ܒܗ ܒܙܒܢܐ ܗ̇ܘ ܢܩܘܡ ܡܝܟܐܝܠ ܡܠܐܟܐ ܪܒܐ ܕܦܩܝܕ ܥܠ ܒܢ̈ܝ ܥܡܟ ܘܢܗܘܐ ܙܒܢܐ ܕܐܘܠܨܢܐ ܕܠܐ ܗ̣ܘܐ ܐܟܘܬܗ ܡܢ ܝܘܡ̈ܬ ܥܠܡ̈ܐ ܘܒܗ ܒܙܒܢܐ ܗ̇ܘ ܢܫܬܘܙܒ ܡܢ ܒܢ̈ܝ ܥܡܟ ܟܠ ܕܢܫܬܟܚ ܕܟܬܝܒ ܒܣ̣ܦܪܐ

“At that time Michael will stand up, the great prince who stands for the children of your people; and there will be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time. At that time your people will be delivered, everyone who is found written in the book.

ܘܣܓܝܐ̈ܐ ܐܝܠܝܢ ܕܕܡܟܝܢ ܒܥܦܪܐ ܢܬܬܥܝܪܘܢ ܗܠܝܢ ܠܚܝ ܥ̈ܠܡܐ ܘܗܠܝܢ ܠܐܒܕܢܐ ܘܠܚܣܕܐ ܕܚܒܪ̈ܝܗܘܢ ܠܥܠܡ
lelm dkhbryhwn wlkhsd' l'bdn' whlyn elm' lkhy hlyn nththeyrwn bepr' ddmkyn 'ylyn wsgy''
Many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

ܘܥ̇ܒ̈ܕܝ ܛ̇ܒ̈ܬܐ ܘܣܟܘ̈ܠܬܢܐ ܢܢܗܪܘܢ ܐܝܟ ܢܘܗܪܗ ܕܪܩܝܥܐ ܘܐܝܠܝܢ ܕܡܙܟܝܢ ܠܣܓܝ̈ܐܐ ܢܗܘܘܢ ܡܙܗܪܝܢ ܘܩ̇ܝܡܝܢ ܐܝܟ ܟܘܟ̈ܒܐ ܠܥܠܡ ܘܠܥܠܡ ܥܠܡܝܢ
elmyn wlelm lelm kwkb' 'yk wqymyn mzhryn nhwwn lsgy'' dmzkyn w'ylyn drqye' nwhrh 'yk nnhrwn wskwlthn' Tbth' webdy
Those who are wise will shine as the brightness of the expanse. Those who turn many to righteousness will shine as the stars forever and ever.

ܘܐܢܬ ܕܝܢ ܕܢܝܐܝܠ ܚܬܘܡ ܦܬܓܡ̈ܐ ܗܠܝܢ ܘܫܬܘܩ ܘܚܬܘܡ ܣ̣ܦܪܐ ܗܢܐ ܥܕ ܥܕܢ ܩܨܐ ܢܒܥܘܢ ܣܓܝܐ̈ܐ ܘܬܣܓܐ ܝܕܥܬܐ
ydeth' wthsg' sgy'' nbewn qts' edn ed hn' spr' wkhthwm wshthwq hlyn pthgm' khthwm dny'yl dyn w'nth
But you, Daniel, shut up the words and seal the book, even to the time of the end. Many will run back and forth, and knowledge will be increased.”

ܘܚܙܝܬ ܐܢܐ ܕܢܝܐܝܠ ܘܗܐ ܬܪܝܢ ܐܚܪ̈ܢܝܢ ܩܝܡܝܢ ܚܕ ܒܗܕܐ ܣܦܬܗ ܕܢܗܪܐ ܘܚܕ ܒܗ̇ܝ
bhy wkhd dnhr' spthh bhd' khd qymyn 'khrnyn thryn wh' dny'yl 'n' wkhzyth
Then I, Daniel, looked, and behold, two others stood, one on the river bank on this side, and the other on the river bank on that side.

ܘܐܡ̣ܪܘ ܠܓܒܪܐ ܕܠܒܝܫ ܠܒܘ̈ܫܝܢ ܕܐܝܩܪ ܘܩܐ̇ܡ ܠܥܠ ܡܢ ܡ̈ܝܐ ܕܢܗܪܐ ܥܕܡܐ ܠܐܡܬܝ ܩܨܐ ܗܢܐ
hn' qts' l'mthy edm' dnhr' my' mn lel wq'm d'yqr lbwshyn dlbysh lgbr' w'mrw
One said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, “How long will it be to the end of these wonders?”

