19 verses
1
ויהי ארי תעול לארעא די יי אלהך יהב לך אחסנא ותירתה ותיתב בה:
bh wthythb wthyrthh akhsna lk yhb alhk yy dy larea thewl ary wyhy
It shall be, when you have come in to the land which Yahweh your God gives you for an inheritance, possess it, and dwell in it,

ותסב מריש כל אבא דארעא די תעל מארעך די יי אלהך יהב לך ותשוי בסלא ותהך לאתרא די יתרעי יי אלהך לאשראה שכנתיה תמן:
thmn shknthyh lashrah alhk yy ythrey dy lathra wthhk bsla wthshwy lk yhb alhk yy dy marek thel dy darea aba kl mrysh wthsb
that you shall take some of the first of all the fruit of the ground, which you shall bring in from your land that Yahweh your God gives you. You shall put it in a basket, and shall go to the place which Yahweh your God shall choose to cause his name to dwell there.

ותיתי לות כהנא די יהי ביומיא האנון ותימר ליה חויתי יומא דין קדם יי אלהך ארי עלית לארעא די קיים יי לאבהתנא למתן לנא:
lna lmthn labhthna yy qyym dy larea elyth ary alhk yy qdm dyn ywma khwythy lyh wthymr hanwn bywmya yhy dy khna lwth wthythy
You shall come to the priest who shall be in those days, and tell him, “I profess today to Yahweh your God, that I have come to the land which Yahweh swore to our fathers to give us.”

ויסב כהנא סלא מידך ויחתניה קדם מדבחא דיי אלהך:
alhk dyy mdbkha qdm wykhthnyh mydk sla khna wysb
The priest shall take the basket out of your hand, and set it down before Yahweh your God’s altar.

ותתיב ותימר קדם יי אלהך לבן ארמאה בעא לאובדא ית אבא ונחת למצרים ודר תמן בעם זער והוה תמן לעם רב תקיף וסגי:
wsgy thqyp rb lem thmn whwh zer bem thmn wdr lmtsrym wnkhth aba yth lawbda bea armah lbn alhk yy qdm wthymr wththyb
You shall answer and say before Yahweh your God, “My father was a Syrian ready to perish. He went down into Egypt, and lived there, few in number. There he became a great, mighty, and populous nation.

ואבאישו לנא מצרים וענינא ויהבו עלנא פלחנא קשיא:
qshya plkhna elna wyhbw wenyna mtsrym lna wabayshw
The Egyptians mistreated us, afflicted us, and imposed hard labor on us.

וצלינא קדם יי אלהא דאבהתנא וקביל יי צלותנא וגלי קדמוהי עמלנא ולאותנא ודוחקנא:
wdwkhqna wlawthna emlna qdmwhy wgly tslwthna yy wqbyl dabhthna alha yy qdm wtslyna
Then we cried to Yahweh, the God of our fathers. Yahweh heard our voice, and saw our affliction, our toil, and our oppression.

ואפקנא יי ממצרים בידא תקיפא ובדרעא מרממא ובחזונא רבא ובאתין ובמופתין:
wbmwpthyn wbathyn rba wbkhzwna mrmma wbdrea thqypa byda mmtsrym yy wapqna
Yahweh brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand, with an outstretched arm, with great terror, with signs, and with wonders;

ואיתנא לאתרא הדין ויהב לנא ית ארעא הדא ארעא עבדא חלב ודבש:
wdbsh khlb ebda area hda area yth lna wyhb hdyn lathra waythna
and he has brought us into this place, and has given us this land, a land flowing with milk and honey.

וכען הא איתתי ית ריש אבא דארעא דיהבת לי יי ותחתניה קדם יי אלהך ותסגוד קדם יי אלהך:
alhk yy qdm wthsgwd alhk yy qdm wthkhthnyh yy ly dyhbth darea aba rysh yth ayththy ha wken
Now, behold, I have brought the first of the fruit of the ground, which you, Yahweh, have given me.” You shall set it down before Yahweh your God, and worship before Yahweh your God.

ותחדי בכל טבתא די יהב לך יי אלהך ולאנש ביתך את ולואי וגיורא די בינך:
bynk dy wgywra wlway ath bythk wlansh alhk yy lk yhb dy Tbtha bkl wthkhdy
You shall rejoice in all the good which Yahweh your God has given to you, and to your house, you, and the Levite, and the foreigner who is among you.

