ופקיד משה וסבי ישראל ית עמא למימר טר ית כל תפקדתא די אנא מפקד יתכון יומא דין:

Moses and the elders of Israel commanded the people, saying, “Keep all the commandment which I command you today.

ויהי ביומא די תעברון ית ירדנא לארעא דיי אלהך יהב לך ותקים לך אבנין רברבין ותסוד יתהון בסידא:
wyhy bywma dy thebrwn yth yrdna larea dyy alhk yhb lk wthqym lk abnyn rbrbyn wthswd ythhwn bsyda
It shall be on the day when you shall pass over the Jordan to the land which Yahweh your God gives you, that you shall set yourself up great stones, and coat them with plaster.

ותכתוב עליהון ית כל פתגמי אוריתא הדא במעברך בדיל די תעול לארעא דיי אלהך יהב לך ארעא עבדא חלב ודבש כמא די מליל יי אלהא דאבהתך לך:
wthkthwb elyhwn yth kl pthgmy awrytha hda bmebrk bdyl dy thewl larea dyy alhk yhb lk area ebda khlb wdbsh kma dy mlyl yy alha dabhthk lk
You shall write on them all the words of this law, when you have passed over, that you may go in to the land which Yahweh your God gives you, a land flowing with milk and honey, as Yahweh, the God of your fathers, has promised you.

ויהי במעברכון ית ירדנא תקימון ית אבניא האלין די אנא מפקד יתכון יומא דין בטורא דעיבל ותסוד יתהון בסידא:
wyhy bmebrkwn yth yrdna thqymwn yth abnya halyn dy ana mpqd ythkwn ywma dyn bTwra deybl wthswd ythhwn bsyda
It shall be, when you have crossed over the Jordan, that you shall set up these stones, which I command you today, on Mount Ebal, and you shall coat them with plaster.

ותבני תמן מדבחא קדם יי אלהך מדבח אבנין לא תרים עליהון פרזלא:
wthbny thmn mdbkha qdm yy alhk mdbkh abnyn la thrym elyhwn przla
There you shall build an altar to Yahweh your God, an altar of stones. You shall not use any iron tool on them.

אבנין שלמין תבני ית מדבחא דיי אלהך ותסק עלוהי עלון קדם יי אלהך:
abnyn shlmyn thbny yth mdbkha dyy alhk wthsq elwhy elwn qdm yy alhk
You shall build Yahweh your God’s altar of uncut stones. You shall offer burnt offerings on it to Yahweh your God.

ותכוס נכסת קודשין ותיכול תמן ותחדי קדם יי אלהך:
wthkws nksth qwdshyn wthykwl thmn wthkhdy qdm yy alhk
You shall sacrifice peace offerings, and shall eat there. You shall rejoice before Yahweh your God.

ותכתוב על אבניא ית כל פתגמי אוריתא הדא פרש יאות:
wthkthwb el abnya yth kl pthgmy awrytha hda prsh yawth
You shall write on the stones all the words of this law very plainly.”

ומליל משה וכהניא לואי לכל ישראל למימר אצית ושמע ישראל יומא הדין הויתא לעמא קדם יי אלהך:
wmlyl mshh wkhnya lway lkl yshral lmymr atsyth wshme yshral ywma hdyn hwytha lema qdm yy alhk
Moses and the Levitical priests spoke to all Israel, saying, “Be silent and listen, Israel! Today you have become the people of Yahweh your God.

ותקבל למימרא דיי אלהך ותעבד ית פקודוהי וית קימוהי די אנא מפקדך יומא דין:
wthqbl lmymra dyy alhk wthebd yth pqwdwhy wyth qymwhy dy ana mpqdk ywma dyn
You shall therefore obey Yahweh your God’s voice, and do his commandments and his statutes, which I command you today.”

