ܚܙܝܬܗ ܠܡܪܝܐ ܕܩܐܡ ܥܠ ܡܕܒܚܐ ܘܐܡܪ ܡܚܝ ܠܚܙܘܪܐ ܘܢܙܘ̈ܥܢ ܐܣ̈ܟܦܬܐ ܘܢܟܠܗܘܢ ܒܪܝܫ ܟܠܗܘܢ ܘܚܪܬܗܘܢ ܒܚܪܒܐ ܐܩܛܠ ܠܐ ܢܡܕ ܡܢܗܘܢ ܕܥܪܩ ܘܠܐ ܢܫܬܘܙܒ ܡܢܗܘܢ ܕܡܬܦܨܐ

I saw the Lord standing beside the altar, and he said, “Strike the tops of the pillars, that the thresholds may shake. Break them in pieces on the head of all of them. I will kill the last of them with the sword. Not one of them will flee away. Not one of them will escape.

ܐܢ ܢܚܬܘܢ ܠܫܝܘܠ ܡܢ ܬܡܢ ܬܣܩ ܐܢܘܢ ܐܝܕܝ ܘܐܢ ܢܣܩܘܢ ܠܫܡܝܐ ܡܢ ܬܡܢ ܐܚܬ ܐܢܘܢ
'nwn 'khth thmn mn lshmy' nsqwn w'n 'ydy 'nwn thsq thmn mn lshywl nkhthwn 'n
Though they dig into Sheol, there my hand will take them; and though they climb up to heaven, there I will bring them down.

ܘܐܢ ܢܛܫܘܢ ܒܪܝܫܗ ܕܟܪܡܠܐ ܡܢ ܬܡܢ ܐܒܨܐ ܘܐܣܒ ܐܢܘܢ ܘܐܢ ܢܛܫܘܢ ܡܢ ܩܕܡ ܥܝܢ̈ܝ ܒܬܗ̈ܘܡܘܗܝ ܕܝܡܐ ܬܡܢ ܐܦܩܘܕ ܠܚܘܝܐ ܘܢܢܟܬ ܐܢܘܢ
'nwn wnnkth lkhwy' 'pqwd thmn dym' bthhwmwhy eyny qdm mn nTshwn w'n 'nwn w'sb 'bts' thmn mn dkrml' bryshh nTshwn w'n
Though they hide themselves in the top of Carmel, I will search and take them out from there; and though they be hidden from my sight in the bottom of the sea, there I will command the serpent, and it will bite them.

ܘܐܢ ܢܐܙܠܘܢ ܒܫܒܝܐ ܩܕܡ ܒ̈ܥܠܕܒܒܝܗܘܢ ܬܡܢ ܐܦܩܘܕ ܠܣܝܦܐ ܘܢܩܛܠ ܐܢܘܢ ܘܐܣܝܡ ܥܝܢܝ ܥܠܝܗܘܢ ܠܒܝܫܬܐ ܘܠܐ ܠܛܒܬܐ
lTbth' wl' lbyshth' elyhwn eyny w'sym 'nwn wnqTl lsyp' 'pqwd thmn beldbbyhwn qdm bshby' n'zlwn w'n
Though they go into captivity before their enemies, there I will command the sword, and it will kill them. I will set my eyes on them for evil, and not for good.

ܐܡܪ ܡܪܐ ܡܪ̈ܘܬܐ ܚܝܠܬܢܐ ܕܩܪܒ ܠܐܪܥܐ ܘܙܝܥܐ ܘܝܬܒܝܢ ܒܐܒܠܐ ܟܠܗܘܢ ܥܡܘܪ̈ܝܗ̇ ܘܣܠܩ ܩܨܗ̇ ܐܝܟ ܢܗܪܐ ܘܢܚܬ ܐܝܟ ܢܗܪܐ ܕܡܨܪܝܢ
dmtsryn nhr' 'yk wnkhth nhr' 'yk qtsh wslq emwryh klhwn b'bl' wythbyn wzye' l're' dqrb khylthn' mrwth' mr' 'mr
For the Lord, Yahweh of Armies, is he who touches the land and it melts, and all who dwell in it will mourn; and it will rise up wholly like the River, and will sink again, like the River of Egypt.

