אלין קימיא ודיניא די תטרון למעבד בארעא דיהב יי אלהא דאבהתך לך למירתה כל יומיא די אתון קימין על ארעא:
alyn qymya wdynya dy thTrwn lmebd barea dyhb yy alha dabhthk lk lmyrthh kl ywmya dy athwn qymyn el area
These are the statutes and the ordinances which you shall observe to do in the land which Yahweh, the God of your fathers, has given you to possess all the days that you live on the earth.

אבדא תאבדון ית כל אתריא די פלחו תמן עממיא די אתון ירתין יתהון ית טעותהון על טוריא רמיא ועל רמתא ותחות כל אילן עבוף:
abda thabdwn yth kl athrya dy plkhw thmn emmya dy athwn yrthyn ythhwn yth Tewthhwn el Twrya rmya wel rmtha wthkhwth kl ayln ebwp
You shall surely destroy all the places in which the nations that you shall dispossess served their gods: on the high mountains, and on the hills, and under every green tree.

ותתרעון ית אגוריהון ותתברון ית קמתהון ואשריהון תוקדון בנורא וצלמי טעותהון תקוצצון ותובדון ית שמהון מן אתרא ההוא:
wththrewn yth agwryhwn wththbrwn yth qmthhwn washryhwn thwqdwn bnwra wtslmy Tewthhwn thqwtstswn wthwbdwn yth shmhwn mn athra hhwa
You shall break down their altars, dash their pillars in pieces, and burn their Asherah poles with fire. You shall cut down the engraved images of their gods. You shall destroy their name out of that place.

לא תעבדון כן קדם יי אלהכון:
la thebdwn kn qdm yy alhkwn
You shall not do so to Yahweh your God.

אלהן לאתרא די יתרעי יי אלהכון מכל שבטיכון לאשראה שכנתיה תמן לבית שכנתיה תתבעון ותיתון לתמן:
alhn lathra dy ythrey yy alhkwn mkl shbTykwn lashrah shknthyh thmn lbyth shknthyh ththbewn wthythwn lthmn
But to the place which Yahweh your God shall choose out of all your tribes, to put his name there, you shall seek his habitation, and you shall come there.

ותיתון לתמן עלותיכון ונכסת קודשיכון וית מעשרתיכון וית אפרשות ידכון ונדריכון ונדבתיכון ובכורי תורכון וענכון:
wthythwn lthmn elwthykwn wnksth qwdshykwn wyth meshrthykwn wyth aprshwth ydkwn wndrykwn wndbthykwn wbkwry thwrkwn wenkwn
You shall bring your burnt offerings, your sacrifices, your tithes, the wave offering of your hand, your vows, your free will offerings, and the firstborn of your herd and of your flock there.

ותיכלון תמן קדם יי אלהכון ותחדון בכל אושטות ידכון אתון ואנש בתיכון די ברכך יי אלהך:
wthyklwn thmn qdm yy alhkwn wthkhdwn bkl awshTwth ydkwn athwn wansh bthykwn dy brkk yy alhk
There you shall eat before Yahweh your God, and you shall rejoice in all that you put your hand to, you and your households, in which Yahweh your God has blessed you.

לא תעבדון ככל די אנחנא עבדין הכא יומא דין גבר כל מן דכשר קדמוהי:
la thebdwn kkl dy ankhna ebdyn hka ywma dyn gbr kl mn dkshr qdmwhy
You shall not do all the things that we do here today, every man whatever is right in his own eyes;

ארי לא אתיתון עד כען לבית ניחא ולאחסנא דיי אלהך יהב לך:
ary la athythwn ed ken lbyth nykha wlakhsna dyy alhk yhb lk
for you haven’t yet come to the rest and to the inheritance which Yahweh your God gives you.
10
ותעברון ית ירדנא ותיתבון בארעא דיי אלהכון מחסן יתכון ויניח לכון מכל בעלי דבביכון מסחור סחור ותיתבון לרחצן:
wthebrwn yth yrdna wthythbwn barea dyy alhkwn mkhsn ythkwn wynykh lkwn mkl bely dbbykwn mskhwr skhwr wthythbwn lrkhtsn
But when you go over the Jordan and dwell in the land which Yahweh your God causes you to inherit, and he gives you rest from all your enemies around you, so that you dwell in safety,

ויהי אתרא די יתרעי יי אלהכון ביה לאשראה שכנתיה תמן לתמן תיתון ית כל די אנא מפקד יתכון עלותיכון ונכסת קודשיכון מעשרתיכון ואפרשות ידכון וכל שפר נדריכון די תדרון קדם יי:
wyhy athra dy ythrey yy alhkwn byh lashrah shknthyh thmn lthmn thythwn yth kl dy ana mpqd ythkwn elwthykwn wnksth qwdshykwn meshrthykwn waprshwth ydkwn wkl shpr ndrykwn dy thdrwn qdm yy
then it shall happen that to the place which Yahweh your God shall choose, to cause his name to dwell there, there you shall bring all that I command you: your burnt offerings, your sacrifices, your tithes, the wave offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which you vow to Yahweh.

