1
לא יסב גבר ית אתת אבוהי ולא יגלי כנפא דאבוהי:
dabwhy knpa ygly wla abwhy athth yth gbr ysb la
He who is emasculated by crushing or cutting shall not enter into Yahweh’s assembly.

לא ידכי דפסיק ודמחבל למעל בקהלא דיי:
dyy bqhla lmel wdmkhbl dpsyq ydky la
A person born of a forbidden union shall not enter into Yahweh’s assembly; even to the tenth generation shall no one of his enter into Yahweh’s assembly.

לא ידכי ממזרא למעל בקהלא דיי אף דרא עשיראה לא ידכי ליה למעל בקהלא דיי:
dyy bqhla lmel lyh ydky la eshyrah dra ap dyy bqhla lmel mmzra ydky la
An Ammonite or a Moabite shall not enter into Yahweh’s assembly; even to the tenth generation shall no one belonging to them enter into Yahweh’s assembly forever,

לא ידכון עמונאי ומואבאי למעל בקהלא דיי אף דרא עשיראה לא ידכי להון למעל בקהלא דיי עד עלם:
elm ed dyy bqhla lmel lhwn ydky la eshyrah dra ap dyy bqhla lmel wmwabay emwnay ydkwn la
because they didn’t meet you with bread and with water on the way when you came out of Egypt, and because they hired against you Balaam the son of Beor from Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse you.

על עסק די לא ערעו יתכון בלחמא ובמיא בארחא במפקכון ממצרים ודי אגר עלך ית בלעם בר בעור מפתור ארם די על פרת ללטיותך:
llTywthk prth el dy arm mpthwr bewr br blem yth elk agr wdy mmtsrym bmpqkwn barkha wbmya blkhma ythkwn erew la dy esq el
Nevertheless Yahweh your God wouldn’t listen to Balaam, but Yahweh your God turned the curse into a blessing to you, because Yahweh your God loved you.

ולא אבי יי אלהך לקבלא מן בלעם והפך יי אלהך לך ית לוטין לברכן ארי רחמך יי אלהך:
alhk yy rkhmk ary lbrkn lwTyn yth lk alhk yy whpk blem mn lqbla alhk yy aby wla
You shall not seek their peace nor their prosperity all your days forever.

לא תתבע שלמהון וטבתהון כל יומיך לעלם:
lelm ywmyk kl wTbthhwn shlmhwn ththbe la
You shall not abhor an Edomite, for he is your brother. You shall not abhor an Egyptian, because you lived as a foreigner in his land.

לא תרחק אדומאה ארי אחוך הוא לא תרחק מצראה ארי דיר הויתא בארעיה:
bareyh hwytha dyr ary mtsrah thrkhq la hwa akhwk ary adwmah thrkhq la
The children of the third generation who are born to them may enter into Yahweh’s assembly.

בנין די יתילידו להון דרא תליתאה ידכי להון למעל בקהלא דיי:
dyy bqhla lmel lhwn ydky thlythah dra lhwn ythylydw dy bnyn
When you go out and camp against your enemies, then you shall keep yourselves from every evil thing.
10
ארי תפוק משריתא על בעלי דבבך ותסתמר מכל מדעם ביש:
bysh mdem mkl wthsthmr dbbk bely el mshrytha thpwq ary
If there is among you any man who is not clean by reason of that which happens to him by night, then shall he go outside of the camp. He shall not come within the camp;

ארי יהי בך גבר די לא יהי דכי מקרה ליליא ויפוק למברא למשריתא לא יעול לגו משריתא:
mshrytha lgw yewl la lmshrytha lmbra wypwq lylya mqrh dky yhy la dy gbr bk yhy ary
but it shall be, when evening comes, he shall bathe himself in water. When the sun is down, he shall come within the camp.

ויהי למפני רמשא יסחי במיא וכמעל שמשא יעול לגו משריתא:
mshrytha lgw yewl shmsha wkmel bmya yskhy rmsha lmpny wyhy
You shall have a place also outside of the camp where you go relieve yourself.

ואתר מתקן יהי לך מברא למשריתא ותפוק תמן לברא:
lbra thmn wthpwq lmshrytha mbra lk yhy mthqn wathr
You shall have a trowel among your weapons. It shall be, when you relieve yourself, you shall dig with it, and shall turn back and cover your excrement;

וסכתא תהי לך על זינך ויהי במתבך לברא ותחפר בה ותתוב ותכסי ית מפקתך:
mpqthk yth wthksy wththwb bh wthkhpr lbra bmthbk wyhy zynk el lk thhy wsktha
for Yahweh your God walks in the middle of your camp, to deliver you, and to give up your enemies before you. Therefore your camp shall be holy, that he may not see an unclean thing in you, and turn away from you.