ܕܒܢܐ ܒܫܡܝܐ ܡܣܩܢ̈ܘܗܝ ܘܡܘܠܟܢܗ ܒܐܪܥܐ ܡܬܩܢ ܕܩܪܐ ܠܡ̈ܝܐ ܕܝܡܐ ܘܐܫܕ ܠܗܘܢ ܥܠ ܐ̈ܦܝܗ̇ ܕܐܪܥܐ ܡܪܝܐ ܚܝܠܬܢܐ ܫܡܗ
shmh khylthn' mry' d're' 'pyh el lhwn w'shd dym' lmy' dqr' mthqn b're' wmwlknh msqnwhy bshmy' dbn'
It is he who builds his rooms in the heavens, and has founded his vault on the earth; he who calls for the waters of the sea, and pours them out on the surface of the earth—Yahweh is his name.

ܗܐ ܐܝܟ ܒܢ̈ܝ ܟܘܫ̈ܝܐ ܐܢܬܘܢ ܠܝ ܒܢ̈ܝ ܐܝܣܪܝܠ ܐܡܪ ܡܪܝܐ ܗܐ ܠܐܝܣܪܝܠ ܐܣܩܬ ܡܢ ܐܪܥܐ ܕܡܨܪܝܢ ܘܠܦܠܫܬ̈ܝܐ ܡܢ ܩܦܕܘܩܝ ܘܠܐܪܡ ܡܢ ܩܝܪ
qyr mn wl'rm qpdwqy mn wlplshthy' dmtsryn 're' mn 'sqth l'ysryl h' mry' 'mr 'ysryl bny ly 'nthwn kwshy' bny 'yk h'
Are you not like the children of the Ethiopians to me, children of Israel?” says Yahweh. “Haven’t I brought up Israel out of the land of Egypt, and the Philistines from Caphtor, and the Syrians from Kir?

ܗܐ ܥܝܢ̈ܘܗܝ ܕܡܪܐ ܡܪ̈ܘܬܐ ܒܡܠܟܘܬܐ ܚܛܝܬܐ ܘܐܘܒܕܝܗ̇ ܡܢ ܐ̈ܦܝܗ̇ ܕܐܪܥܐ ܒܪܡ ܠܐ ܗܟܢܐ ܐܘܒܕܝܘܗܝ ܠܒܝܬܗ ܕܝܥܩܘܒ ܐܡܪ ܡܪܝܐ
mry' 'mr dyeqwb lbythh 'wbdywhy hkn' l' brm d're' 'pyh mn w'wbdyh khTyth' bmlkwth' mrwth' dmr' eynwhy h'
Behold, the eyes of the Lord Yahweh are on the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from off the surface of the earth, except that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob,” says Yahweh.

ܡܛܠ ܕܗܐ ܐܢܐ ܦܩܕ ܐܢܐ ܘܐܒܕܪ ܒܟܠܗܘܢ ܥܡ̈ܡܐ ܠܕܒܝܬ ܐܝܣܪܝܠ ܐܝܟ ܕܥܪܒܝܢ ܒܥܪܒܠܐ ܘܠܐ ܢܦܠ ܕܩܝܩܗܘܢ ܥܠ ܐܪܥܐ

“For behold, I will command, and I will sift the house of Israel among all the nations as grain is sifted in a sieve, yet not the least kernel will fall on the earth.

ܒܚܪܒܐ ܢܦܠܘܢ ܟܠ ܚ̈ܛܝܘܗܝ ܕܥܡܝ ܕܐܡܪܝܢ ܠܐ ܬܩܪܘܒ ܘܠܐ ܬܡܛܝܢ ܒܝܫܬܐ
byshth' thmTyn wl' thqrwb l' d'mryn demy khTywhy kl nplwn bkhrb'
All the sinners of my people will die by the sword, who say, ‘Evil won’t overtake nor meet us.’