ארי תשצי לעשרא ית כל מעשר עללתך בשתא תליתאה שנת מעשרא ותתן ללואי לגיורא ליתמא ולארמלא ויכלון בקרויך וישבעון:
wyshbewn bqrwyk wyklwn wlarmla lythma lgywra llway wththn meshra shnth thlythah bshtha ellthk meshr kl yth leshra thshtsy ary
When you have finished tithing all the tithe of your increase in the third year, which is the year of tithing, then you shall give it to the Levite, to the foreigner, to the fatherless, and to the widow, that they may eat within your gates and be filled.

ותימר קדם יי אלהך פלתי קדש מעשרא מן ביתא ואף יהבתיה ללואי ולגיורא ליתמא ולארמלא ככל פקודך די פקדתני לא עברית מפקודיך ולא אתנשיתי:
athnshythy wla mpqwdyk ebryth la pqdthny dy pqwdk kkl wlarmla lythma wlgywra llway yhbthyh wap bytha mn meshra qdsh plthy alhk yy qdm wthymr
You shall say before Yahweh your God, “I have put away the holy things out of my house, and also have given them to the Levite, to the foreigner, to the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all your commandment which you have commanded me. I have not transgressed any of your commandments, neither have I forgotten them.

לא אכלית באבלי מניה ולא פלתי מניה בדמסאב ולא יהבית מניה למית קבלית למימרא דיי אלהי עבדית ככל די פקדתני:
pqdthny dy kkl ebdyth alhy dyy lmymra qblyth lmyth mnyh yhbyth wla bdmsab mnyh plthy wla mnyh bably aklyth la
I have not eaten of it in my mourning, neither have I removed any of it while I was unclean, nor given of it for the dead. I have listened to Yahweh my God’s voice. I have done according to all that you have commanded me.

אסתכי ממדור קדשך מן שמיא וברך ית עמך ית ישראל וית ארעא די יהבת לנא כמא די קימתא לאבהתנא ארע עבדא חלב ודבש:
wdbsh khlb ebda are labhthna qymtha dy kma lna yhbth dy area wyth yshral yth emk yth wbrk shmya mn qdshk mmdwr asthky
Look down from your holy habitation, from heaven, and bless your people Israel, and the ground which you have given us, as you swore to our fathers, a land flowing with milk and honey.”

יומא הדין יי אלהך מפקדך למעבד ית קימיא האלין וית דיניא ותטר ותעבד יתהון בכל לבך ובכל נפשך:
npshk wbkl lbk bkl ythhwn wthebd wthTr dynya wyth halyn qymya yth lmebd mpqdk alhk yy hdyn ywma
Today Yahweh your God commands you to do these statutes and ordinances. You shall therefore keep and do them with all your heart and with all your soul.

ית יי חטבת יומא דין למהוי לך לאלה ולמהך בארחן דתקנן קדמוהי ולמטר קימוהי ופקודוהי ודינוהי ולקבלא במימריה:
bmymryh wlqbla wdynwhy wpqwdwhy qymwhy wlmTr qdmwhy dthqnn barkhn wlmhk lalh lk lmhwy dyn ywma khTbth yy yth
You have declared today that Yahweh is your God, and that you would walk in his ways, keep his statutes, his commandments, and his ordinances, and listen to his voice.

ויי חטבך יומא דין למהוי ליה לעם חביב כמא די מליל לך ולמטר כל פקודוהי:
pqwdwhy kl wlmTr lk mlyl dy kma khbyb lem lyh lmhwy dyn ywma khTbk wyy
Yahweh has declared today that you are a people for his own possession, as he has promised you, and that you should keep all his commandments.

ולמתנך עלאה על כל עממיא די עבד לתשבחא ולשום ולרבו ולמהוך עם קדיש קדם יי אלהך כמא די מליל:
mlyl dy kma alhk yy qdm qdysh em wlmhwk wlrbw wlshwm lthshbkha ebd dy emmya kl el elah wlmthnk
He will make you high above all nations that he has made, in praise, in name, and in honor, and that you may be a holy people to Yahweh your God, as he has spoken.
