לא יסב גבר ית אתת אבוהי ולא יגלי כנפא דאבוהי:
la ysb gbr yth athth abwhy wla ygly knpa dabwhy
He who is emasculated by crushing or cutting shall not enter into Yahweh’s assembly.

לא ידכי דפסיק ודמחבל למעל בקהלא דיי:
la ydky dpsyq wdmkhbl lmel bqhla dyy
A person born of a forbidden union shall not enter into Yahweh’s assembly; even to the tenth generation shall no one of his enter into Yahweh’s assembly.

לא ידכי ממזרא למעל בקהלא דיי אף דרא עשיראה לא ידכי ליה למעל בקהלא דיי:
la ydky mmzra lmel bqhla dyy ap dra eshyrah la ydky lyh lmel bqhla dyy
An Ammonite or a Moabite shall not enter into Yahweh’s assembly; even to the tenth generation shall no one belonging to them enter into Yahweh’s assembly forever,

לא ידכון עמונאי ומואבאי למעל בקהלא דיי אף דרא עשיראה לא ידכי להון למעל בקהלא דיי עד עלם:
la ydkwn emwnay wmwabay lmel bqhla dyy ap dra eshyrah la ydky lhwn lmel bqhla dyy ed elm
because they didn’t meet you with bread and with water on the way when you came out of Egypt, and because they hired against you Balaam the son of Beor from Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse you.

על עסק די לא ערעו יתכון בלחמא ובמיא בארחא במפקכון ממצרים ודי אגר עלך ית בלעם בר בעור מפתור ארם די על פרת ללטיותך:
el esq dy la erew ythkwn blkhma wbmya barkha bmpqkwn mmtsrym wdy agr elk yth blem br bewr mpthwr arm dy el prth llTywthk
Nevertheless Yahweh your God wouldn’t listen to Balaam, but Yahweh your God turned the curse into a blessing to you, because Yahweh your God loved you.

ולא אבי יי אלהך לקבלא מן בלעם והפך יי אלהך לך ית לוטין לברכן ארי רחמך יי אלהך:
wla aby yy alhk lqbla mn blem whpk yy alhk lk yth lwTyn lbrkn ary rkhmk yy alhk
You shall not seek their peace nor their prosperity all your days forever.

לא תתבע שלמהון וטבתהון כל יומיך לעלם:
la ththbe shlmhwn wTbthhwn kl ywmyk lelm
You shall not abhor an Edomite, for he is your brother. You shall not abhor an Egyptian, because you lived as a foreigner in his land.

לא תרחק אדומאה ארי אחוך הוא לא תרחק מצראה ארי דיר הויתא בארעיה:
la thrkhq adwmah ary akhwk hwa la thrkhq mtsrah ary dyr hwytha bareyh
The children of the third generation who are born to them may enter into Yahweh’s assembly.

בנין די יתילידו להון דרא תליתאה ידכי להון למעל בקהלא דיי:
bnyn dy ythylydw lhwn dra thlythah ydky lhwn lmel bqhla dyy
When you go out and camp against your enemies, then you shall keep yourselves from every evil thing.
10
ארי תפוק משריתא על בעלי דבבך ותסתמר מכל מדעם ביש:
ary thpwq mshrytha el bely dbbk wthsthmr mkl mdem bysh
If there is among you any man who is not clean by reason of that which happens to him by night, then shall he go outside of the camp. He shall not come within the camp;

ארי יהי בך גבר די לא יהי דכי מקרה ליליא ויפוק למברא למשריתא לא יעול לגו משריתא:
ary yhy bk gbr dy la yhy dky mqrh lylya wypwq lmbra lmshrytha la yewl lgw mshrytha
but it shall be, when evening comes, he shall bathe himself in water. When the sun is down, he shall come within the camp.

ויהי למפני רמשא יסחי במיא וכמעל שמשא יעול לגו משריתא:
wyhy lmpny rmsha yskhy bmya wkmel shmsha yewl lgw mshrytha
You shall have a place also outside of the camp where you go relieve yourself.

ואתר מתקן יהי לך מברא למשריתא ותפוק תמן לברא:
wathr mthqn yhy lk mbra lmshrytha wthpwq thmn lbra
You shall have a trowel among your weapons. It shall be, when you relieve yourself, you shall dig with it, and shall turn back and cover your excrement;

וסכתא תהי לך על זינך ויהי במתבך לברא ותחפר בה ותתוב ותכסי ית מפקתך:
wsktha thhy lk el zynk wyhy bmthbk lbra wthkhpr bh wththwb wthksy yth mpqthk
for Yahweh your God walks in the middle of your camp, to deliver you, and to give up your enemies before you. Therefore your camp shall be holy, that he may not see an unclean thing in you, and turn away from you.