ܒܗ ܒܝܘܡܐ ܗ̇ܘ ܐܩܝܡ ܡܫܟܢܗ ܕܕܘܝܕ ܕܢܦܠ ܘܐܣܘܓ ܬܘܪ̈ܥܬܗܘܢ ܘܡܣ̈ܚܦܝܗܘܢ ܐܩܝܡ ܘܐܒܢܝܗ̇ ܐܝܟ ܝܘܡ̈ܬܐ ܕܥܠܡ ܘܐܝܟ ܫܢ̈ܝܐ ܕܕܪ̈ܕܪܝܢ
ddrdryn shny' w'yk delm ywmth' 'yk w'bnyh 'qym wmskhpyhwn thwrethhwn w'swg dnpl ddwyd mshknh 'qym hw bywm' bh
In that day I will raise up the tent of David who is fallen and close up its breaches, and I will raise up its ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old,

ܡܛܘܠ ܕܢܐܪܬܘܢ ܫܪܟܐ ܕܐܕܘܡ ܘܟܠܗܘܢ ܥܡ̈ܡܐ ܕܐܬܩܪܝ ܫܡܝ ܥܠܝܗܘܢ ܐܡܪ ܡܪܝܐ ܕܥܒܕ ܗܠܝܢ
hlyn debd mry' 'mr elyhwn shmy d'thqry emm' wklhwn d'dwm shrk' dn'rthwn mTwl
that they may possess the remnant of Edom and all the nations who are called by my name,” says Yahweh who does this.

ܗܐ ܝܘܡ̈ܬܐ ܐܬܝܢ ܐܡܪ ܡܪܝܐ ܘܢܕܪܟ ܐܕܪܐ ܠܩܛܦܐ ܘܥܨܪܐ ܕܥܢ̈ܒܐ ܠܙܪܥܐ ܘܢܪܕܘܢ ܛܘܪ̈ܐ ܚܠܝܘܬܐ ܘܟܠܗܝܢ ܪ̈ܡܬܐ ܢܬܒ̈ܣܡܢ
nthbsmn rmth' wklhyn khlywth' Twr' wnrdwn lzre' denb' wetsr' lqTp' 'dr' wndrk mry' 'mr 'thyn ywmth' h'
“Behold, the days come,” says Yahweh, “that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the one treading grapes him who sows seed; and sweet wine will drip from the mountains, and flow from the hills.

ܘܐܗܦܟ ܫܒܝܬܐ ܕܥܡܝ ܐܝܣܪܝܠ ܘܢܒܢܘܢ ܡܕܝܢ̈ܬܐ ܚܪ̈ܒܬܐ ܘܢܬܒܘܢ ܘܢܨܒܘܢ ܟܪ̈ܡܐ ܘܢܫܬܘܢ ܚܡܪܗܘܢ ܘܢܫܬܠܘܢ ܦܪ̈ܕܝܣܐ ܘܢܐܟܠܘܢ ܦܐܪ̈ܝܗܘܢ
p'ryhwn wn'klwn prdys' wnshthlwn khmrhwn wnshthwn krm' wntsbwn wnthbwn khrbth' mdynth' wnbnwn 'ysryl demy shbyth' w'hpk
I will bring my people Israel back from captivity, and they will rebuild the ruined cities, and inhabit them; and they will plant vineyards, and drink wine from them. They shall also make gardens, and eat their fruit.

ܘܐܨܘܒ ܐܢܘܢ ܒܐܪܥܗܘܢ ܘܠܐ ܢܬܥܩܪܘܢ ܬܘܒ ܡܢ ܐܪܥܗܘܢ ܕܝܗܒܬ ܠܗܘܢ ܐܡܪ ܡܪܝܐ ܐܠܗܟ
'lhk mry' 'mr lhwn dyhbth 'rehwn mn thwb ntheqrwn wl' b'rehwn 'nwn w'tswb
I will plant them on their land, and they will no more be plucked up out of their land which I have given them,” says Yahweh your God.