ܘܫܡܥܬ ܠܓܒܪܐ ܕܠܒܝܫ ܠܒܘܫ̈ܝܢ ܕܐܝܩܪ ܘܩܐ̇ܡ ܠܥܠ ܡܢ ܡ̈ܝܐ ܕܢܗܪܐ ܕܐܪܝܡ ܝܡܝܢܗ ܘܣܡܠܗ ܠܘܬ ܫܡܝܐ ܘܝܡ̣ܐ ܒܚܝ ܥܠܡ̈ܐ ܕܠܥܕܢ ܥܕ̈ܢܝܢ ܘܦܠܓܘܬ ܥܕܢ ܘܒܥܕܢ ܕܢܬܦܨܝ̈ܢ ܐܝ̈ܕܝܐ ܕܟܠ ܥܡܐ ܩܕܝܫܐ ܢܫܠܡ̈ܢ ܗܠܝܢ ܟܠܗܝܢ
klhyn hlyn nshlmn qdysh' em' dkl 'ydy' dnthptsyn wbedn edn wplgwth ednyn dledn elm' bkhy wym' shmy' lwth wsmlh ymynh d'rym dnhr' my' mn lel wq'm d'yqr lbwshyn dlbysh lgbr' wshmeth
I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by him who lives forever that it will be for a time, times, and a half; and when they have finished breaking in pieces the power of the holy people, all these things will be finished.

ܘܐܢܐ ܕܢܝܐܝܠ ܫܡܥܬ ܘܠܐ ܐܫܬܘܕܥܬ ܘܐܡܪܬ ܡܪܝ ܡܢܐ ܒܬܪ ܗܠܝܢ
hlyn bthr mn' mry w'mrth 'shthwdeth wl' shmeth dny'yl w'n'
I heard, but I didn’t understand. Then I said, “My lord, what will be the outcome of these things?”

ܘܐܡ̣ܪ ܠܝ ܙܠ ܕܢܝܐܝܠ ܡܛܠ ܕܟܣ̣ܝܢ ܐܢܘܢ ܘܚܬܝܡܝܢ ܦܬܓܡ̈ܐ ܥܕ ܥܕܢ ܩܨܐ
qts' edn ed pthgm' wkhthymyn 'nwn dksyn mTl dny'yl zl ly w'mr
He said, “Go your way, Daniel; for the words are shut up and sealed until the time of the end.

ܢܬܓܒܘܢ ܘܢܬܚܘܪܘܢ ܘܢܬܒܚܪܘܢ ܣܓܝܐ̈ܐ ܘܢܚ̣ܛܘܢ ܚܛ̈ܝܐ ܘܠܐ ܢܣܬܟܠܘܢ ܟܠܗܘܢ ܚܛ̈ܝܐ ܥ̇ܒ̈ܕܝ ܛ̇ܒ̈ܬܐ ܕܝܢ ܢܣܬܟܠܘܢ
nsthklwn dyn Tbth' ebdy khTy' klhwn nsthklwn wl' khTy' wnkhTwn sgy'' wnthbkhrwn wnthkhwrwn nthgbwn
Many will purify themselves, and make themselves white, and be refined, but the wicked will do wickedly; and none of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand.

ܘܡܢ ܙܒܢܐ ܕܢܥܒܪ ܩܘܪܒܢܐ ܬܬܝܗܒ ܛܢܦܘܬܐ ܠܚܒ̇ܠܐ ܝܘܡ̈ܝܢ ܐܠܦ ܘܡܐ̈ܬܝܢ ܘܬܫܥܝܢ
wthsheyn wm'thyn 'lp ywmyn lkhbl' Tnpwth' ththyhb qwrbn' dnebr zbn' wmn
“From the time that the continual burnt offering is taken away and the abomination that makes desolate set up, there will be one thousand two hundred ninety days.

ܛܘܒܘܗܝ ܠܡ̇ܢ ܕܢܣ̇ܟܐ ܕܢܡܛܐ ܠܝܘܡ̈ܝܢ ܐܠܦ ܘܬܠܬܡܐܐ ܘܬܠܬܝܢ ܘܚܡܫܐ
wkhmsh' wthlthyn wthlthm'' 'lp lywmyn dnmT' dnsk' lmn Twbwhy
Blessed is he who waits, and comes to the one thousand three hundred thirty-five days.