ארי יי אלהך שכנתיה מהלכא בגו משריתך לשזבותך ולממסר בעלי דבבך קדמך ותהי משריתך קדישא ולא יתחזי בך עברת פתגם ויתוב מימריה מלאוטבא לך:
ary yy alhk shknthyh mhlka bgw mshrythk lshzbwthk wlmmsr bely dbbk qdmk wthhy mshrythk qdysha wla ythkhzy bk ebrth pthgm wythwb mymryh mlawTba lk
You shall not deliver to his master a servant who has escaped from his master to you.

לא תמסר עבד עממין ליד רבוניה דישתזב לותך מלות רבוניה:
la thmsr ebd emmyn lyd rbwnyh dyshthzb lwthk mlwth rbwnyh
He shall dwell with you, among you, in the place which he shall choose within one of your gates, where it pleases him best. You shall not oppress him.

עמך יתב בינך באתרא די יתרעי בחדא מן קרויך בדייטב ליה לא תונניה:
emk ythb bynk bathra dy ythrey bkhda mn qrwyk bdyyTb lyh la thwnnyh
There shall be no prostitute of the daughters of Israel, neither shall there be a sodomite of the sons of Israel.

לא תהי אתתא מבנת ישראל לגבר עבד ולא יסב גברא מבני ישראל אתתא אמא:
la thhy aththa mbnth yshral lgbr ebd wla ysb gbra mbny yshral aththa ama
You shall not bring the hire of a prostitute, or the wages of a male prostitute, into the house of Yahweh your God for any vow; for both of these are an abomination to Yahweh your God.

לא תעל אגר זניתא וחולפן כלבא לבית מקדשא דיי אלהך לכל נדרא ארי מרחק קדם יי אלהך אף תרויהון:
la thel agr znytha wkhwlpn klba lbyth mqdsha dyy alhk lkl ndra ary mrkhq qdm yy alhk ap thrwyhwn
You shall not lend on interest to your brother: interest of money, interest of food, interest of anything that is lent on interest.

לא תרבי לאחוך רבית כסף רבית עבור רבית כל מדעם דמתרבי:
la thrby lakhwk rbyth ksp rbyth ebwr rbyth kl mdem dmthrby
You may charge a foreigner interest; but you shall not charge your brother interest, that Yahweh your God may bless you in all that you put your hand to, in the land where you go in to possess it.

לבר עממין תרבי ולאחוך לא תרבי בדיל דיברכנך יי אלהך בכל אושטות ידך על ארעא די את עלל לתמן למירתה:
lbr emmyn thrby wlakhwk la thrby bdyl dybrknk yy alhk bkl awshTwth ydk el area dy ath ell lthmn lmyrthh
When you vow a vow to Yahweh your God, you shall not be slack to pay it, for Yahweh your God will surely require it of you; and it would be sin in you.

ארי תדר נדר קדם יי אלהך לא תאחר לשלמותיה ארי מתבע יתבעניה יי אלהך מנך ויהי בך חובא:
ary thdr ndr qdm yy alhk la thakhr lshlmwthyh ary mthbe ythbenyh yy alhk mnk wyhy bk khwba
But if you refrain from making a vow, it shall be no sin in you.

וארי תתמנע למנדר לא יהי בך חובא:
wary ththmne lmndr la yhy bk khwba
You shall observe and do that which has gone out of your lips. Whatever you have vowed to Yahweh your God as a free will offering, which you have promised with your mouth, you must do.
24
אפקות ספותך תטר ותעבד כמא די נדרתא קדם יי אלהך נדבתא די מללתא בפומך:
apqwth spwthk thTr wthebd kma dy ndrtha qdm yy alhk ndbtha dy mlltha bpwmk
When you come into your neighbor’s vineyard, then you may eat your fill of grapes at your own pleasure; but you shall not put any in your container.

ארי תתגר בכרמא דחברך ותיכול ענבין כנפשך שבעך ולמאנך לא תתן:
ary ththgr bkrma dkhbrk wthykwl enbyn knpshk shbek wlmank la ththn
When you come into your neighbor’s standing grain, then you may pluck the ears with your hand; but you shall not use a sickle on your neighbor’s standing grain.

ארי תתגר בקמתא דחברך ותקטוף מלילן בידך ומגלא לא תרים על קמתא דחברך:
ary ththgr bqmtha dkhbrk wthqTwp mlyln bydk wmgla la thrym el qmtha dkhbrk