ופקיד משה ית עמא ביומא ההוא למימר:
wpqyd mshh yth ema bywma hhwa lmymr
Moses commanded the people the same day, saying,

אלין יקומון לברכא ית עמא על טורא דגרזים במעברכון ית ירדנא שמעון ולוי ויהודה ויששכר ויוסף ובנימן:
alyn yqwmwn lbrka yth ema el Twra dgrzym bmebrkwn yth yrdna shmewn wlwy wyhwdh wyshshkr wywsp wbnymn
“These shall stand on Mount Gerizim to bless the people, when you have crossed over the Jordan: Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Joseph, and Benjamin.

ואלין יקומון על לוטיא בטורא דעיבל ראובן גד ואשר וזבולן דן ונפתלי:
walyn yqwmwn el lwTya bTwra deybl rawbn gd washr wzbwln dn wnpthly
These shall stand on Mount Ebal for the curse: Reuben, Gad, Asher, Zebulun, Dan, and Naphtali.

ויתיבון לואי ויימרון לכל אנש ישראל קלא רמא:
wythybwn lway wyymrwn lkl ansh yshral qla rma
With a loud voice, the Levites shall say to all the men of Israel,

ליט גברא די יעבד צלם ומתכא מרחקא קדם יי עבד ידי אמן ומשוי בסתרא ויתיבון כל עמא ויימרון אמן:
lyT gbra dy yebd tslm wmthka mrkhqa qdm yy ebd ydy amn wmshwy bsthra wythybwn kl ema wyymrwn amn
‘Cursed is the man who makes an engraved or molten image, an abomination to Yahweh, the work of the hands of the craftsman, and sets it up in secret.’ All the people shall answer and say, ‘Amen.’

ליט דיקלי אבוהי ואמיה ויימר כל עמא אמן:

‘Cursed is he who dishonors his father or his mother.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
17
ליט דישני תחומא דחבריה ויימר כל עמא אמן:
lyT dyshny thkhwma dkhbryh wyymr kl ema amn
‘Cursed is he who removes his neighbor’s landmark.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
18
ליט דיטעי עוירא בארחא ויימר כל עמא אמן:
lyT dyTey ewyra barkha wyymr kl ema amn
‘Cursed is he who leads the blind astray on the road.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
19
ליט דיצלי דין דיר יתמא וארמלא ויימר כל עמא אמן:
lyT dytsly dyn dyr ythma warmla wyymr kl ema amn
‘Cursed is he who withholds justice from the foreigner, fatherless, and widow.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
20
ליט דישכוב עם אתת אבוהי ארי גלי כנפא דאבוהי ויימר כל עמא אמן:
lyT dyshkwb em athth abwhy ary gly knpa dabwhy wyymr kl ema amn
‘Cursed is he who lies with his father’s wife, because he dishonors his father’s bed.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’

ליט דישכוב עם כל בעירא ויימר כל עמא אמן:
lyT dyshkwb em kl beyra wyymr kl ema amn
‘Cursed is he who lies with any kind of animal.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
22
ליט דישכוב עם אחתיה בת אבוהי או בת אמיה ויימר כל עמא אמן:
lyT dyshkwb em akhthyh bth abwhy aw bth amyh wyymr kl ema amn
‘Cursed is he who lies with his sister, his father’s daughter or his mother’s daughter.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’

ליט דישכוב עם חמותיה ויימר כל עמא אמן:

‘Cursed is he who lies with his mother-in-law.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
24
ליט דימחי לחבריה בסתרא ויימר כל עמא אמן:
lyT dymkhy lkhbryh bsthra wyymr kl ema amn
‘Cursed is he who secretly kills his neighbor.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
25
ליט די מקבל שחדא למקטל נפש דם זכי ויימר כל עמא אמן:
lyT dy mqbl shkhda lmqTl npsh dm zky wyymr kl ema amn
‘Cursed is he who takes a bribe to kill an innocent person.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’

ליט די לא יקים ית פתגמי אוריתא הדא למעבד יתהון ויימר כל עמא אמן:
lyT dy la yqym yth pthgmy awrytha hda lmebd ythhwn wyymr kl ema amn
‘Cursed is he who doesn’t uphold the words of this law by doing them.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’”