ותחדון קדם יי אלהכון אתון ובניכון ובנתיכון ועבדיכון ואמהתיכון ולואה די בקרויכון ארי לית ליה חלק ואחסנא עמכון:
wthkhdwn qdm yy alhkwn athwn wbnykwn wbnthykwn webdykwn wamhthykwn wlwah dy bqrwykwn ary lyth lyh khlq wakhsna emkwn
You shall rejoice before Yahweh your God—you, and your sons, your daughters, your male servants, your female servants, and the Levite who is within your gates, because he has no portion nor inheritance with you.

אסתמר לך דילמא תסק עלותך בכל אתרא די תחזי:
asthmr lk dylma thsq elwthk bkl athra dy thkhzy
Be careful that you don’t offer your burnt offerings in every place that you see;
14
אלהן באתרא די יתרעי יי בחד מן שבטיך תמן תסק עלותך ותמן תעבד כל די אנא מפקדך:
alhn bathra dy ythrey yy bkhd mn shbTyk thmn thsq elwthk wthmn thebd kl dy ana mpqdk
but in the place which Yahweh chooses in one of your tribes, there you shall offer your burnt offerings, and there you shall do all that I command you.

לחוד בכל רעות נפשך תכוס ותיכול בשרא כברכתא דיי אלהך די יהב לך בכל קרויך מסאבא ודכיא יכלניה כבשר טביא ואילא:
lkhwd bkl rewth npshk thkws wthykwl bshra kbrktha dyy alhk dy yhb lk bkl qrwyk msaba wdkya yklnyh kbshr Tbya wayla
Yet you may kill and eat meat within all your gates, after all the desire of your soul, according to Yahweh your God’s blessing which he has given you. The unclean and the clean may eat of it, as of the gazelle and the deer.

לחוד דמא לא תיכלון על ארעא תשדניה כמיא:
lkhwd dma la thyklwn el area thshdnyh kmya
Only you shall not eat the blood. You shall pour it out on the earth like water.
17
לית לך רשו למיכל בקרויך מעשר עבורך חמרך ומשחך ובכורי תורך וענך וכל נדרך די תדר ונדבתיך ואפרשות ידך:
lyth lk rshw lmykl bqrwyk meshr ebwrk khmrk wmshkhk wbkwry thwrk wenk wkl ndrk dy thdr wndbthyk waprshwth ydk
You may not eat within your gates the tithe of your grain, or of your new wine, or of your oil, or the firstborn of your herd or of your flock, nor any of your vows which you vow, nor your free will offerings, nor the wave offering of your hand;

אלהן קדם יי אלהך תיכלניה באתרא די יתרעי יי אלהך ביה את וברך וברתך ועבדך ואמתך ולואה די בקרויך ותחדי קדם יי אלהך בכל אושטות ידך:
alhn qdm yy alhk thyklnyh bathra dy ythrey yy alhk byh ath wbrk wbrthk webdk wamthk wlwah dy bqrwyk wthkhdy qdm yy alhk bkl awshTwth ydk
but you shall eat them before Yahweh your God in the place which Yahweh your God shall choose: you, your son, your daughter, your male servant, your female servant, and the Levite who is within your gates. You shall rejoice before Yahweh your God in all that you put your hand to.
19
אסתמר לך דילמא תשבוק ית לואי כל יומיך על ארעך:
asthmr lk dylma thshbwq yth lway kl ywmyk el arek
Be careful that you don’t forsake the Levite as long as you live in your land.
20
ארי יפתי יי אלהך ית תחומך כמא די מליל לך ותימר אכול בשרא ארי תתרעי נפשך למיכל בשרא בכל רעות נפשך תיכול בשרא:
ary ypthy yy alhk yth thkhwmk kma dy mlyl lk wthymr akwl bshra ary ththrey npshk lmykl bshra bkl rewth npshk thykwl bshra
When Yahweh your God enlarges your border, as he has promised you, and you say, “I want to eat meat,” because your soul desires to eat meat, you may eat meat, after all the desire of your soul.

