לך וכמא די קיים לאבהתך לאברהם ליצחק וליעקב:
bdyl laqma ythk ywma dyn qdmwhy lema whwa yhy lk lalh kma dy mlyl lk wkma dy qyym labhthk labrhm lytskhq wlyeqb
that you may enter into the covenant of Yahweh your God, and into his oath, which Yahweh your God makes with you today,

ולא עמכון בלחודיכון אנא גזר ית קימא הדא וית מומתא הדא:
wla emkwn blkhwdykwn ana gzr yth qyma hda wyth mwmtha hda
that he may establish you today as his people, and that he may be your God, as he spoke to you and as he swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.

ארי ית מן דאיתוהי הכא עמנא קאם יומא דין קדם יי אלהנא וית די ליתוהי הכא עמנא יומא דין:
ary yth mn daythwhy hka emna qam ywma dyn qdm yy alhna wyth dy lythwhy hka emna ywma dyn
Neither do I make this covenant and this oath with you only,

ארי אתון ידעתון ית דיתבנא בארעא דמצרים וית די עברנא בגו עממיא די עברתון:
ary athwn ydethwn yth dythbna barea dmtsrym wyth dy ebrna bgw emmya dy ebrthwn
but with those who stand here with us today before Yahweh our God, and also with those who are not here with us today

וחזתון ית שקוציהון וית טעותהון אעא ואבנא כספא ודהבא די עמהון:
wkhzthwn yth shqwtsyhwn wyth Tewthhwn aea wabna kspa wdhba dy emhwn
(for you know how we lived in the land of Egypt, and how we came through the middle of the nations through which you passed;

דילמא אית בכון גבר או אתתא או זרעית או שבטא די לביה פני יומא דין מדחלתא דיי אלהנא למהך למפלח ית טעות עממיא האנון דילמא אית בכון גבר מהרהר חטאין או זדון:
dylma ayth bkwn gbr aw aththa aw zreyth aw shbTa dy lbyh pny ywma dyn mdkhltha dyy alhna lmhk lmplkh yth Tewth emmya hanwn dylma ayth bkwn gbr mhrhr khTayn aw zdwn
and you have seen their abominations and their idols of wood, stone, silver, and gold, which were among them);
18
ויהי במשמעיה ית פתגמי מומתא הדא ויחשב בלביה למימר שלמא יהי לי ארי בהרהור לבי אנא אזל בדיל לאוספא ליה חטאי שלותא על זדנותא:
wyhy bmshmeyh yth pthgmy mwmtha hda wykhshb blbyh lmymr shlma yhy ly ary bhrhwr lby ana azl bdyl lawspa lyh khTay shlwtha el zdnwtha
lest there should be among you man, woman, family, or tribe whose heart turns away today from Yahweh our God, to go to serve the gods of those nations; lest there should be among you a root that produces bitter poison;

לא ייבי יי למשבק ליה ארי בכן יתקף רגזא דיי וחמתיה בגברא ההוא וידבקון ביה כל לוטיא דכתיבין בספרא הדין וימחי יי ית שמיה מתחות שמיא:
la yyby yy lmshbq lyh ary bkn ythqp rgza dyy wkhmthyh bgbra hhwa wydbqwn byh kl lwTya dkthybyn bspra hdyn wymkhy yy yth shmyh mthkhwth shmya
and it happen, when he hears the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart, saying, “I shall have peace, though I walk in the stubbornness of my heart,” to destroy the moist with the dry.

ויפרשניה יי לבישא מכל שבטיא דישראל ככל לוטי קימא דכתיבין בספרא דאוריתא הדין:
wyprshnyh yy lbysha mkl shbTya dyshral kkl lwTy qyma dkthybyn bspra dawrytha hdyn
Yahweh will not pardon him, but then Yahweh’s anger and his jealousy will smoke against that man, and all the curse that is written in this book will fall on him, and Yahweh will blot out his name from under the sky.

ויימר דרא בתראה בניכון די יקומון מבתריכון ובר עממין דייתי מארעא רחיקא ויחזון ית מחתא דארעא ההיא וית מרעהא די אמרע יי בה:
wyymr dra bthrah bnykwn dy yqwmwn mbthrykwn wbr emmyn dyythy marea rkhyqa wykhzwn yth mkhtha darea hhya wyth mreha dy amre yy bh
Yahweh will set him apart for evil out of all the tribes of Israel, according to all the curses of the covenant written in this book of the law.

גפרתא ומלחא יקידת כל ארעה לא תזרע ולא תצמח ולא יסק בה כל עסבא כמהפכתא דסדם ועמרה אדמה וצבוים די הפך יי ברגזיה ובחמתיה:
gprtha wmlkha yqydth kl areh la thzre wla thtsmkh wla ysq bh kl esba kmhpktha dsdm wemrh admh wtsbwym dy hpk yy brgzyh wbkhmthyh
The generation to come—your children who will rise up after you, and the foreigner who will come from a far land—will say, when they see the plagues of that land, and the sicknesses with which Yahweh has made it sick,

ויימרון כל עממיא על מה עבד יי כדין לארעא הדא מא תקוף רגזא רבא הדין:
wyymrwn kl emmya el mh ebd yy kdyn larea hda ma thqwp rgza rba hdyn
that all of its land is sulfur, salt, and burning, that it is not sown, doesn’t produce, nor does any grass grow in it, like the overthrow of Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboiim, which Yahweh overthrew in his anger, and in his wrath.

ויימרון על דשבקו ית קימא דיי אלהא דאבהתהון די גזר עמהון באפקותיה יתהון מארעא דמצרים:
wyymrwn el dshbqw yth qyma dyy alha dabhthhwn dy gzr emhwn bapqwthyh ythhwn marea dmtsrym
Even all the nations will say, “Why has Yahweh done this to this land? What does the heat of this great anger mean?”
25
ואזלו ופלחו לטעות עממיא וסגידו להון דחלן די לא ידענון ולא אוטיבא להון:
wazlw wplkhw lTewth emmya wsgydw lhwn dkhln dy la ydenwn wla awTyba lhwn
Then men will say, “Because they abandoned the covenant of Yahweh, the God of their fathers, which he made with them when he brought them out of the land of Egypt,

ותקף רגזא דיי בארעא ההיא לאיתאה עלה ית כל לוטיא דכתיבין בספרא הדין:
wthqp rgza dyy barea hhya laythah elh yth kl lwTya dkthybyn bspra hdyn
and went and served other gods and worshiped them, gods that they didn’t know and that he had not given to them.
27
וטלטלנון יי מעל ארעהון ברגז ובחמה ובתקוף רגז ואגלנון לארעא אחרי כיומא הדין:
wTlTlnwn yy mel arehwn brgz wbkhmh wbthqwp rgz waglnwn larea akhry kywma hdyn
Therefore Yahweh’s anger burned against this land, to bring on it all the curses that are written in this book.
28
דמטמרן קדם יי אלהנא ודמגלין לנא ולבננא עד עלם למעבד ית כל פתגמי אוריתא הדא:
dmTmrn qdm yy alhna wdmglyn lna wlbnna ed elm lmebd yth kl pthgmy awrytha hda
Yahweh rooted them out of their land in anger, in wrath, and in great indignation, and thrust them into another land, as it is today.”