ארי יי אלהך שכנתיה מהלכא בגו משריתך לשזבותך ולממסר בעלי דבבך קדמך ותהי משריתך קדישא ולא יתחזי בך עברת פתגם ויתוב מימריה מלאוטבא לך:
lk mlawTba mymryh wythwb pthgm ebrth bk ythkhzy wla qdysha mshrythk wthhy qdmk dbbk bely wlmmsr lshzbwthk mshrythk bgw mhlka shknthyh alhk yy ary
You shall not deliver to his master a servant who has escaped from his master to you.

לא תמסר עבד עממין ליד רבוניה דישתזב לותך מלות רבוניה:
rbwnyh mlwth lwthk dyshthzb rbwnyh lyd emmyn ebd thmsr la
He shall dwell with you, among you, in the place which he shall choose within one of your gates, where it pleases him best. You shall not oppress him.

עמך יתב בינך באתרא די יתרעי בחדא מן קרויך בדייטב ליה לא תונניה:
thwnnyh la lyh bdyyTb qrwyk mn bkhda ythrey dy bathra bynk ythb emk
There shall be no prostitute of the daughters of Israel, neither shall there be a sodomite of the sons of Israel.

לא תהי אתתא מבנת ישראל לגבר עבד ולא יסב גברא מבני ישראל אתתא אמא:
ama aththa yshral mbny gbra ysb wla ebd lgbr yshral mbnth aththa thhy la
You shall not bring the hire of a prostitute, or the wages of a male prostitute, into the house of Yahweh your God for any vow; for both of these are an abomination to Yahweh your God.

לא תעל אגר זניתא וחולפן כלבא לבית מקדשא דיי אלהך לכל נדרא ארי מרחק קדם יי אלהך אף תרויהון:
thrwyhwn ap alhk yy qdm mrkhq ary ndra lkl alhk dyy mqdsha lbyth klba wkhwlpn znytha agr thel la
You shall not lend on interest to your brother: interest of money, interest of food, interest of anything that is lent on interest.
20
לא תרבי לאחוך רבית כסף רבית עבור רבית כל מדעם דמתרבי:
dmthrby mdem kl rbyth ebwr rbyth ksp rbyth lakhwk thrby la
You may charge a foreigner interest; but you shall not charge your brother interest, that Yahweh your God may bless you in all that you put your hand to, in the land where you go in to possess it.
21
לבר עממין תרבי ולאחוך לא תרבי בדיל דיברכנך יי אלהך בכל אושטות ידך על ארעא די את עלל לתמן למירתה:
lmyrthh lthmn ell ath dy area el ydk awshTwth bkl alhk yy dybrknk bdyl thrby la wlakhwk thrby emmyn lbr
When you vow a vow to Yahweh your God, you shall not be slack to pay it, for Yahweh your God will surely require it of you; and it would be sin in you.
22
ארי תדר נדר קדם יי אלהך לא תאחר לשלמותיה ארי מתבע יתבעניה יי אלהך מנך ויהי בך חובא:
khwba bk wyhy mnk alhk yy ythbenyh mthbe ary lshlmwthyh thakhr la alhk yy qdm ndr thdr ary
But if you refrain from making a vow, it shall be no sin in you.

וארי תתמנע למנדר לא יהי בך חובא:
khwba bk yhy la lmndr ththmne wary
You shall observe and do that which has gone out of your lips. Whatever you have vowed to Yahweh your God as a free will offering, which you have promised with your mouth, you must do.
24
אפקות ספותך תטר ותעבד כמא די נדרתא קדם יי אלהך נדבתא די מללתא בפומך:
bpwmk mlltha dy ndbtha alhk yy qdm ndrtha dy kma wthebd thTr spwthk apqwth
When you come into your neighbor’s vineyard, then you may eat your fill of grapes at your own pleasure; but you shall not put any in your container.
25
ארי תתגר בכרמא דחברך ותיכול ענבין כנפשך שבעך ולמאנך לא תתן:
ththn la wlmank shbek knpshk enbyn wthykwl dkhbrk bkrma ththgr ary
When you come into your neighbor’s standing grain, then you may pluck the ears with your hand; but you shall not use a sickle on your neighbor’s standing grain.