ארי יתרחק מנך אתרא די יתרעי יי אלהך לאשראה שכנתיה תמן ותכוס מתורך ומענך די יהב יי לך כמא די פקדתך ותיכול בקרויך בכל רעות נפשך:
ary ythrkhq mnk athra dy ythrey yy alhk lashrah shknthyh thmn wthkws mthwrk wmenk dy yhb yy lk kma dy pqdthk wthykwl bqrwyk bkl rewth npshk
If the place which Yahweh your God shall choose to put his name is too far from you, then you shall kill of your herd and of your flock, which Yahweh has given you, as I have commanded you; and you may eat within your gates, after all the desire of your soul.
22
ברם כמא די מתאכל בשר טביא ואילא כן תיכלניה מסאבא ודכיא כחדא יכלניה:
brm kma dy mthakl bshr Tbya wayla kn thyklnyh msaba wdkya kkhda yklnyh
Even as the gazelle and as the deer is eaten, so you shall eat of it. The unclean and the clean may eat of it alike.
23
לחוד תקף בדיל דלא למיכל דמא ארי דמא הוא נפשא ולא תיכול נפשא עם בשרא:
lkhwd thqp bdyl dla lmykl dma ary dma hwa npsha wla thykwl npsha em bshra
Only be sure that you don’t eat the blood; for the blood is the life. You shall not eat the life with the meat.
24
לא תיכלניה על ארעא תשדניה כמיא:
la thyklnyh el area thshdnyh kmya
You shall not eat it. You shall pour it out on the earth like water.
25
לא תיכלניה בדיל דייטב לך ולבניך בתרך ארי תעבד דכשר קדם יי:
la thyklnyh bdyl dyyTb lk wlbnyk bthrk ary thebd dkshr qdm yy
You shall not eat it, that it may go well with you and with your children after you, when you do that which is right in Yahweh’s eyes.
26
לחוד מעשר קודשיך דיהון לך ונדרך תטול ותיתי לאתרא די יתרעי יי:
lkhwd meshr qwdshyk dyhwn lk wndrk thTwl wthythy lathra dy ythrey yy
Only your holy things which you have, and your vows, you shall take and go to the place which Yahweh shall choose.
27
ותעבד עלותך בשרא ודמא על מדבחא דיי אלהך ודם נכסת קודשיך ישתפך על מדבחא דיי אלהך ובשרא תיכול:
wthebd elwthk bshra wdma el mdbkha dyy alhk wdm nksth qwdshyk yshthpk el mdbkha dyy alhk wbshra thykwl
You shall offer your burnt offerings, the meat and the blood, on Yahweh your God’s altar. The blood of your sacrifices shall be poured out on Yahweh your God’s altar, and you shall eat the meat.
28
טר ותקבל ית כל פתגמיא האלין די אנא מפקדך בדיל דייטב לך ולבניך בתרך עד עלם ארי תעבד דתקן ודכשר קדם יי אלהך:
Tr wthqbl yth kl pthgmya halyn dy ana mpqdk bdyl dyyTb lk wlbnyk bthrk ed elm ary thebd dthqn wdkshr qdm yy alhk
Observe and hear all these words which I command you, that it may go well with you and with your children after you forever, when you do that which is good and right in Yahweh your God’s eyes.

ארי ישצי יי אלהך ית עממיא די את עלל לתמן לתרכא יתהון מקדמך ותירת יתהון ותיתב בארעהון:
ary yshtsy yy alhk yth emmya dy ath ell lthmn lthrka ythhwn mqdmk wthyrth ythhwn wthythb barehwn
When Yahweh your God cuts off the nations from before you where you go in to dispossess them, and you dispossess them and dwell in their land,
30
אסתמר לך דילמא תתקל בתריהון בתר דישתצון מקדמך ודילמא תתבע לטעותהון למימר אכדין פלחין עממיא האלין ית טעותהון ואעבד כן אף אנא:
asthmr lk dylma ththql bthryhwn bthr dyshthtswn mqdmk wdylma ththbe lTewthhwn lmymr akdyn plkhyn emmya halyn yth Tewthhwn waebd kn ap ana
be careful that you are not ensnared to follow them after they are destroyed from before you, and that you not inquire after their gods, saying, “How do these nations serve their gods? I will do likewise.”
31
לא תעבד כן קדם יי אלהך ארי כל דמרחק קדם יי די סני עבדו לטעותהון ארי אף ית בניהון וית בנתיהון יוקדין בנורא לטעותהון:
la thebd kn qdm yy alhk ary kl dmrkhq qdm yy dy sny ebdw lTewthhwn ary ap yth bnyhwn wyth bnthyhwn ywqdyn bnwra lTewthhwn
You shall not do so to Yahweh your God; for every abomination to Yahweh, which he hates, they have done to their gods; for they even burn their sons and their daughters in the fire to their gods.
